If I could rate them a 0 I would. People if you have to use storage go to one that put their customers first. I have dealt with storages my entire life and Public Storage is a Corporation with no morals. Find a smaller Family owned and operated Facility because these guys are just Investors and it is about taking your stuff and selling it the first chance they have. I lost my home two weeks ago in a tornado I had tried for days to get someone to answer at this location Riley, left countless messages with no return call until hours away from my stuff being sold that is a tactic by the way. Then when this woman calls me and I told her my situation and all I was asking for is 24 hours to pay my bill because it was all I had left. 4 days before Christmas I had just lost all the other stuff I had plus my home this woman at this Corporation had no care or want to help me. Thank goodness by the grace of god a stranger heard me talking and paid my bill right then and there. I pray nobody else has lost their stuff to these greedy horrible company. I will beheading back there in a few days just to pull my stuff out of their and take to another unit because I have never been in my life treated the way this place did me. I rather throw my stuff in the trash before this place gets it.

I had an amazing rental experience, thanks to the amazing manager Trina! The smooth transition of making an online reservation/completing paperwork, the front office following up via phone call (always pleasant and willing to help), and the maintenance of the facilities, made this the best experience possible. I would recommend this facility (especially any facility run by Trina) to everyone! Thank you Trina for your attention to detail and warm welcomes every time we visit.

The manager is great here and keeps the place super clean. She is very helpful and helped direct us to the best storage location size for our large move from California. Great local place in Centennial Hills if you need a local place for storage. Just off the 215 and North 95 intersection in Northwest Las Vegas, take Durango exit, across the street from Centennial Hills Hospital.

Trina was wonderful! She assisted me in completing my rental and she took the time to show me more convenient options to suit my needs. She answered all my questions and completed the process with me swiftly and smoothly. I appreciate her empathy when it comes to being a first time unit renter. I recommend 100%!
