If I could give more stars I would. I want to first say that the customer service i received from Carlos, was impeccable. I could not have had a better experience. Carlos was swamped, calls, people lined at the door and yet he handled each person with a smile on his face and patients. He was very efficient when made ever transaction that was in front of me flow very quickly, each person leaving with their needs met and a smile on their faces. As we all know, moving can be a very hectic time, especially when there's loss involved., no one knows what a persons situation is and with that in mind, I was so impressed with how Carlos handled each person as they were individuals going through a hectic time in their lives, with understanding, patience and kindness all the while being very professional, in spite of how rude some were being. But with that being said, each person did leave with a smile, including me. As Carlos had done with all the customers before me, he was understanding to my situation and went above and beyond to insure that my experience at Public Storage was top notch. I also want to say thank you to the on site manager, I believe her name is Debbie, she too was very understanding and wiling to be flexible and took time on her off time to answer question I needed answered. Thank you both for the experience. You both made my day!

After having a sketchy experience at another storage facility I stopped by this spot and Kevin helped me out. He was so friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to rent the perfect space right there. I highly recommend this facility for storage. I can’t wait to move in! So it’s been a year now and I really like my storage space. It’s just so convenient to drive up to a garage take care of whatever and leave. They raised the rent again though! Second time in one year which really sucks. I had to move all of my things to a smaller unit. It was pretty stressful because I never see other cars there and for some reason everyone was there today all at once. After I finished moving my things I needed to sweep out my old unit so I went home got my broom. When I returned Debbie, who works there and helped me out when I initially rented a year prior, was walking up to my unit with a broom. We chatted and swept and she helped me with the exit from my old unit to the new. She’s really patient and kind and I’m thankful to have had her help.

Management first prevented access to my storage unit and then restricted access. Their reason is I have left the facility after the 9pm closing time! Every other Public Storage I have used have employees that let you know it's time to leave. Yet this facility has zero human oversight or management. In fact I have yet to see any staff on site since renting the unit. If people leaving at exactly 9pm is so important theywould have staff to ensure this. Clearly the "honor" system isn't working. I’m fairly certain it’s the main reason I see people exiting over the fence every night I have been there! • In addition, drug use and distribution happens in plain view with little fear of any management enforcing any type of standards here. Restricting my access is ridiculous considering this location doesn't even bother to provide staffing to ensure the safety of everyone's belongings. If they issue me a full refund I will leave asap. This is the worst run business I have ever encountered. Vic Levine

Honestly that was the quickest and most informative set up I've ever been through, with any business. I had an amazing person help me named Mel. Not only was she fantastic at her job but her energy was amazingly contagious. She's the type of people you want to hire to help run your business. Because of Mel, I will absolutely send all of my friends and family to this particular location. You honestly can't get any better than the experience I had today. If the owner or her boss ever reads this review, please reward her some way or somehow. She IS outstanding. A true quality employee that you just can't get easily anymore.

I have had my storage at this location for close to 10 years. I have never had a problem accessing my property. I no my things are safe & the added inside door security is another bonus. Debbie the property manager as well the young lady's at the front desk always speak with a pleasant greeting & conversation. There have been more then a couple times where I wasn't always punctual with my payments. But I never felt like I couldn't communicate with management & they have been more then understanding. I would recommend this Public Storage Complex & the professional Management to anyone looking to rent a storage unit.

Knowledgeable service...concise informative explanation. Debbie keeps property clean. Prices comparable and I appreciate an onsite manager. I recently had a question about upcoming move of a family member. Called after hours and left message. My call was returned next morning with an answer to my question. Not many businesses respond that quickly anymore. The customer service at this location is fantastic. Just wanted to add that family member is now a customer and it was easy. They are out of state and staff is great about keeping an eye out with lock checks and such. Thanks again Debbie!

I went to my unit today and it was very cold and my key snapped off inside the lock. I felt grumpy going to the office as this is the third lock replacement AND just found out they raised my rent again but by FIFTY DOLLARS…..so when I went into the office I was a grouch but Cayci was so helpful and friendly I couldn’t be grumpy anymore. She helped me find a smaller less expensive unit just like that. She is so awesome I hope she’s appreciated. I left feeling relief with a big smile. Thanks Cayci!

I have been a long time renter at this facility. The upkeep is excellent, the gate and door electronic locks always function, day or night. The employees do their best to keep customers happy. Carlos was a perfect example; I spoke with him once and he solved my problem right away, then called me back to confirm that all is done. Very professional. The prices are higher than some of the competitors after a year or two of increases but short term rentals are very reasonable.

Alan is a great manager! He has always been very helpful, available and patiently answers all my questions and assists me with my needs. He is very friendly and professional. I feel confident that my belongings are safe and well cared for under his watch. The buildings and grounds and the bathroom! are always clean and well kept. Thank You! We have 2 units here and this is where I would go (and advise friends and family to go) for any future storage needs.

I honestly was so relieved to have this unit located promptly for me and my family! our associate (Brit) Was incredibly understanding and communicative even under pressure with me showing up late for my appointment (oops)! We quickly Were is shown several available units and that’s a perfect one in the perfect price! Have been renting a space from this location for a few months now and, it’s been exactly what you’d expect from a storage unit. Easy enough to access thanks to the app. Reasonably priced. Debbie has always been helpful. I did have an issue with the hasp on my units door being broken, but I told Debbie and they fixed it same day. No complaints here!

I cannot say enough about the staff here. Lori & The District Manager are among the most sensitive people who have helped me NOT lose my unit. I like the fact that at Public Storage, one can pay anywhere. So helpful. These woman are caring & keep us informed. I love how clean everything is. This staff is great. Always willing to go the extra mile.

Best self storage in all of Portland. Their security measures are excellent I have never once worried about the safety of my belongings. Property is always clean. And the staff are knowledgeable, competent, and kind. Especially the manager Debbie. She's awesome and I'm extremely thankful for her kindness and all she's done for me!

Overall an excellent choice! Debbie was very friendly, and very professional going through all the details I needed to know and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. The location is very convenient and the place is very clean and safe. As for the price, I couldn't find a better one in the Portland area.

The on-site manager was kind enough to wait for me to make it to their facility from Salem and made sure to keep the office open so that I was able to finish things up with them! Made things quite fluid and shows their remarkable patience and strive for good customer service and support.

It was good for what we needed. 10x20 outside, unheated, Rollup door was $280. It seems like alot of money. But, if you have to have it? It's was short term. It is month to month. No contract. No notice needed to move out.
