Love this place plus it's stays open pretty late considering it's a storage place most close super early and to be honest I'm not an early bird kind of girl. I snooze in too much. They have friendly staff especially the main manager. She super sweet and will even sometimes give my kids little gift including when it been hot she's given then ice pops which thank you a million. They love it. I like also that the staff is never really checking up on you as long as they don't see any kind of drama they just say hi and pass by. But if you do have a question they get it answered super fast. I left a voicemail about a question I had and within less then an hour I had a call coming in to help me with my questions. Thank I would totally recommend this place to anyone

I have done business with this storage facility for 8 1/2 years. The current manager Kolbie is Great! Her customer service is exceptional! She was very helpful to me in the time of need. She helped me figure out how to move in the easiest way possible from my my big storage to a smaller one and with a good price. Kolbie is very nice, kind and just a good person all the way around.She helped out where she could. I also noticed She was walking around cleaning up the facility and keeping it safe for others. The representative at the front, Kolbie, gave exceptional customer service and made my life along with the downsizing process so much easier. My experience here at this public storage was very delightful. The young lady by the name of Kobe, but I believe its spelled K O L B I E assisted me with everything I needed plus more, she went out of her way to show me where my storage space was at and how to get in and out with the convenience of using the APP. I recently rented a unit at the Public Storage on Aborn Ave. It is the perfect location because not only is centrally located but it is right off the Hwy 101 & Capital Expy. The staff is very professional and helpful with most of the units easily accessible with an outdoor roll-up door. The manager also sold me some of moving supplies (tape, boxes and packing material) I needed to make the move less painful. Thanks for all your help Jackeline. I highly recommend this location for your storage needs...

I was out comparing different storage facilities, locations and companies when I stopped in at the Aborn facility. As I was inquiring pricing and information the young lady at the front counter Jackie offered me a tour of the property. After taking the tour and actually seeing the different actual sizes there was to offer I was better able to determine what size I will be needing. She was very friendly and extremely helpful. I will be back to rent my unit soon. Thanks for the excellent service!

I have rented storage spaces many times with different companies. I recently needed to rent a storage so I went to this location. Never have I received the quality of customer service as I did from Alisha. She was knowledgeable and helped me figure what size I needed. I wouldn't normally write a review for a storage facility but that's how much Alisha went above and beyond any expectations I had. I feel compelled to write this and hope she gets the recognition she deserves.

Jaclyn is the property manager at this site. She has been such a responsive and proactive representative for Public Storage. She has shown amazing grace under pressure and is a genuinely kind person. She has good problem solving skills in dealing with difficult customers - and she has shown great courage in dealing with very angry customers. I am sorry that she had to deal with these situations, but she never blew her cool. I hope Public Storage values her as much as I do.

This was my first time renting a unit with public storage. First thought I had when I stepped on the property was cleanliness, great area. The property manager was very helpful to my girlfriend and I. Made sure the size we were getting would be able to store everything we needed. When walking inside the office I noticed it really is a one stop shop, boxes, tape , and more! Thank you for answering my girl friends questions and thank you for meeting my expectations.

This is a review for the location at 1685 Aborn Rd in San Jose. The manager there named, Kolbie, is very nice. I was locked in and couldn’t find my code to get out of gated facility. She took the time to show me how to use my phone to exit the premises even though it was late! I called on another day to get refund for lock since I used my own and again she was helpful and kind. It is refreshing to find people with a kind and helpful attitude! Thank you Kolbie!

I spoke to Jaclyn the day before I went into the office. She was very helpful and answered all my questions. When I went in Nahid was extremely professional and informative. She was patient and also answered all my questions. She made sure I got the best deal. She took me around to several units. She didn't rush me. She explained all my options. I felt confident I left with my decision because Nahid made everything clear.

I’ve had my storage unit since April 2019 and have been extremely satisfied.Nahid is so friendly and polite every time I interact with her.She treats you with kindness and respect which is nice.There are cameras and alarms on the property so the security of my items are never a concern.I haven’t had anyone break into my unit so I’m very confident in their security there.I would highly recommend utilizing this business.

Everything can be done online and over the phone. Reserved a space and paid online. The manager gave me the lock, I forgot how, but we never met face to face. There's a Public Storage app that opens the gate when you get close. Great manager. This review is for the Aborn Road facility only. In the past I've rented a space at the Public Storage across from Eastridge, where I had a terrible experience.

I am currently utilizing a storage unit while planning a move. This facility is very clean, convenient and very professionally managed. We have been treated very well and have been provided with all the information necessary to continue our plans. My wife and I are confident in the security provided for all of our stored belongings and feel comfortable in knowing that we are in good hands.

I've rented a unit here for 2 years now, and this is the cleanest, safest Public Storage property that I have ever seen. Kolbie, the property manager, always waves and smiles as you drive in and keeps the property well maintained and clean. (It is the *Cleanest* bathroom I've ever seen at ANY storage facility...seriously)

Changed from a closer location to this location, Kolbie makes the experience much better and not only makes the environment more safe but also makes it feel friendly at this location. Much better than the previous storage unit I had at another location where I always felt unsafe and on edge.

Rental process was very fast and easy. Nice and courtesy people at front desk. Our unit is in good condition. Falling leaves in the drive way have been cleaned every couple days. $1 deal for the first month. We're pretty happy. This place just need a little more light at night.
