My trip to Public Storage on 47th and Tripp was everything you should be customer service was 110% your representative Patty was a hundred percent professional and very helpful and extremely polite. Not only was the facility clean but the price isn't bad either thanks guys I will always use you whenever I need you. Thanks

No one is there to ever answer the phone, I’ve been calling for the past week to tell them I needed a key replacement I keep getting sent to voicemail but no call backs. Also I went up there & no one was in the office but they close at 5pm? This will be my first & last time using this storage it’s too much!

Went to public today to get a brand new unit storage space for my items. The customer service representative Aida was very helpful patient and answered all of our questions and concerns. Glad that i was service right away and able to get the space that was needed within my budget. Thank you so much Aida

Aida was so wonderful. She called me to confirm my reservation with such a great voice! When I meet her in person she took good care of my request. She was precise, professional, just a such a breath of fresh air! I'm sending all of my referrals to this location as long as she is there!

I pay on my storage unit at this facility because it's closer to my home than my actual storage site (great managers on that site also). I have had the privilege of meeting at least four of the managers on this site, and they are very nice.

i just want to say that Elaine is always very courteous and great. She always has a smile on her face regardless of the day. Always asking how my day was and telling me to have a great day. Enjoy chatting with her when ever i get the chance!
