I was in need of a storage space right away and it was my first time looking for a company. When I spoke with Charles asking for assistance with the sizes and how does the process work, he took great care in explaining everything to me over the phone. His service was so exceptional that I ended up booking an appointment right over the phone to come in and start the process. When I got there earlier than promised I thought I would have to wait but he was very organized and had everything ready for me to go and view the unit so I can decide which I wanted. I decided to rent with Public Storage because of his great customer service and their great pricing. If you need a storage unit go with Public Storage and ask for Charles because he’s sure to help you every step of the way and you’ll leave a happy customer.

When I first called, Charles was extremely helpful and not at all 'pushy'. He gave me all of the information I would need to help make a storage decision. At the office, Charles gave me a tour of the area including a good look at the unit they had suggested. He was very friendly and even offered suggestions as to how to make the move a little easier. When the decision was made to take one of their units, Charles was very thorough and made sure I understood all details. So far, so good. I'm sure this storage unit will be perfect for our needs.

I rented my storage unit today. I've been searching for the ideal unit for my specific need. They made it simple. Got my unit for $1 for the firsts month. All said and done with insurance, disk lock, administration fee and tax was $54.00! What a fantastic deal!!! Staff are friendly and courteous. I would recommend Public Storage to my friends and family for their storage needs!!!

Nicole is more than helpful! She made sure the locker I chose was perfect. I had some pretty specific requirements, and I was going to relent, but she insisted we go from unit to unit until I was more than satisfied. Honestly, didn't expect that level of service from a storage place. Won't take my storage needs anywhere else.

Awesome staff and easy to access facility. Prices are more than reasonable. I just switched to a smaller unit to accommodate my needs and the staff were happy to show me my new unit even though it’s -14* without the windchill right now! Very happy to continue my rental experience with this location. 100% recommend!

Vupol was very kind to my kids while we went through all the paperwork, showed us a unit he thought would be best for what we are storing and he was right, I picked one much too big (so would save me money if we need longer than my estimated 1 month). He was thorough and quick. Had a good experience!

I had a great experience at this location with front desk staff. Charles is a great manager. Under his leadership, Nicole provided outstanding service. Aleena was also wonderful. All of them are very experienced, knowledgeable and caring;therefore I gave a five star to this location.

Person at desk very helpful and explained everything well. Took me down to the locker and showed it to me. Had me try to open it when I couldn’t because the bar that slides along was stiff Nicole tried another locker which was much easier to open we settled on that one.

Everything went well. Luckily they offered me a fantastic promotion of 50% discount for the first three months. The receptionist was very helpful and polite. While I asked 100 questions hehehe, they were very patient and quite to answer all what I asked for.

I received amazing customer service from Jessica. She was incredibly helpful and patient. Took the time to show me available units; with a pep in her step and a smile on her face (despite how cold it is)! Thank you so much Jessica and Public Storage Team

We needed storage for 3 months. Staff was always courteous and helpful. Accessing our unit was never an issue. No hassles when we were ending our contract either. We would totally use this location again in future.
