The day before I was to Pick up the dolly U Haul sends me an email changing the pick up location to another town about 40km away. I work on the road and did not pay attention to my email until late last night. When I tried to call U Haul this morning ( it took 2 tries as I was hung up on the 1st time) I had to work my way through 3 people until I landed on a very rude customer service agent responsible for my area. I was told that I had received an email (yes) and a Txt message ( I received 2 miraculously after I got off the phone with this person). So here is what I was told by the fine customer service representative at U Haul. You were advised that your pick up location would be confirmed prior to pick up and that was fine but another town? The day before we are supposed to pack up and leave? Really?? Then I was informed of the store hours. Great, they close at 4pm. Well people work and those hours don't work for me or my wife. Then I was informed that if I don't like it, to bad and the threat of cancellation was floated as this person felt that I was getting excited. Damn right. This was booked months ago. Hotels were booked. I am on the road trying to get home so that I can take my daughter to school and I have to deal with this stupidity. Shame on U Haul. I suggest you train your customer service personnel better and you revamp your booking system so that you can meet your committments.
Not a great experience… Rented a van with a utility dolly, we returned the dolly into the store and left it with the attendant who had helped us out in the morning (who confirmed that it was okay to leave there, inside the building). We were never given direction to leave the utility dolly inside the truck when returning. We had got it from inside the store so we decided to return it to inside the store. Our bill then showed a charge for $120 for not returning the utility dolly. We call backed same day, spoke the same attendant who told us that they remembered us and that they would make a note to their manager. We don’t hear back and then when we contact again they make us jump through more hoops and tell us they can only talk to one of us. Were told that someone will call us back to address issue. No on calls for a while. We contact again and proceed to jump through more hoops until we are told that the General Manager has unilaterally closed the complaint without anyone contacting us (no call, email, etc.) We contact customer service to open a complaint and then are told that the Area Manager will call us to talk. Again, no call comes through. We receive only an email saying that the dolly had not been in the truck (showing that this person has no understanding of the issue at hand) alongside a passive aggressive comment saying that we’ll be “personally refunded if the dolly is returned to them”. Overall, a frustrating experience with no resolution. Also known as a typical transaction with a U-Haul (or maybe just this one)
Rented Saturday 4/30/22. Place was packed.....Josh kept his cool and provided excellent customer service. Even under pressure Josh took the time to explain rental process and answered questions. Returning rental was easy as I was helped by Josh. Answered all questions I had, explained charges, and provided receipt. Also requested he do a walk around to confirm no new damage was present upon return. Made him aware of a dent in the roof (had shown cleaning lady before leaving however still covered myself). He took the time to enter the back of the truck to view and confirmed it was previous damage as it was previously tagged by U-Haul with a sticker. Had taken a picture before leaving as evidence as it would be Time stamped just incase however was pleased he took the time to view entire roof and confirm all was well. Would give 5 stars however 9am reservation wasn't serviced until approximately 9:30 or a few minutes later. Josh keep up the good work. I appreciate your service as I said to you in person however making this post so your management team and future renters are aware. Thank you!
The 1st trick given wasn't starting properly I was given another although it started better it made a lot of.squesming noises plus there was a used N95 face mask on the floor in front of the middle chair. They were closed by then and i needed to move. I finished and went to use their online system using contract/reservation number with last name. I never had the option to. I logged in and out and even contacted chat help who couldn't help. I called customer service and they were unable to help, I was transferred to uhaul smart which as I write this I've been holding for 49 mins and still no help ans it is almost midnight. This doesnt include the chat help and me trying on my own. I don't believe they setup my rental properly Md it is keeping me from being able to return my truck. This is not the first time I have had issues with their apps and online system.to return the truck. I'll add myreturn my truck photos here as there is no email for this store online. I would like to get some sleep tonight as it has now been 54 mins on hold and still no answer.
Worst customer service ever, neverever think of going here. I had accidently left a valuable item in the glock box of the van before returing the van. Called customer service 4 times, in those calls 3 times they kept saying we checked and its not there without even taking my information to see which van i had "biggest liars" and 4th time a lady picked up the phone and took my information and told she will give me a call back and never got one I finally went to the location and saw the manager sleeping on the reception, told him that i had called and he was like i told you we did search for it and found nothing. I was 100% sure it was there, i asked him to let me know what van number i had on the list, he was like we deleted all the information and was like go check by yourself if you dont believe. I did check a the vans and finally found in exact place i left it which was in the glock box Biggest liars and scammers, they are not meant to be working.
I wouldn’t waste my time or money at this Uhaul store. And if you do ensure that you stay UNTIL the end of their inspection. Their staff will tell you everything is good to go and that you can leave. Then once you leave they will charge you for damage that was never there and never happened. I rented a truck and never once hit a thing, drove straight there and back didn’t even back into anything. They waited til I left to inspect then charged for a “scratch”. Once you put in a dispute, their manager “Russell” will gaslight you and take his staff’s side even if he was never there when such communications took place.worse service I’ve ever encountered. I highly DO NOT recommend & if you do use them take pictures of everything and record your conversations because they’re liars.
Rented a cargo van for the move. Made a reservation 1 day before the move , its was a risky and bad decision specially is the day lands on the weekend. Luckily this location has one available. Good customer service but failed at the end. Returned the rented vehicle and everything was smooth until at the end when the staff said that will email the receipt . Which left me confused, because I don’t remember giving my email address to them. Called the location and confirmed that there was no email on their file. Got that sorted out and said will send the receipt to the email provided 3hrs later still don’t have the receipt, called again and good thing received it immediately not once but they have sent it 3x don’t know the intention at that point.
Booked a uhaul online, came in to check in. The worker was dealing with an elderly customer ahead of me, he was extremely rude, slammed on the table, whipped a pen at the table when all she was doing was asking question in regards to the vehicle. Mohammed is the worst employee of the decade. He gave me attitude throughout the whole transaction. I asked him about the extra fees, unsure of what coverage they offer. Mohammed refused service to me even though he was in the wrong and basically verbally harassing me. This guy needs to reevaluate his life. TWO MONTHS LATER HE LOOKED MY PERSONAL PHONE NUMBER UP ON THE DATA BASE AND HE HAS TRIED TO THREATEN ME. Poor guy needs some mental help. Please pray for him to feel better
My experience was 10/10 personally. It was the first time using U-Haul rental services in my life but the team made it easy to collect the vehicle, understand what's expected of me (photos, petrol, km, etc) and return it just as easily. I'm happy with the service and wouldn't hesitate to rent another vehicle with this location again if needed. The only minor issue I had was that checking in online (submitting the required info + documents) didn't seem to speed things up as the website said it would. However, things were still quick enough in the store so that honestly didn't bother me. The AndroidAuto function in the truck was also pretty convenient to pull up Google Maps & to play my music.
Where to start. They seem to have one, singular capable person who works here...but sadly he isn't here on the day I need to pick up a truck. Online check in? Complete. Express desk? Has a clerk who doesn't seem to be able to do anything but go take smoke breaks... what is the point of having an account and uploading alllll the details if we cant acrually have express check in? Rude as all get out. Zero respect for anyone, and specifically those of us who TRIED to expedite the process to save us all headache on a mid month Saturday. I absolutely cannot fathom where they find these people because while al u-hauls are the worst, this one is bottom of the barrel for competency and care.
I rented a cargo van for 2 hours. Upon returning, I completed the regular check in and came back home. Next day I received a bill of $333.01 for damages I didn’t do. I spoke to the manager at the location and he said you didn’t upload a picture of the damage so we have to charge you. I kept him explaining that I wouldn’t upload a picture if I didn’t do any damage for obvious reasons but he didn’t understand. I have filed a complaint against the manager. The customer service forwarded my case to the regional manager. They have closed my file without even talking to me. I have to keep calling them to refund my money. Don’t rent from this location.
I have been going to this location for as long as I have been driving and probably used them atleast half a dozen times. On my most recent visit I had no issues with the truck and the initial return, the employee checked the gas and the vehicle gave me my final receipt and I went on my way. A+ service. 3 days later I receive another receipt, my contract has been miraculously reborn with an addition fuel charge of $17.15, not only that, but they are claiming I damaged the vehicle THREE DAYS LATER! My advice if you use uhaul period, take a ton of photos of the vehicle, even video, or else you could be in my shoes dealing with FALSE damage claims.
They charged me for cleaning fee even though I informed them that the truck is dirty and full of mess before I take it and she said " thanks for informing us you won't be charged for cleaning fee " after I return the truck they charged me $80 for no response and when I called to know why I got extra charged he was so rude and terrible talking to me and saying that I return the truck after hours however I booked it for 6 hours and I return it after 2 hours , less milage than what I paid for and i put full gas and after all they won't refund the money " I don't recommend them they are stealing our money to put it in their pockets thats not fair
When I wanted to pick up the truck, the gas tank was filled just 1/8 instead of 1/2. I went back to the office and asked for assistance. The customer representative sent me a text message with a link to verify the equipment condition and he told me that I can go. But, when I tried to claim the issue the link didn't work! I came back to the office to let them know, they didn't accept it! I asked to see the manager, but they said to me that there is no manager! I know it was not just me that had this issue today at uhaul( I saw at least two more customers facing the same issue). This is not a kind of service we expect of a well-known company.
While renting, pick up trucks and cargo vans need a credit card, not Visa Debit, but the moving trucks you can make a deposit. The 10' truck has no ramp - I had to discover for myself. Online self inspection of the vehicle- they didn't explain how to find which truck was mine, I had to ask. For after hours return, no answer at the call center. Using the online system, I had to log in with my phone number, my email didn't work, and I had to search for how to log in - it wasn't obvious how to proceed when the web page opened. Heaven help you if you don't have data on your phone! Truck itself was great and clean. Staff was friendly.
Pray you dont get the employee Mohammed who was consistently scrolling instagram while trying to take my licence picture. Visit #2 was a Saturday morning with a massive line. Checking in online does not circumvent this apparantly so there's no point. Theres's a line of over 8 people and 2 employees. But instead of helping with check in, the older lady is just sitting in the shop drinking hot chocolate and not helping check this massive line in. *edit still standing in line and there are now about 20 customers in line, and only 1 of the 2 employees are doing check-in, Leslie just keeps coming in occasionally and not helping*
The guy working on Sunday afternoon stole my car brush. It’s an expensive car brush that doesn’t have bristles. It was a snowy day and they didn’t brush any snow off the trucks so I had to use my own brush when I picked up my rental at 1pm. I left the brush in the truck when I returned it at 4pm on Sunday January 22. I realized I left the brush in the truck later that day but they close at 5pm on Sundays so I called the next day at 8:15am and they said there was no brush in the truck. Obviously the guy working on Sunday stole the brush when I handed the keys to the truck to him but they wouldn’t look into it.
It was Saturday and it was packed; Youthful Josh was very friendly and warm with a positive attitude. The van that I was booked for was not ready and he offer a different van, goes through to ensure my needs are met. Does a walk around spoke with me to ensure, no dents, scratch marks etc etc, remind me to fill the gas on my return. He's concern and is caring towards customer needs; definitely an asset to the industry. I will tell all my friends to ask for Josh whenever they go to U haul on the Mountain. I wish I can put zero stars, worst customer service, staff is rude and just ignorant. They also over charge you. Make sure you look at your receipt if you rent a truck from them. You also have to do everything your self now. Remember the good old days when they would walk around the truck with you pick up and drop off. Not no more you have to do that yourself and you have to take pics of everything. Uhaul has become a joke. I will never rent another truck from them. I wish I had check the reviews first before I went there. So many other people saying the same thing about Uhaul. Unbelievable.
My family has lived on the central mountain since the 1960s and for as long as I can remember we have rented trucks from this U-Haul location. Most of the staff are friendly and willing to help, and the General Manager is very capable. The reason that I am giving them 3 stars is because of their employee Mohammad. He had a flippant attitude and quoted 'policy' instead of using good judgement to provide common-sense options. I do not believe he represents the company well and would sooner rent from another firm than deal with him in the future.
Avoid avoid avoid. These guys are after your money... I got charged $180 for a dent I didn't even do. I don't know if they are getting commission for each purchase but if they are then they are stealing your money. Its sad the world we live in where people are just desperate for money... stealing peoples money is not the way to do it.... Never ever coming back here again. Please do a thorough check of your truck before you leave or better yet go to a different Uhaul because they will find a way to take your money!
Had a terrible experience when I returned the truck to early snd the girl was so rude to me . I called in and I was told she couldn't find me in the system even know I just rented truck hours ago from her. She then hung up on me being rude when I asked her to try a different method . I have never had a problem here before .the girl was rude and I was charged 20 plus tax because I returned truck T night and the girl didn't tell me that at the front desk.overall unhappy with this rental this time
The worst location, I recommend no one visit them. Today I went to rent a truck I said I wanna pay with my debit card which was one of their options. but when I provided my driver license the lady looked at it she changed her mind without reason and said I don’t feel comfortable to give you a truck because I never trust you that you’ll return it back, I asked supervisor he responded me the same way. they been so disrespectful to me. zero zero zero star ,please no one visit them.
I booked a truck before weeks ahead of time and by the time the date came they said they had no proof of it and there wasn't a truck available!! Also the Rymal location said they had storage available and when I showed up w a full truck to fill a storage room the girl at the desk laughed and said there must have been an error and nothing was available. She wasn't laughing after my rant but thanks to both for wasting my time and a very frustrating experience, never ever again!!!
I was not given a trolley or dolly, whatever the name is. Yet I'm charged $120 for a missing dolly. Heating on vehicle was not working and it was raining all weekend. Had to drive with a window down so I could have clear vision driving. The dolly/trolley I initially requested with my reservation was not given to me. Had to find another way to carry my items into the truck. No padlocks on the truck, had to purchase a new one. Overall bad experience. I need my $120 back please.
There should be an option for Zero stars please. The worst place ever to rent anything. They charged me extra 40 dollars (altogether I paid 70 bucks for 4 kms) for cleanliness issue that was not at all justified by the manager when I put the complaint. On top of it, the incharge of the location was so rude and ill-mannered to talk to, very ruthless. These people just find ways to charge you extra and would not listen anything after. Highly NOT RECOMMENDED!!
Some of the reviews here were very negative and I was a little nervous. Booked a truck online before it was needed. Went to the shop. No lineup. An employee brought the vehicle to the front for me. I returned it later that day and a different employee checked it, then cashed me out. Vehicle was clean. Employees were friendly. Pickup and return were quick and painless. Price charged was reasonable. Really couldn't ask for much more. I'd go back.
The trailer we rented was fantastic and the score is a reflection of the terrible customer service we received. We rented a trailer and when trying to return it staff insisted our driver park it in a very tight spot. It was ridiculous situation, our driver said he couldn't park the trailer safely, the staff said they wouldn't register the return. It was a standoff for no reason. Customer service training is very recommended.
Worst service ever! Reserved a month ahead. They called the day before to say no truck but would reserve one for us 30 min drive further. Did that. Showed up. No truck. Said come back at noon. Still no truck and too bad. No apologies. No help. It seemed like staff had no customer service training ever. They didn't call either time to tell us ahead of time the truck was not yet there. If I could give zero stars, I would.
Really unsatisfying service. When box did not have the items listed with it I was sent on an online Customer service goose chase. This local dealer did not take any responsibility for helping my situation. Went to the Rymal and Barton dealers who were both extremely helpful, apologizing for the inconvenience and finding the appropriate materials needed. I’d avoid this dealer in future and go with the others in town.
I do not recommend this U-Haul to anybody as their service up here is very rude and they like to tell people to leave for no reason as if you are paying customer they do not have a right to tell you to leave. So if I were you guys I would dodge this U-Haul because believe you mean darling's. They don't want nothing to do with you. They just want your money and the staff up here. This place is awful. The first impression of over 20 “no parking” signs taped everywhere all over the store set the tone for our experience. It is dirty, the staff are disorganized and so young and have no idea what they are doing. There is one particular young lady with purple hair who was so rude and dismissive to us when we came in. Snarky and sarcastic and unprofessional staff. Would not recommend at all.
It is the second time this month and the experience was just as bad. The people that work at this location have no idea what "customer service" means. I showed up and stood there a good 10 minutes while the while ruffled papers on the desk without so much as making eye contact with me. How about saying: I'm finishing the previous rental, please give me a couple of minutes. NOTHING. The wait here is too long.
This company is a fraud and falsely claimed we used 150 km but we only used about 45 km. We will never use this company again. Also heard from another business that Uhaul has done the same thing to them and they never use Uhaul any more. They get a very poor review from us for charging us more money. They charged us $60 for 150 Km but we only used 45km. NEVER NEVER NEVER WILL THEY BE RECOMMENDED BY ME.
Price jumped from quote by $50 for hitch install without explanation, when asked about it answer was "to replace bolts two bolts that broke"...? Booked appt Tues told me 1.5-2hrs dropped off Friday at 10:45am , I called at 4 to see if it was ready (5 hours later), waited on hold 30+ minutes for them to tell me its been ready they just havent called. Pretty disappointing really. Would not do it again.
The truck the gave me only had 3/4 tank filled, but they requested me return it with 7/8 tank. I filled to 3/4 tank which was the starting amount, but they still took extra charge. Another thing was that the charging outlet was broken. So, I could not charge my phone and when I return the viechle my cellphone was dead. I wad not able to return it online. Hence another extra charge was taken.
With all these 1 star reviews already there, I don't think mine is going to make much difference. But these guys are cheaters who have expertise in overcharging you on different pretexts. They take unfair advantage of your credit card in their record and arbitrarily charge whatever they like. My experience with them has been a nightmare. Thankfully, it's was my last interaction with U-Haul!
The truck we rented had no oil in it and we only knew because the person driving the vehicle is very mechanical. We purchased the oil ourselves and were given a discount/refund so the situation was handled well overall but it should not have happened. I am unsure about recommending this location (Upper Wellington) /U-Haul because I question the level at which the equipment is maintained.
I will give 3 stars. My car was backed into by an employee today and my truck was rented to someone else when mine was prepaid on Friday. The staff was helpful in getting me a 15 foot since my 20 was given to yesterday's client for an extra day. The girl working handled my car being hit vet professionally. Now let's hope the dm calls and my car door is replaced quickly without a hassle
The service at uhaul upper Wellington was awesome, i came late to pick up the truck it was my first time and Mohammad who was the representative there helped me to get the truck even though there where closed. I really appreciate there helping mentality and customer service. He did the process super fast and politely . The representative was awesome. Thank you so much for the help.
I dont even want to leave 1 star. This was the worst experience I had with renting a trush I reserved a truck for 7pm and when I went to get it the staff Sheldon Hyde was very rude to me right from the start of our conversation and when I returned the truck he lied about my driving distance and over charged me for the truck and again was very rude to me. Really need to do better.
This place has a great selection and if you live in Hamilton, you’ve probably been here. The vehicles have always been good but the service is almost hilariously bad. Prepare to spend 30-45 minutes no matter what you go for. Need boxes? 35 minutes. Have a reservation? 45 minutes. You’re only reading this because you’re on the fence, choose this location, just don’t be in a rush.
I had a great experience with UHaul at this location. We were helped by two different women during check-in, and then later during truck return, and they were both very professional and helpful. Thank you to you both for the work you do. We were picking up during a very busy time (weekend morning), and the woman on duty was doing a fantastic job with the heavy customer traffic.
Alert..This location is robbing customers charging extra money. They have made so small dents that customer cannot recognise its dent and after giving truck back they will charge $150 plus Tax. Even I said employee to come and check the truck they will never come and verify its okay and as soon as I left they charged check the picture below they plan to rob customers
Very rude staff at this location, and they purposely didn't process my return till the next day and added the 20$ late fee even though I returned it well before they closed the day before. Completely understaffed and for the love of God they need a third computer and not just the 2, never go to this location unless you want a bad experience and to be treated like garbage
Nice service, really friendly staff. Good rates, van worked well. 2 points that could have been way better though - 1. The van they had assigned me had all their advertising up in the window. They could have taken that down before I rented it. 2. the vehicles interior was clean. With COVID I would have expected it to be spotless and smelling super clean. it wasn't..
The service was everything we needed, despite the only available worker, Mohammad, being swamped with work, all alone. He did an awesome job bouncing between different customers, making sure that everyone was good to go, and he did it with a friendly smile on his face. He went above and beyond, and that's more you can ever ask for out of a typical UHaul.
The staff is a bunch of rip off artists! Three people including myself, all within 10 minutes, who were charged more than they were supposed to pay! The staff is rude and the place is dirty. Do NOT USE this store! Book it at a other location!! Management clearly doesn't know their job or give any concern to customers! Rating SHOULD BE on the minus scale!
The rudest staff. 2 young male staff members encountered Sunday April 23 while trying to purchase moving supplies. Too busy screaming at us to move car then process transaction. Called manager to notify but haven’t heard back. The poorest customer service experience ever and just generally rude human beings. Would have given no stars if it was possible.
Very bad customer service from the general manager, i have double booking for my work but still they do not have mood for doing work and told me, we don’t have your part till so need to wait more. This is the 3rd time visit here for same work and again they did disappointed to me. They need new and well trained manager. Or must close this location.
I recently booked U-haul from this location. They are the worst guys working there. I just drove it 6-7 kms and they charged me for 70 dollars adding miscellaneous charges. And when I asked for the explanation, they are being very rude and did nothing saying I don’t have any proof. I would never book from that location. Not preferred at all.
I am currently being accused of driving 216 km more than I actually did, causing my bill to be a lot more than it should be. I sent an email to voice my concerns and I hope to clear things up quickly and with ease. Update: After filing a dispute through my credit card provider, I was reimbursed for the portion that I was over-charged.
Zero stars Worst place to rent U haul ever They fraud their clients by adding miscellaneous charges like cleaning, scratches, etc. My friend rented cargo van for less than 30 minutes to load box of brand new box (disassembled cabinet) from store to his home. And they charged him for mud in the van. Makes no sense at all. Ridiculous!
Felt bad for the poor guy working there, he had to work alone, on the May 1 Saturday, but he was so good, bouncing between 2 computers to get the reeeeeally long lineup thru as quickly as possible. DO NOT COME HERE FOR HITCH INSTALLATION - They damaged our car and then GHOSTED us. Repeated emails and phone calls to Management ignored with no response. The technicians are inexperienced, and will DAMAGE YOUR CAR. We will be pursuing litigation for the damage to our car. Dismal Customer service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
I went to rent a pickup truck the other day, got the keys and as I'm backing out, the driver's side mirror breaks against the pole of the big Uhaul sign. I was backing out straight, so the staff member that pulled it in before me parked way too close for me to back out safely. I'm now stuck paying the $150 to fix it.
Went to buy a ball hitch for our truck . The employees did not even get out of their chairs to assist or offer any other help. The customer before me left their credit card in machine and employees were not even aware of that . U haul should really look at who is working or running their locations,
Booked a pickup truck days in advance. Got there half an hour early, had to stand around. Pointed out that we were now on my rental time. Ends up that the kid that works there took keys to truck out to lunch with him. Left without a truck and late for my appointment. Incredibly disappointed!
One of the worst stores avoid at all cost as it can cost you. They are after your money. Very sketchy business. They charged me $110 for furniture pads that i never got in first place. Read the papers very carefully and record everything on phone as proof in case something happens.
I’ve been using this u-haul location for years and have always had great service until today when I had Mohamed serve me. He was rude and brash and totally lacked the great customer service I’ve had in the past. If you go to this location avoid dealing with this guy.
If you're good with your phone, you can do everything online... until there's a glitch in the system. Which happened today. Longer wait than normal to get my truck (I've done it a few times before). Despite the system glitches I really like the process.

I wish I could give negative rating. Employees including manager were rude. They provided vehicle about an hour late. Fellow renter please try to avoid this location. I had a good experience few years ago but now it is completely opposite experience.
Returning my vehicle, as I was walking up to the door and the “open” light is lit. Went to open the door, it’s locked. Went back to check the light, it’s now off. They locked the door in the 10 seconds it took me to walk up and try it. Not cool.
Extremely unprofessional women working the front counter. One of the women asked the clients lining up to wait because she needed to take this personal call. It was a complaint about her door dash delivery. What a couple of dimwits working here.

The employees at this location seem absolutely miserable for some reason. My experience here was really unpleasant. Asking questions was uncomfortable due to the guy seeming annoyed at anything I asked in regards to the truck rental.
Rented a pickup for 1.5 hrs. Came back and they tried to charge for a rub mark on a mirror, when that didn't work they charged for cleaning dirt off the floor mats. Avoid this place, no way any real person gave this place 5 stars.

Went there twice to get my hitch installed the first time they only had one person so they couldn't do it and then second time I went they had the wrong hitch for my vehicle so I went to the hitch factory and had no problems

The one gentleman working at the desk is probably one of the most unpleasant and surly people I have ever seen. In a way that suggests he gets some sort of sustenance from treating customers with such disdain.
Very rude staff, you should not treat your customers like that. If you have chance go to other locations but not this one. They act like they do you a favour by renting the van even tho we pay for everything.
They charged two days rental on a item that I only rented and returned within 24 hrs. Called them to get it resolved but no one at the location put any efforts to look into it. No sense of customer service.
If you want to get ripped off and given a truck you can't use to tow with, than told "you damaged" their truck when you actually did the installers job for him and charged more this is the perfect place.
I rented a pick up from this location. I just needed it to pick up a shelving unit, so I tolerated the filth.. the windows were so dirty that you literally couldn’t see out of them in direct sunlight.
I found the man behind the counter rude. I waited 20 minutes before he even knowledgeable me. He was busy scrolling on his phone. Be prepared to wait for him to finish scrolling before he will help
Equipment was well maintained, staff was friendly, pricing was fair. Need more people doing check in. It took much too long, almost causing me to miss my appointment the equipment was rented for.
Truck we ordered was damaged from our original pick up point. We had to drive a little ways out to this Uhaul, but got a great discount and very friendly and helpful service. Thank you so much!!
The team is always very helpful, always help me carry oversized or heavy items to my car. They were able to help out with a moving truck when my friend was in a last minute jam.
