The customer service I received booking a storage unit was fantastic! Everyone was friendly and timely, but LaQuoia really went out of her way to help me. She stayed on the phone and walked me through every aspect of the contract, the unit, and the online system. I really appreciate her friendly and helpful demeanor. I highly recommend using this storage unit and LaQuoia's customer service. You won't be disappointed. Walking in to public storage laqoria brighten my day. I was a little under stress. Laqoria make my day. I move to Minnesota from Columbus Ohio. I book at uhal storage before moving to Minnesota. Long story shorty they took my money but I couldn’t get in my storage. They gave me so much attitude I walk out with my refund upset and under stress. Shockingly good service. LaQuoia and Sharon (I think?) were tremendous in helping me find a storage space that would accommodate getting pallets around a corner with a mechanized power jack. They understood my particular needs and made the effort to make my situation work. The locking bar for the door was not closing properly - they told me they'd have it repaired within seventy-two hours. They had it fixed in forty-eight! Excellent service all-around.

LaQuioa at Public Storage at Hiawatha location in Minneapolis is THE BEST. She reserved and booked several units for me and truly knows the value of great customer service! Very professional, knows the answers to any questions I ask, and is always happy and friendly. Goes the extra mile! There’s lots of storage places along Hiawatha but I’ll always choose PS because of LaQuioa! Hands down she’s the sole reason I choose PS!!

Well, if you can get past the odd hours that someone is actually in the office, due to what they call alternative office hours, I guess it's not too bad. The reality is they are not open the posted hours and it makes it difficult to do business. The facility is however clean and spacious, well lit and the best part is the ability to be able to pull your vehicle indoors to your locker and not have to park outside.

LAQUOIA is so wonderful. Her service is the best as well as the staff at this location. She and the staff are so personable. I cant say enough. No matter what I need or issue I have LaQuoia goes above and beyond to make sure my needs are met. I have witnessed her interaction with her staff and other customers and it is exceptional. Great storage facility. It’s clean and well lit. And you can actually pull inside the building, which is very nice in Minnesota winters. More importantly, I’m temporarily out of state and I know that my possessions are safe and secure. Most importantly is the customer service provided by LaQuoia. LaQuoia and Laurie were great! They were very helpful and got us set up and ready to move in things to our storage space. They were very friendly even though they were having technical problems. I also was very happy that they were great at answering questions even though I am sure they get the same questions hundreds of times a day. A great place to store your things! It was clean and easy to access.

LaQuoia the manager have been the BEST especially during this time of pandemic. She's been patient and understanding. Her main concern is the customers. Just moved out of my unit and had a great experience renting from this Public Storage. The facility was clean and secure, and the staff was very helpful. In particular, LaQuoia was very helpful to me as I tried to vacate my unit to make sure I was not charged any unnecessary fees. Would definitely recommend this location.

Public Storage has increased my fees after 6 months, read the fine print cause the price you paid will change after 30 days. They can also change fees, monthly rent, and additional charges along with change other terms after 30 days and they will.
