Two months ago, my rent went up more than 150% and I was charged without notice. I understand increases due to inflation, but this huge of a change is just ridiculous. Corporate was unhelpful and rude with resolving the issue. I attempted to contact this specific location, and no one would answer the multiple calls that I made. Out of frustration, I left a one star review on Google. THEN I was contacted by two separate people trying to fix the issue. They refunded me for the additional charge and "changed" my account back to the original price. Also, they asked me several times to change my review, so I did. I was charged the old rate in the next month, but then was charged the much higher rate this month, with next month's invoice still at the higher rate. I attempted to contact the employee who helped me the first time, but I got no response. It looks like they care more about their reputation than the actual customer....I'm sick of the shadiness and wasted time that I have spent with the issue. So I found another unit that's the same size, and it is the same price as my original cost at Public Storage :) Save your time and effort. I gave them an extra star because their facilities were always clean.

Updating the following review: I recently moved out of my unit, and Deborah could not have made it an easier process. She communicated very clearly what my responsibilities were and closed out my account promptly. I recommend this location to anyone needing a storage unit! I've been using this location for several months and have had a great experience so far. Any time I have had an issue I have received a prompt, professional follow up to solve any problems. Most recently, I was having trouble with my lock and reached out to the office for assistance. Deborah responded very quickly, took the time to solve my problem, and communicated with me throughout. I really appreciate her help!

Dealing with storage units is never a fun, "let's make this a full day" kind of experience. This location and their staff makes it better. Deborah is super friendly but also quick in communicating on the status of what we needed in a large cleanout and additional space. She also made it seamless and had everything ready to go (locks, paperwork, codes, all of it). This location is always clean and it is gated for extra security. PS also added an app that's really helpful as well. I definitely recommend this location!

We went over the billing together and answered all my questions, she was so polite and helpful. Access to the unit is very easy and not confusing at all, it's very quiet and private. I rarely review places, it’s usually very good or very bad. Want to say one thing-Deborah is really the best! What a great professional and all around person! She helped me with renting oversized unit and smoothly moving out from the smaller old one. Always asking about my day and family in Ukraine She is just one of those people who you want constantly to be around. I highly recommend this location just because of her.

This has been a wonderful experience. Thanks to our property manager, Brandy, the transition into our new unit was absolutely painless. She took care of everything from paperwork to personally showing us the location of our unit. Brandy is the ultimate amenity when considering the benefits of choosing Public Storage. Not only can we rest assured that our stuff is safe but we also purchased a little bit of Peace of mind.

The property is poorly maintained. We had a unit flood due to water that penetrated our unit from an adjoining unit. District Manager has not returned several phone calls for over a week now. We were forced to hire movers to move our stuff from a flooded unit at our expense, and the company acts like they have no responsibility to provide a unit free from water penetration or compensate us for the added moving expense.

Facility is in good shape and easy to access, but the staff is what really makes this location stand out. The site's manager, Deb, is super friendly and was helpful with any questions I had. Marco was also great at answering all my move-out questions and making the process smooth. Deb even gave me a call after my move out date to confirm I had everything I needed and was good to go. Great follow up and super helpful!

Public Storage went above and beyond in every way possible during my time with them. I received arguably the best customer service I have ever experienced, which was unexpected considering the nature of the business. The facilities were very clean, the pricing was transparent, and overall it was a great experience. I will definitely use them again when I need storage and highly encourage anyone else to do the same.

This place is night and day from my last self storage in Uptown (Cubesmart). The on-site manager Deborah in particular has been immensely helpful and clear in how everything works. And when we misunderstood a few things, she went out of her way to help us. Will continue to use for the foreseeable future given the amazing service and competitive prices!

In my time of renting a storage unit I have lived in 3 different apartments, this property is Great for the area and easy to get to. They have flat carts that you can use for free to help move various Items. Liz was a great help with helping me move out of my unit, I will keep this place in mind if I need another store unit.

I rented at this location for several years. When I left I returned my gate opener and they refused to refund my deposit. They claimed that "ownership had changed" and the people that I gave the deposit to were no longer there. Instead of doing the right thing they kept my money and the gate opener. I wouldn't trust them.

Definitely cleaner than any storage I’ve ever used & staff is really really nice . However there’s nowhere to put your trash , no overnight hours ; they close strictly at 9., and stairs only on the back at the end . I’m in the middle upstairs so when the elevator stopped working the other day it was a pain in the @$$

I'm late writingthis but I wanted to say when I was at this location I found it very clean and I likedthat they had elevators and climate controlunits. the propertymanagers Liz and Deborahwere a joy to workwith. Gave me a tour of the property and was full of importantinformation. I loved workingwith them both!!

I was debating no climate control or climate control and she explained to me what is the difference between the two and I fully understand. Deborah is the best. Out of all the years I've utilized public storage she is the ONLY one who ever told me they have lockers. She is the definition of "Quality over Quantity". I only needed to store some things for a few days and most places would have took all they could. She's the best.
