Purchased a storage space today and went by the office twice. No one was there. Have been calling all day. No answer. Additionally, inside the storage there is no air conditioning in Building A despite their claims of being climate controlled. It’s over 100 degrees and this place has no A/C. Looked for a cart of some sort to use, did not see one anywhere. Went to one of the other buildings, nothing there either. The light inside of the storage unit I got assigned today, does not work. It’s dark inside the unit and you can’t see anything. This is the second time I have tried using public storage and not had a good experience. I will be looking for other means of storage and canceling my agreement at this location in the next few days.

My very first experience with renting a storage in general and specifically with Public Storage here is horrible. I only need to use storage for a month, and cancel early before the end of the month. After reassuring me "you're good to go", I keep getting charge $75 for another month plus late fee without using their service. Tried to contact them many times to solve it, but at the end i have to give up and pay the money. It's not worth the hassle. I do wish their staff had better understanding and explanation for their first time customer, didn't make assumption that we know everything. If they're able do so, their repeating customer number would be improved dramatically.

The experience my daughter and I had this morning was awesome and then some. It was an easy process getting signed up. But before actually signing up the moment we walked through the door the although Ms Beverly was assisting another customer via phone she still managed to great us with warmth. Her multitasking skills and abilities kicked right on in. We had a grand ole time as well as the best conversation all while she was taking care of business. She made it a special day.. Zelina (manager) was great! I wanted something close to the access door and she showed me several options. The one I wanted had not yet been swept clean but instead of telling me it wasn't available, she said to give her a few minutes and she would sweep it out, which she did! A lot of employees would have just said to choose one of the already cleaned units but Zelina went above and beyond to make sure i got what I wanted. The price is reasonable, the location is great for me and Zelina was great!

Dallas Vilbig! I am a longtine customer if public storage off and on for 25 plus years. I have never expercienced such pleasant customer service. Tammy always display out if the box outstanding service. She is customer service oriented. Tammy is knowledgeable of her job. Detailed when responding to customer questions. Even tone when talking to people. Tammy goes far and beyond her duties and responsibilities on managing the property at Public Storage Vilbig. Great job Tammy. Keep up the good work!

Came here to this location today to rent out a storage and I had a very good experience. A lady named Stacy at the front service desk was so cool and inviting man. You don’t really get people with good customer service skills these days any more . I really appreciated her for just doing her job and wearing a smile makes me feel like I can really trust this place with my personal valuables. Thanks Stacy you actually made my day ! There is still good people out here in the world keep being you !

I want to say thank you for having Tammy at this location on Vilbig rd. In Dallas Texas. She is such a great employee and is very friendly. She makes you feel so much like you are family. It’s hard to find people and employees that make you want to keep coming back to a business and she is a employee that will do that for you. I have to say if I ever have to place any of my belongings in storage again I will be back to see Tammy at this location no doubt! Awesome service!!

Let me text y'all something about the young man y'all have working here at the vilbig location he is one of the friendliest people I have ever met he help me out a lot he helped me get my unit as easy as possible I was having a bad day but Paul help me turn things a round even when I didn't want to laugh he made me laugh and made my day 100% better we moved out today but when the time comes and I need a unit I will come right back here thank you public storage

Definitely overly priced for no reason. The girl lied and said the storage was big enough for a 1 bedroom. It was the size of a closet!! I couldn’t even fit half my thing in it. They never answer!! NEVER. Nobody is even in office! I wasn’t even in the storage 3 weeks and i had to pay a full payment after already paying my payment to move in it.And im still being charged and my stuff has been out the storage for a whole month already.

I was having a long and stressful week do to me needing to move and I had driven by this location one day and decided why not give it a shot? When I walked in I was instantly greeted with a warm smile by the property Manager there, Zelena. This young lady showed me excellent customer service and great act of professionalism. Thank you, Zelena for all your great help! I will definitely recommend my friends and family to this location.

I am a first time storage renter and I didn't know where to go to get the best service for my money but God! I read a review and I went by faith to check this place out and when I tell you I'm so grateful for the help and service I received from Mrs. LaSonya!!!!! Unfortunately the girl that was here before Tammy, pushed me to try to Pay over the internate. My wife booked a unit and while she was still there at the location, 3 minutes after paying she called me and I let her know that she was at the wrong location. They refused a refund. Not only will I never use public storage again, I will make it my life’s mission that anyone I come across doesn’t go near them. She had that unit for all of a couple minutes. You all are crooks!!!!!

I stopped by to see what the cost was for a storage unit and the property manager Tammy was very nice and very helpful. I explained that i wouldn't need the storage unit for a few more months. She went over and beyond to show me the units and answer all my questions. I will definitely be back to rent a storage unit in May, no doubt about it. Excellent service and clean property.

Fantastic service and Nemi makes things especially clear. She knows all the details and is very customer service oriented. She's a joy to work with and inspires a lot of confidence in the place. The facility is clean and secure. It was actually surprising to find such great management for a storage facility. Really really pleased and feel great about having my things there. A++

This place has a amazing service will help you with ease. The guy that helped me was Darren and his service was impeccable, he even stayed late setting up my storage. I made the reservation 30 mins before closing and he waited diligently for us to arrive to help assist us. I would recommend anyone that likes good service

The managers at this location were very courteous and knowledgeable. They had boxes and tape and mattresses covers so I can properly store my belongings without fear of damage to it. They answered all of my questions. They have cameras on site and I feel my items will be very secure here. Then you Naomi for everything.

If you are ok with throwing your money and valaubles away this is your place. i am having to move out after my unit was broken into for the third time. Don't worry though they have a camera on their office space but not any of the units. They know theft is bad and don't do anything to fix it. Use at your own risk!!!!!

Renting a unit from this facility was the easiest ever and Juan was super courteous and friendly. I made my reservations online and checked-in online as well which made the in-person transaction very fast. I was there no more than 10 minutes by the time I drove away. Secure property with cameras everywhere.

Ms. Stacy was extremely helpful, went above and beyond for us. She took extra time to help us get the right size storage and made sure we were all set. "Brenda WAS awesome!" Was my innital review which she made me write before finalizing my contract. But after months of renting from them, they really are the not awesome. Got broken into. Stuff got stolen. They tried to trick me into buying a lock, even though I told them I had my own.

Paul was amazing! We really needed a space quickly to clean out a room due to holiday family gathering. He was so friendly and polite and made sure we got in quickly and understood all the simple policies. We would recommend this storage facility beyond any others! Thank you Paul!

I had my boyfriend call ahead of time to reserve the space and when I arrived, nothing was different than what he was told or quoted on the phone. Naomi was very clear and informative regarding all policies. This was such a last minute decision so we are excited it was easy.

The thing about PS is that they charge what they tell you from the start. But then charge a different price a payments in. The employees are actually all nice and helpful also very honest about their work. Always loved the employees there.

I don’t understand why every time I come to the office, it’s closed. I can’t even get a breathing person on the phone for help, but yet you guys are good at taking customers’ money and overcharging units. This ridiculous and unacceptable.
