My move with this location was amazing thanks to Betty. She went over and beyond to make my experience wonderful, by showing excellent customer service, being extremely understanding, and showing that she really cares about her customers. I give this location 5 stars and would highly recommend to anyone especially if Betty is helping!

Betty was such a huge help came in yesterday to get my bill broke down very detailed with the prorate was vacating both units but she explained to me that i could just combine both my storage units into one. Very patient while managing over 5 people in office at same time some were mean but she stayed calmed. Thank you again Betty

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to storage here they are money hungry will add late fees if your late on payment, cancel your access into gate…will keep your items hostage until you pay them you wouldn’t be able to get your things in or out of your storage. They will keep you things adding additional costs
