I went to this Publix location on Thursday, August 13th around 9.35pm. The lady at the customer service desk, I believe she was the manager was very rude and disrespectful. I occasionally go to Publix to use there money services to send money internationally and sometimes shop for specific grocery items. I asked the woman if I was able to use there Western Union services. She states that Western Union was shutdown at 9.30pm. I said ok I understand. I then asked her what time would the store be opened the next day, as I don’t normally go to this location to get anything done. As I was about to leave, she then proceeds to offer and say she would look to see if it would allow her to complete the service of sending money. At first, I thought that was nice of her to offer; but things turned for the worst after. She then gets interrupted while helping me by another cashier, which I thought was rude, who needed assistance at the register. This manager walks off, leaves me at the customer service station to go and help another customer. She already stated that Western Union was shutdown at 9.30 pm. Why would this woman offer and tell me that she’s going to check in the system to see if it would allow her to do it; then leaves me at the customer service station to go and help another customer. If your providing customer service you just don’t do that, you help one guest at a time not two at once. That’s why there are multiple employees working. She could’ve finished assisting me instead of having me wait even longer, as time was limited. That is very unprofessional, her customer service skills needs work. Long story short, she then calls on the intercom for another manager to come over and assist me because she heard me complaining to the cashier about what she just did. This other manager walks over to customer service where I am, he doesn’t have a clue what just happened. She’s finished helping the other customer, then walks over to say she told me she was leaving to go help the other customer. Whether she told me or not, you just don’t leave a customer hanging to go help another. You respect your guests time or if you can’t help you get someone immediately to replace yourself. I then told her I had to be somewhere in about 20minutes her reply was ‘so go’. I thought that was very rude and disrepesctful. It was about 9.45pm and the store would be closed very soon. This woman then had the nerve to walk off, without finishing what she offered in the beginning and left me at the customer service station with the other manager. I explained to the other manager what needed to be done, he then tried to assist me and tells me that oh it won’t allow him to complete it, because Western Union was shutdown. This could’ve all been avoided if this manager, finished what she offered in the beginning. Instead of having me wait while she assists someone else. I honestly hate that I have to write this review, because I love Publix and there services, but I was truly disappointed with what happened that night. This experience was horrible and I will avoid going to this location at all costs !!
This review is solely based on the Deli area(Subs to be exact). Asking for Boars Head cheese for my sub at this Publix is a bad word! They have precut slices of cheese and meat behind the sub area, and if they don’t have the precut Boars Head cheese you want, good luck getting it. Today I asked for Boar’s Head Colby Jack cheese and Boar’s Head Maple Turkey for my sub. The employee said that they were out of Boar’s Head Colby Jack cheese. But I could see the Boar’s Head Colby Jack cheese in the deli behind the glass. So I assumed what she meant was she didn’t have anymore precut! So I asked could she get the Boar’s Head Colby Jack from the deli. That’s when the attitude ensued. She asked her coworker in the deli to bring her the Boar’s Head Colby Jack from the deli. The coworker brought the cheese over in a fully wrapped new package of Boar’s Head Colby Jack cheese. I guess this was too much work for her to open it and slice it for my sub. So as she proceeded to prepare my sub she put Publix Colby Jack cheese in my sub as if I wouldn’t notice. Everyone knows that Boar’s Head Colby Jack cheese has a half circle shape, not square like Publix. But to avoid any drama I took the sub and conveniently left it in the cold sandwich container. Maybe someone else will want a Publix Turkey and Colby Jack cheese sub. But I’m not paying extra for a Boar’s Head sub and not get a Boar’s head sub, only because the personnel didn’t feel like being inconvenienced by cutting open a new pack of cheese. This Publix is nice, clean and in a convenient area, but don’t order Boar’s Head for your sub, because if it’s not already precut, you’re getting publix meat and cheese instead.
This is my primary Publix. I love this place. Excellent service, great selection and usually good quality as well. I went this past Saturday 11/12/2022 to do some shopping for meat for the upcoming week. I should have been wary when the person at the seafood department told me the Bourbon Salmon Filets were on sale for the same price as the regular salmon filets. I excitedly bought two filets with a plan to cook them on Monday 11/14/2022. I should have noticed the funny smell when I unwrapped the salmon but I was in a rush. I inspected the meat as usual and thought maybe it was just me thinking I smelled something a little off. Needless to say the Salmon was already going bad and without going into a lot of detail, I'll just say date night with the wife did not go well. That's why I'm up at 3:47am typing a review. This is usually my go to place for all grocery needs. I only keep seafood 1-3days in the fridge after buying because I like to cook it soon after buying. I'm disappointed that the quality was not what I have come to expect from the Publix Seafood department. I'll give them another chance but warning to all, if you hear something is on sale or marked down - I would steer clear and avoid it. The rest of the store is great and has not let me down and I appreciate the amazing work and dedication from the Publix team.
Sarta with the accent, was very rude to me. I was doing an instacart order and came to the deli to get the meat since I already was finished with my order. The meat was not ready yet, which was no problem until “Sarta” tells me I have to wait because she had other customers. No one was standing in line behind me at all. A gentleman was in front of me and walked off. Instead of her saying, “just give me one sec”, she proceeded to tell me I have to wait & not even trying to make eye contact with me which is even more rude. She proceeded to what she was doing telling her other co-worker, “you can take care of them if you want but, I have stuff to do”. Now I have worked in customer service for years and I know this was not the proper way to do things. Her other co-worker whom is black like me also did not even want to help. Now I could understand if it was a ton a people in line. It wasn’t NOT ONE PERSON. They did not want to tell me their names so I got it from one of their workers. Respect is something serious & they were very disrespectful. Both of them. Also, she tells the man that finally walked backed up that she was sorry for the wait & he wasn’t even standing there when she was helping him. But she tells him sorry and not even try to address me? Manager definitely needs to talk to Sarta & her lil employees.
I thought your slogan was Publix, where shopping is a pleasure ?! When did that end because people are too lazy to be bothered with cash in the self checkout lane ? There is no shortage of cash, Whole Foods down the street still accepts it and virtually all of your major competitors still take cash in self checkout. This location is dated and the staff don’t want to exert anymore energy than they have to so they just let the whole experience suffer! Florida is way better at managing their locations and actually keeping them updated. Yellow subway tiles were a trend within Publix 2 decades ago !!! Why haven’t you upgraded ur store ?! ( the current esthetic is white tile with a light green accent tile ). It’s a horrible location that isn’t on par with any of your experiences elsewhere and really needs to be retrained to be affiliated with such a high standard as you usually have. You have permanently lost me as a customer, as someone who uses cash we don’t want to be stuck with the 2 tellers and lines to the back of the store to checkout.Ill just drip everything and walk out.
Wish I could rate the meat counter lower, but use your imagination. I almost never shop or cook for more than one. I often request breaking packages of fresh meat and have never had a problen with this request at other Publix locations. Tonight (30 July 2023, around 7:30 PM) I politely asked that the clerk at the meat counter break a package of sweet Italian sausage so I could buy two links instead of five (not a fan of freezer burn). The clerk refused. I drove another half-mile south to the Peachtree Battle store where the young lady at the meat counter executed my request and presented the needed links wrapped, weighed and with a smile in less time than the fellow at The Peach store took to tell me they couldn't break the pack. In and out in less than two minutes. I remember an ad many years ago in which a customer remarked on Publix dedication to customer service in precisely the type situation I described here. Maybe that commercial should be included in new hire training.
It is not a bad store but it is often understaffed. The pharmacist Chris is a very nice guy but the pharmacy techs and people at the front counter are pretty abrupt. If you get another pharmacist other than Chris you will not get the same level of service as you do from Chris. Atypically they have only two full serve checkouts and the the self serve. The self serve machines are old and damaged and need replacing. They jam a lot. I see store employees with name tags walking around on their cell phone while the line grows for the checkout and they don't open additional registers. They run out of stock more often that in former days and ready made foods from the deli - they just don't have them on hand as much as they had in the past. Jenkins daughter or granddaughter, a Trump supporter, owns Publix. I shop with them in spite of this, not because of it.
While waiting in line at the deli and associate was called over to assist the growing line , Alex. He had a look of disappointment and disgust when coming to assist me. I began to tell him my order and when we got to the condiments he began throwing my food around and making my sandwich look like waste. I told him to make my sandwich properly or stop. After he finished, and I started walking his coworker said aloud, “im proud of you dude.” What exactly is he proud of? He deliberately was throwing my food around. I went to speak to the manager of the store on duty and was asked “did he know?” I questioned back, “did the employee know what exactly? He works in that department so he should know all”. I really don’t appreciate the condescending behavior towards me and actions.

I don't know who works the Sunday staff on this day October 20th but the self checkout staff is horrible on this day. The one person who checks me out during the week is very great I've known him since 2015 he has a accent from India and he's the most awesome worker! On this day a young lady was working she didn't even acknowledge me or any body who was checking out no good morning not a smile just gossiping with another male worker.. That's horrible customer service and I work customer service on a daily basis publix on the peach need some more energetic and charismatic people on staff and this particular female worker either needs to work on her skills or find another job doing something else that doesn't require human interaction with her cold mannerisms.
Yesterday, I had the unfortunate experience of purchasing what was supposed to be Nashville hot chicken from the premade section. However, to my dismay, it turned out to be falsely labeled as "Nashville hot" when it was actually "hot honey bbq." The clerk, rather than acknowledging the mistake, argued with me about it. Eventually, she sought confirmation from another clerk who confirmed my initial assessment. Despite this, she carelessly returned the mislabeled item back to the section. Frustrated, I decided to opt for the "Spicy Popcorn Chicken" instead, only to later realize that it was actually the original flavor. It's worth mentioning that I have previously tried both entrees and am quite familiar with their distinct appearance and taste.
Deli staff are the rudest, slowest people I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve never given such a low rating before. Every time I order from them, it takes at least 20-30 minutes, and most of the time is waiting for someone to acknowledge me waiting to order. Tonight was the last time I will order from this deli. I am aware they close at 9. I tried to order online and was unsuccessful, so I went in instead. All I wanted was some popcorn chicken. I arrived half an hour before they closed and was refused service. No one was in line ahead of me- I was the only customer. It can’t take more than 10 minutes to prepare, so my order would have been completed well before 9. Needless to say, I drove all the way to publix and left empty handed.
Well I had 2 items that scanned wrong and I have the Publix app and therefore I had to go to Customer Service and the young lady who assisted me didn't want to refund me cash she wanted to put it back on my debit card and debit is the same as cash. It was only $3 and some change and I don't even know if she calculated it right! But it was close enough I guess I didn't have time to figure it out and besides it wasn't.much money! She consult with the CS mgr I guess and she said to refund the cash and she did! I shouldn't have to go through this because debit is same as cash I think she just need a little more training I know debit is same as cash from way back in 2010! The rest of the store was awesome
I placed an Instacart order for pickup. Among the items on my list was a Dutch apple pie from the Publix bakery. Cutting into the pie for dessert a few hours later, I discovered the pie was cherry, not apple. I called the bakery and explained the situation and was transferred to customer service. Customer service explained that since I didn’t want to come back to the store, I would have to get my refund from Instacart. Instacart promptly refunded my money. The issue I have is that no one asked or was even concerned about the mislabeled pie. Thankfully, I don’t have any food allergies. But it’s something to be mindful of if you do— particularly with “fresh” baked, cooked, prepared food items.
What sets this Publix on the map is it's one of a kind customer service. The staff here are the most helpful and customer friendly of any Publix you will find in Atlanta. It's no hardship for them to guide you down an aisle to find what you're looking for, greet you as you come in, or find some creative way to make you smile, and feel like part of the Publix family. The store is always well stocked with a variety of foods including international favorites, fresh organic fruits and vegetables, and mouth watering pastries. If they're out of an item, they'll go so far as to travel to other Publix stores just to keep you appeased. Truly a place worth shopping. 5 stars across the board.
7pm, 11/09/2019 Service quality was as low as one would expect inside or near the perimeter, but this occasion is worth mentioning. I was attempting to get warm food, and that warm food was cold. This presents the obvious problem of my enjoyment, but it also suggests that the food holding temperature were incorrect. I don't need my food to have bacteria in it. Some of the problem would be of the food holding area being inadequately managed, but the server also had macaroni and cheese essentially pre scooped and sitting in the scooper where it would get even colder. There was too much wrong to assume this was an isolated incident.
I like swinging by this store early in the morning while everybody is still deciding what to wear. The folks are available if you can't find your fav's. I want to recognize the Russian lady at the market, she really knows her meats! I was looking for a traditional breakfast sandwich (which they don't have), and she recommended a 2 meat, cheese, tomato 12" and she said "i vill warm it fer ya and cut it in Hoff so you vill haf vone fer dinnor". (Lol). I told her "sure, go ahead" cuz I never had a 2 meat sandwich for breakfast before. It was great! I really enjoyed it ☺.
I had been a long time since I started visiting this location again. I have decided to make it part of my morning commute to work. Why? Because it's pretty easy to get to and get around in the store. This location is not designed like most locations. They are still kind of old school so that means things are placed in different areas. However they make up for it with their employees and products. Love this store. Everyone is helpful and friendly. You always see someone on the floor doing something to keep it nice and together. Never bumping into folks either.
Three stars because I hate publix to begin with. They are usually out of everything and are like twice the price as Kroger. This specific Publix is especially slow at customer service. So I went to the cash register that adjoining to customer service to make it easier to get cigarettes. The guy didn't respond when I said "good afternoon how are you? ", and when I asked for my cigarettes with ID in hand , he made a grossed out face and yelled for some woman to come over and help him. It would be nice to be able to shop for a Product without being judged.
DEAR MANAGEMENT TEAMS Your Store is Very Clean and Organized..Great Job..I have passed your store for 4 months in route to work, so decided to stop today..I went over to your Service Desk(Karie) to cash out a lottery ticket for another one. I stood there waiting to be acknowledge by(Karie) didn't happen, so I decided to acknowledge her(REAL SPECIAL).she was a Very Rude and Extra Dry person. if you are having a bad day, please stay home. Good Luck on choosing your next Customer Service person Publix's in Buckhead...
The only reason I chose one star is because I couldn’t choose anything lower. This publix is a pleasure anywhere but the deli. The staff is rude, they are always out of an essential item for subs (bread selections) and it takes forever to be served. I have made complaints, spoken to the manager in person…and now I have decided to take it here. Unacceptable. I have never hated a store, but this takes the cake. This particular branch is NOT reflective of Publix in general. I am sorely disappointed.
I was waiting in line at the deli and I asked one associate about the food but he was very short and I couldn’t understand but then Ronesha came out and she was amazing she explained to me what everything was she made my sandwich and I bought hot food wings and her customer service skills are AMAZING ‼️ So I go check out and Kay was super sweet and she bagged my items soo neatly I just want to say great job Publix in Buckhead you have 2 great workers satisfied customer
I am new to this area as a full-time resident of the city of Atlanta, so I've been to a couple of grocery stores. Way over priced is a term I would've used to describe the grocery industry in Atlanta until fate paid me another graceful visit and I stumbled into this Publix. Prices were reasonable and the environment was great. There were people my age (college age) and we were all on the same isles with a collective agreement on diet that we were formally unaware of.
Waited at the meat/seafood counter here for some ground pork. The guy behind the counter said “sure hang on one minute”. He then proceeding to help 3 other people who got there after me first, 15 minutes later another employee came out to help and said “oh we ain’t got no ground pork”. Would’ve been nice to know before the 15 minute wait. Giving 2 stars here because it’s a Publix and not a Kroger but definitely not coming back to this location - for anything.
If you care about a quality selection of groceries and different food products, then Publix is the place to go. I can say enough good things about their Bakery section and how many fresh baked goods that they offer. It's amazing. I love cheese cake and Publix has about 15 different types of cheese cake to choose from. They also have an amazing deli and hot food bar if you want to grab lunch... All the subs are delicious and the hot items.
Leaving a review due to a friendly associate experience we had. Was buying some pre-packaged pork from the meat section and the stocking associate nearby noticed us discussing the portion size being too much for what we needed, and we mentioned we were looking for a smaller portion of meat. He took the time to offer to cut down the size to what we were looking for and re-package/price it, which was nice. Good customer service right there.
My biggest issue is the Indian guy at the self checkout and how uncomfortable he always makes me feel when I’m checking out. I thought it was just me one time until another customer noticed it and she said something. I’ve literally watched the differences in how he reacts to me at the checkout and how he interacts with others. Self checkout is convenient but pls don’t stand over me as I checkout.. all the time!
If you’re getting a sub, go to literally and other Publix in Atlanta. Something is always wrong and they never improve or hold themselves accountable. I’ve been coming here multiple times a week for year and get a pub sub every week. Never changes. If you absolutely have to come her, prepare to wait 45 minutes for a sandwich. Otherwise their produce is mediocre and/or picked through half the time anyways.
This was the most unfriendly visit that I have ever had at this location. Jackie on register 6 did not speak until I spoke to her. She was rude to the bagger when asked a question. Her attitude was definitely not customer focused. The bagger did not volunteer to assist with taking the groceries out. Neither one spoke to my sister who was using a mobility cart. We will never go through her line again.
I love this Publix! Lately it has been pretty well stocked, especially with all of this pandemic mess. The employees are nice and helpful. It is clean and they are usually at the check out line to get customers out quickly. I love their deli! Good sandwiches and don't forget the chicken! Great grocery! But don't go there hungry or you'll spend alot of money! Too tempting!
They never have enough lanes open, though. Never. Update: No milk? Really? Parking lot was packed and still only 2 checkout lanes open. Get it together, mgmt. Update 2: No double bagging of heavy items and they indeed break. Baggers often crush things in the cart. Not enough cart returns in the parking lot. Nobody smiles, definitely a symptom of poor management.
Rina was my cashier and she was really wonderful! I was about to (reluctantly) spend a lot of money on Christmas cards, but she informed me that there was a coupon for cards this week and asked the young man bagging my groceries to go get one off the shelf for her to scan for me. Such wonderful, thoughtful customer service. Thank you so much to them, both!
This place is still allowing dangerous homeless people in the building. We are supposed to feel safe here. I don't feel safe at all when they're still allowing this to happen. Stop allowing the Homeless into your business. They need to have better Security because I have witnessed a few homeless people shoplifting and harassing other customers for money.
A significant part of the Peachtree Mall complex this Publix location is the true defintion of a "Supermarket". Providing an amazing selection from fresh produce, to freshly prepared items. Moreover, this store is clean, properly stocked, well lighted and has plenty of visible and available associates that are pleasant and happy to assist patrons.
I visit the store often since it is the closest to where I live. I am thankful for some staff changes, but there are still a few ghetto and immature people who work here that don’t seem to know anything about customer service. I get tired of feeling like I need to go to someone’s supervisor if I feel mistreated, but I have more than once.
Great store size and location. I use this location primarily for the pharmacy. Store is always clean and the staff is friendly and helpful, especially at the deli counter when I always seem to come in late at night when it is nearing closing time. I do wish the produce was better at this location but all other offerings are great.
It's Publix. Staffing and customer service levels wain as does the daypart. Some prices are ok. Some prices are not so ok. The store is typically clean, well lit, and fairly well maintained, with minimal attention to rest room facilities.. Parking is ok.. Especially if you park at the opposite end of the parking lot in the rear.
Publix is Publix except for minor differences. I rarely visit this location so don't ever know where anything is. The staff is friendly and helpful. The produce is very well tended, the fruit platters always gorgeous. They're remerchandising the wine aisle today, 3/5/19. Good luck finding your favorite tomorrow.
I would like to thank Tekila (MGR) and her staff for excellent customer service. Tekila provided exceptionally managerial service without being address regarding the issue. She simply overheard the conversation at the register and gear directly to provided customer care. Thank you ….Tekila and staff! Awesome Service
Customer service is always good! Hot food & subs are always fresh & delicious! The employees are so great & high quality people! Bakery is A1 cookies! Heath cookies are the absolute best!! I love the pumpkin cookies too! They all need raises! I appreciate great quality service & people.
The deli section workers are the rudest, nastiest women! I've never had a problem just ordering a sandwich, especially when you have ALL OF THE INGREDIENTS to make it. Never had a problem with this store until now, and they went out of their way to embarrass me, a paying customer.
Love the vibe in this part of town. Kind of rude long haired guy at customer service desk here. Nice produce employees. Smaller store setup. Easy in n out. Has security usually. There are a lot of people sitting outside here on seating. Close to Barnes n noble with a Starbucks.
I ordered vegetarian deli sandwich platters and the banana and honey roll-ups for a party. The food was delicious, reasonably priced, and ready at the scheduled pick-up time without any issues. It is a convenient location for anyone in Buckhead, Brookhaven, or Midtown.
This store is always well stocked and has polite employees as most Publix locations do. They also have self checkout lines which I am always appreciative of. This location is close to my apartment so I am here 2 or 3 times a week and I’ve never had a bad experience.
This store, and shopping center all together, is infested with homeless people EVERYWHERE! They're in the restrooms, on the benches outside, and even laying in the grass. A paying customer can't comfortably sit outside on the bench without being harassed.
Jeff the cashier was not friendly towards me at all. I sat and waited in line patiently while he greeted and spoke to other guess then once he got to me no greeting or anything and looking down his watch as if he’s rushing me. He needs to be retrained.
Nice people, recieved plenty of help getting items, store worker went out of her way to find me an electric chair because of my handicapped and was able to get one despite their being none in site. I appreciate the girl going out of her way like that
Very nice, clean and bright place to shop. It was late evening and most retail stores looked shopped at that time; I was surprised. The staff was also friendly and helpful. If ever in the area again and I would look forward to shopping there again.
Please do a better job of programming the discounts advertised on the shelves into your system. It's embarrassing to hold up a checkout line while someone confirms a price that isn't in the system . This is the second time it has happened lately.
Peach Publix is excellent. I began going to Publix at age 5 in Tampa. We shopped at Publix and A&P. Bigger issue for me today is ??How do you know i was there And know when i was there? ((George Orwell knew whereof he spoke ref. Book 1984))
Using your own bags at the self checkout is ridiculous, non existent staff has to verify constantly. They should also consider restoring their normal hours, people that work and have kids can't always make it there and finish shopping by 9pm.
I never imagined I'd have such warm and fuzzy feelings for a grocery chain but Publix has made that happen. I had been going to the Edgewood Kroger that's closest to my home but some recent trips to Publix have changed that forever. Thanks
My experience was great with staff, very friendly n accomodating. I can't walk long. So, I need the scooters. There were only 2. One couldnt leave the station n the other, took long time to shop it kept cutting off so I had to wait a lot.
Watched Hajara which appeared to be a manager based on her attire speak and greet all of the white customers in line and did not say one word to me! Not even a hello, I’m not sure she even told me what the total was…very in professional!
I said this is my first time here I would like to get a whole sub sandwich I was not informed that if I got Publix meat it would have been cheaper than to get the Boar's Head the 4 slices of turkey and chicken was very very thin but I
Someone needs to do something about the produce here, it is in fact a grocery store right? There is regularly moldy produce out. For the high prices they’re charging, I expecting high quality. You can’t just slack because of location.
Young blonde well dressed young man weekend manager is very helpful and knows how to handle elderly women in nicotine withdrawal looking for nicotine replacement therapy & Pinot noir. Thanks ( I probably forgot to say it!) S. G. Rentz
Stopped in after work and I can always expect a great experience here. The food was definitely fresh and the deli associate was nice and friendly. Self-out was definitely a plus because it made my trip quicker than what I expected.
All Publix, especially this one, always have enough staff on duty. You can get in and out quickly! The staff is very well trained. Tell pack your groceries and take them to your car and no tipping is allowed it's a free service.
There was always someone there to give assistance is finding a product. Some employees went above and beyond, by not just "telling us where to find an item, but actually leading us to the product! Excellent customer service!
Very clean store. Employees were courteous and friendly. In the parking lot, I observed a Publix associate patiently help an elderly shopper (who was using a scooter) get into her car. Kindness was shown to this shopper.
I love Publix and specialty bakery they have good bakery there cakes in there are delicious their Patriot pastry is very delicious they also have good customer services and I love going there everything that I need
Let me say in the beginning that I certainly realize that Publix does not control ADP but Publix certain can address this issue better than me, the average citizen! Sorry Publix that ADP gave you a 1 star rating.
Great efficient location. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Shelves always stocked or being refilled. Ample parking. Staff makes sure they bring the carts in so you don’t have to search the lot for them.
They keep everything up to date. Whatever you buy, you never get the feeling that you are buying items that are less quality. I am a hardcore fan of Publix. And pay attention to their weekly BOGO selection!
It's a very nice Publix within a great shopping center. Given the location, it can get quite crazy at times to find parking, but once you're in, you'll find a very well stocked location.
Within walking distance. Employees are very cordial and welcoming. Store is clean, organized, efficient. Products are top of the line: fruits, vegetables, meat, flowers. I love it.
A huge line at self check out and only two human cashiers at 7: 30 on a Wednesday night. Why? A lot of people grocery shop at this time. Other than that clean and well organized.
Didn't purchase most the items I usually purchase at Publix. Prices are outrageously high. Quality remains but I won't return until this current economic free fall has subsided.
Publix is embarrassed by the produce section at this store, and for good reason. It’s tiny and the quality of produce is terrible. Good thing they hid it in the back corner.
I love everything about Publix, the fruit and vegetables are always fresh. Store clean, prices match the store cleanliness so I don't mind spending extra. It's all on point.
I am grateful to have this store right behind where I stay. I am in there almost daily for lottery or something… Great place to shop full of really nice workers! ✅ …
Beautiful and clean and everything clearly marked prices. Several associates ask may I help you. I will come again. And I will use the Publix on my side of town as well.
Too many people!!! This place is always crowded inside and out! Not a good place to go in and out but they do have a wide variety but everything is high dollar price.
This store is well laid out. And I found everything I needed pretty quick and was in and out even quicker. Employees were very nice and helpful. This is a good one.
Myra and Chris at the deli were very nice and friendly. Smiling, laughing, and joking around. I loke this Publix so much better than Peachtree Battle.
Publix is the best market to shop…the chicken was fresh, our subs were great, and the cakes were fresh also. I recommend the honey wings from the deli
Dipal was very helpful. I threw my keys in trash can by accident and she helped me clean them off and my hands. Deli is great.. very busy location
My favorite Publix by far. Bilkis (hope I spelt it correctly) is such a sweetheart and brightens my mornings everytime she greets me.
Not much to say. Excellent as always as most Publix are. Presentation throughout is always superb and staff always willing to help.
Best grocery store in ATL, my go to. One of the largest and best stocked plus send your kids to Barnes and Nobles while you shop.
Good customer service at this location and well stocked, usually a busy location, but I can usually get in and out pretty fast.
There a sandwich maker here with such a attitude.....ot sure what the issue is ....however like mama said get'em with kindness
I love publix but to be out of helium is kind of disappointing. Had to make a secondary stop just to grab a couple balloons.
Great store to shop at. The store is always clean, and customer service is excellent. I have never had a bad experience.
Convenient, clean, excellent customer service, fresh produce, fruits and vegetables. Great “hot bar”. …
Do not come here super slow service in the deli. All large orders should be placed in advance. Very ridiculous.
Had a wonderful experience. Tae was my baggager and he was excellent. He had great customer service.
Alicia at customer service is never pleasant. Seems like doing her job makes her angry….. idk tho
CAROLYN AT THE DELI IS SO SWEET!!! She made our whole night! Stop by and get a sandwich from her!
Great sake items. The employees are always so helpful and pleasant. Self check out is a breeze!
I love that Publix I live by the airport and I go all the way to Buckhead for that publics
Self-checkout no longer takes cash because they are too lazy to count down the drawers.
Varieties of items are available for you to Shop. Vegetables are fresh and hygienic.
Better stocked than other parts of town and usually have everything im looking for.
Great store. Always clean and well stocked. The pharmacy folks are super helpful.
Larger size then others in area. Has pharmacy. Has a pharmacy. Easy parking
This location was cool and had everything I needed in stock.
Nice selection, much like all Publix locations I've been in.
