I have been going to this gym over 3 years. Best gym in Frankston it has all the latest equipment fresh smell very clean and very good at management. You always feel the welcome and the staff are very friendly and helpful and they even help you to achieve your goals. Highly recommend.

Great gym near to Frankston train station. Wasn't busy and had a great mix of equipment, free weights, cardio machines, and an open area to do sled pulls, battle ropes, etc. There is even a steam room in the change rooms for after training.
