It’s clear that the kids working in this cafe don’t know what they are doing at all. I am not sure if their parents just have money to play with but they might want to get a qualified barista in-house. The prices adds insult to injury. It took an extremely long time for them to make a mocha latte and chia latte. I was the only customer. Then he hands me cold pastries. I ask him was their cream cheese and he said no just cherry. There was cream cheese in it which I am allergic. Extremely poor experience. The quality of the pastries was pure trash. I say avoid this cafe even though it next to your hotel. I spent $31, gave them a tip at that. Never again.

We are her from Iowa visiting, and the decor is what drug us in the door. The atmosphere was soooo adorable, very friendly staff, food and drinks were so tasty and came out so quickly. *chefs kiss

Leider sieht die Einrichtung in echt nicht so hochwertig aus, wie auf den Fotos. Die Kuchen in der Auslage sehen nicht frisch aus und die Preise sind recht hoch. Das Personal war uninteressiert. Positiv ist zu sagen, dass der Kaffee sehr lecker ist und es vegane Milch gibt.

Aesthetics of this place is beautiful but I was upset with an $8 late I purchased. It tasted like old coffee, maybe it was the milk but I was too embarrassed to go back and ask for the barista to give make me a new one so I had to throw it out. The barista was very quiet also and really didn’t make conversation or recommended anything to me especially since it was my first time and it was my birthday at that. SMH ‍♀️ my experience wasn’t great hopefully other people had better than I did.

It has coffee on the menu so I ordered my everyday coffee - Mocha. The girl apparently doesn’t know what Mocha coffee is because she asked me if I want milk. She didn’t even ask me what size I want. She look extremely unfamiliar and confused with her job and her colleague made the coffee. Gosh, it was instant coffee, because they didn’t even turned on the coffee machine and milk frother. This coffee was charged same price as a real Mocha. What a funny place. Would give zero star if I could.

Great, creative drinks, cute atmosphere and good food. Love the pastries. The staff are super friendly. I loved the blueberry ube latte. They have a bathroom in the basement of the adjoining hotel--you just have to ask for the code.

My husband & I stayed at the Sheraton Brooklyn Hotel on our visit to NYC, and we were super pleased to find this adorable & delicious coffee shop in our hotel! Fantastic coffee & bagels - we had some every morning. We wouldn't hesitate to visit again on our next visit to the city!

Chose to toast my overpriced croissant which I didn’t give much thought to, but it rendered it inedible. Was hard as a rock, dry and the consistency of sitting dried out on a counter for four days. Very disappointing after spending $8 for two.

One of the better mocha's I've had for sure! My only complaint is that it was $7.35 (With tax) for a medium. The space inside was really nice as well, would definitely go in to read and/or work for awhile.

The coffee is so-so (cappuccino) They charge for almonds milk and decaff extra ( others dies not ) , so after all you will pay almost 7$ for a cup. Overpriced , not worth it

It's cute but the food is consistently dry and not good. The brownies are an exception but cinnamon rolls and croissants are usually pretty bad.
