After a failed cooker installation by AO, I found myself at 4.30pm on a Monday with no cooker and no hob and being told I have a cross polarised circuit with a live "Earth". I made a call to Putney Electricians and Tomasz was very friendly but formal, and offered to come around that evening. He was with me (as he stated) in an hour, and text when he was 5minutes out. He worked efficiently and quickly, I could get on with my conversation with my friend whilst he worked. He solved my issue and installed my oven and rescued the situation. He was reasonable and i would highly recommend. I will use his services again, should the need arise.

I took my car in as there was a problem with the Clutch. It is a VolksWagon Golf and has been reliable, but the clutch now needed replacing. We booked this electrician in for 8am Saturday at a property we need electrical work done in. He texted us 5 mins before to say he's just leaving and will be "a bit" late. No problem, we thought- he's only based 10 mins away, so we stood around waiting. 1hr 50 mins later, we're still waiting for him to turn up & have had to cancel various plans. Had he simply told us he'd be around 2 hours, we could have managed to get other things done in the mean time instead of him wasting our time.

We used Putney Electricians to fix some of our lights and switches, which hadn't been working for a while. We were pleased we used them as they were professional and did an excellent job!
