Been a repeat customer for a couple of years now. Always great service from kind and knowledgeable staff. Was served by a charismatic and helpful young man today, who was more than happy to solve some issues caused by my forgetfulness. Very talkative and easily put a smile on my face. An exemplary worker.

Not a fan of this store my friend wanted a book from this store and was told to come back the next day because it's in the box some where on the floor . Who says that to costumers, especially with stores closing these days.

Has a good selection of discounted books, variety within the categories. Most surprised that it has quite a large selection of Pop Culture (Manga) novels. Customer service was good, courteous but que to pay moved slowly.

I always come to this specific store when visiting Adelaide, without fail. Luke has the best, most friendly customer service. Gives awesome recommendations, Name of the wind is a new favourite

Great service, always willing to search for books they don't range but can order in. Such a wide variety of fiction. Perhaps more variety with travel, food, lifestyle would be better.

The staff in here are always helpful in what is always a busy book store. The store has a great range of books and we always find something new or what we were looking for.

The store and staff were customer friendly, however, I found the shopping centre a bit tense and scary.
