DO NOT TRUST THEM. If they ask for a deposit do not give it they told me if I change my mind I will get my deposit back. Well I changed my mind and I didn’t get my deposit back and they told me I owed them $800 for all the work they had done and I would owe the finance company money as well if I turned down the offer. The car I turned down was a Ford ba turbo that had done over 225.000km. And they wanted $8.000 for it I said no because off the km they said it was a good deal and keep on trying to tell me to take it because off all the work they had done not knowing that I had gone to a car dealer down the road that same day and he had a ford mkll turbo for $5.988 and only 175.000km. He got nasty When I told him I didn’t want the car so I told him about the other car I just looked at and he said ok your not getting your deposit back

Recently bought a car for my daughter from here. We saw the car advertised on Gumtree and rang to inquire about the vehicle. Michael was friendly and most importantly, wasn’t pushy. We came into the yard later that afternoon to inspect the vehicle and go for a test drive. At no point did we feel pressured to make a decision. As informed buyers we meticulously inspected the vehicle to confirm it was exactly as advertised and were pleased to see it was. At no point were discouraged from meticulously going through the vehicle. I normally hate buying cars from car dealers because of the pushy sales people, however we found Michael to be very helpful and friendly.

Plaid $19,000 for a car off them and has been trouble ever since. Rust and damage behind the windscreen so the car would flood every time it rained, had the wrong tyres for the rims that were on and tyre came off the rim at 100ks an hour risking mine and my child’s safety. I had to fork out for a while new set of rims and tyres because the ones that were on it when I bought it were illegal. then had no jack or wheel brace in the car, a lot of the interior has been glued in place. They seemed laid back and honest when I was buying the car but not in a million years would I go back to them or recommend buying from them.

Purchase a VE SV6 with cash on the spot $11, 000 odd dollars just over a month ago and have just nothing but trouble....the car was serviced it has major issues with oil/sump, valves which cost me additional $2000, this dealer should not be allowed to let cars leave the lot when they are not in good working order, Michael profited off my misfortune....I will be reporting to fair trade and also the media this place needs to be shut down..... horribly disgusting

Sold me an old car with water in oil and obvious problems for $1500 and did not tell me anything was wrong with it. I sold it for parts and won't ever go to a user car lot for cheap car again. The ones they list on carsales that seem a lot cheaper than their others of similar type and/or keep on the street look out for. Crankshaft was not good after about 2 weeks after driving it but maybe my fault for not seeing that the oil was very old.

These guys are great. They made the process of choosing the right car, right finance so easy. These blokes are just like dealing with your mates. Even had a couple if courtesy calls to see how the car is going and if we are happy with the purchase. CUSTOMER SERVICE 10/10. Not like dealing with typical car sales men who just wanna make the sale..

Absolutely unprofessional. Michael is an absolute horrible salesperson, who got angry because his team messed up and refused to then refund me my deposit for a car. I happily went elsewhere and brought the same car for a cheaper price and got 100% better service. Do not recommend going through this car dealership.

Knowingly sold us a lemon. Very good at masking faults. Refused to honour warranty on small repairs within 3 months, and by 11 months 13k car needed over 7k of repairs to get back on the road.
