The dealer was great and very helpful with the sale of the range rover sport until the car until the car broke down 6 days later! FIRST ISSUE WAS WITH THE RETURN OF THE CAR. After breaking down the car was towed to a third party garage and several faults were diagnosed. Thank god we financed the car as the delaler refused to take the car back but luckily the finance company understood the law which allows the consumer a grace period to return a faulty car. I tried to explain this law to the dealer but he wouldn't hear any of it so I gave up dealing with him and the finance company were brilliant in dealing with the matter. They picked up the car and arranged all of our out of pocket expenses to be returned to us. 6 weeks later after the car was collected I received a  call stating that the dealer had just received the car back and it was damaged with scratches down the side. I am not sure if this was just another ploy from the dealer however I am not silly and had had a full report completed by the towing company at the time of collection which detailed the car in perfect condition when it left me along with photos of the vehicle inside and out. SECOND WAS WITH THE WARRANTY WE TOOK  OUT WITH THE GARAGE. We took out 5 star AA warranty through the dealer at an added cost of £800 when we purchased the car, however the warranty did not cover any of the issues when the car broke down. We requested a refund for the warranty as we of course would not be using the warranty as the car had been returned and the dealer refused and said that (a) we had used the policy (incorrect) and (b) it was non refundable (incorrect). He then failed to answer calls, emails and letters until I called from private number and he answered. He then swiftly hung up when he realised it was me and I advised him I was recording the conversation. I then went to AA direct who kindly confirmed that they had agreed to the refund and to my astonishment had already refunded the dealer and the dealer was with holding our money. Surprise surprise when I started court proceedings the money was refunded immediately to the solicitor. In finishing, all information stated here is true and correct and I have all correspondence between myself, the dealer, Santander consumer finance and AA for anyone that requires further information/ proof. Beware of this dealer!

purchased a honda crv recentley . the car was given a new mot on the day of purchase and delivered to me that evening.on the test drive i noticed a slight knock from the front end /so did the salesman. he instructed the mot centre to check over well to make sure there was no problem. sure enough the car was delivered with a new mot. the next day when i took it for a run the noise coming from under the car was terrible.i phoned them up and it was agreed i took it into my local garage/mot centre.they found it had the thermostat stuck open a front drop link worn out two rear d bushes had play an dthe air con was not working because it had no gas so was not allowing the fans to come on. also the centere and rear silencer was so corroded at the joint gas was leaking and the system needed replacing.all this work came to a tidy £800. i did in fact come to arrangement with the sellers being told i should have let them correct the faults as they could have got the work done much cheaper. they also offered to take the car back.but having had all that work done it made no sense. and what sort of job would the repairers done when the mot place used was clearly not very good to say the least as there was not even an advisory on the mot.in all fairness the gentleman who conducted the sale came across as a very nice and genuine man who i can only say is being badly let down by his back up team.the cars themselves look nice so i would reccomend before buying get a good indpendant inspection and save a lot of hassle

My first time buying a car in UK and online. I'm a lady driver so basic knowledge of car performance but cannot assess critical engine, brake or other mechanical aspects so Quantum Cars (QC) guided me on how best to have the car assessed through independent professional, which put my mind at ease on the essential performance. They held the car for me whilst the mechanic team was able to visit. The car itself BMW 3 series 2010 reg - is in great shape and what I had been looking for. Paperwork (past registration/service logs - another key concern) was complete and QC guided me stepwise on transfer/tax/insurance formalities. There were some minor things pointed out by the mechanic which QC had repaired next morning - showing me live video on call to see the work was getting done. The car was delivered with excellent hand off to my place by early afternoon 24 hrs from my first call to them. Overall it was a a very re-assuring, trusting, & convenient experience specially for a novice.

First impressions excellent! Having contacted the company initially, they insisted on first sending me a clear video and numerous pictures to show the condition of the BMW and it's documented service history, before even discussing the sale. They were also very upfront and honest about the minor flaw that could have easily been disguised in pictures. After subsequently discussing it and confirming my interest, they then arranged delivery, same day, and the guys that did that were friendly and happy to answer questions when they arrived at my house before completing the sale. Of course time will tell but the vehicle delivered was exactly as described, in great condition for the age and all manuals and paperwork were presented. After an initial drive this evening, the cat feels solid and smooth. Based on my experience today, these guys are simply good honest car dealers who want to deliver a quality service to the customer and cars that offer excellent value.

I bought a Ford Focus and Ali the car deal was fantastic friendly service not once did he push for the sale of the car let me test drive it told me all the history of the car and what he has done to it. Had a slight problem with the car about 1 and half week after purchasing it called Ali he booked me in to his trusted garage within 1hr and the car was fixed the same day at no cost to me Ali payed for the garage cost. Great car really impressed with the service they gave me . I purchased vauxhall Zafira gray car well described car. After 1 week car didn’t start the dealer came to my house inspected the car and his mechanic changed the Battery and comes with 3 years warranty well impressed with customer service and didn’t force me to buy the car. Realy happy and will come back next year to upgrade my car to a German car as they have great selection but my budget was too low for now

I came to buy BMW X5 but they had another car Audi Q7 which I could not set my eyes off slightly dearer but I must say these guys very really patient took me on test drive and even took me to the mot Center and had the mot done whilst I was resent the mot Center changed the light bulb and also changed the brake pads . I got my car after 2 hours but was worth it really enjoying the car

Theybsoueved me lexus ct200 hybrid I emailed them initially with my choice and mileage and wanted full service history. Quantum cars sourced me mybcar and yiom them 3 weeks as I was not in rush. They went further and preped the car. I have now had car for 2 years and sold the car and inhabe sold my car for £500 more as car prices has gone up. I was really happy. I'm now looking for jeep car and they ate now looking tomsourxe me a new one will recommend

I bought a car, Skoda Rapid. The car is broken. I tried to call them, but nobody answered. I was there every day, all the time is closed. -Air conditioner is no working - track ok end ned change - ball joint need change -is missing piece from engine - the oil is getting hot - water to wash window is no working - cover from engin is missing You need to call me to put the car in service ASAP, otherwise i call the police. Website is decent enough. The test drive process was good, I found the sales rep to be very knowledgeable and more important... he was not pushy. Answered all my questions and also asked a few back to try and match me to the car. Overall, thumbs up. No issues with the car, so can't really comment yet on the sales aftercare / customer service, but going by the buying experience, I'm sure that's good too.

Top service and very trustworthy. I have purchased from Brother Mohsin twice now. Once for myself and recently for my brother. Both experiences have been great. Great customer service, this guys are easy to deal. I called them last minute to see the car, when I get there the car was in perfectly conditions, I did the test drive and when I dicided to buy the car they helped to do all paper work in less than 20 minute.
