I came at 7am and they were closed. One of the machines took my money, didn't count it and didn't give it back. I tried calling them and they don't pick up the phone. They only have one broken chair that's on it's last breath before it's collapse. 9/10 of the machines are broken too.

The owner is a very rude lady. I was exiled out of room, although I have loaded my clothes and added the detergent. She yelled at me that she was about to close the door and could not wait for me. But could she just tell me in a normal tone? Was it because I am Chinese?

I arrived at the laundry one morning just before 8 AM, to find the door locked. Upon calling the owner, I was informed that it would take him some time to readjust and get down to the location. So much for laundry that day.

It's small, and half the machines weren't functioning when I got there. It was 1.25 for detergent and 4 dollars in loonies for a wash. Does the job but can only imagine when it's busy and half their machines are down.

The review by Zac Chambers is completely wrong. This place has been closing at 5 pm for a number of years now so it is NOT 7/24. About 1/2 the washers and a couple of the dryers are currently out of order.

No staff on site, no seating, half of the machines are out of service, the store closes 6 hrs earlier to "clean for the pandemic" yet not very clean. Some machines do have quarter and loonie slots.

Machine number 17 works all the time. Short washing cycles, only 25 min. I feel like it would need a little more time. Bring your own laundry essentials.
