Dr. Nguyen is an amazing dentist. A few years ago, I had an extreme dental emergency and no dentist. Bad, bad cavity. So much pain. Without batting an eye - as the pandemic was starting to shut everything down - he was squeezed me into his schedule ASAP and fixed me up. It was a complicated situation I came in with to say the least. I've now been going to the Queensboro Plaza Dental Center for about 3 years to complete procedures that I had started elsewhere and for regular cleanings. And I feel so thankful. Dr. Nguyen is a super compassionate guy and he is still fired up about dentistry and the latest methods and techniques that are being developed. It's not just science and health to him, but he embraces the artistry in the practice as well. I love that. He kinda geeks out on it in all the best of ways. When he offers advice, he doesn't just present the quick fix but will look at all the options and circumstances when considering the solution. Once, when I was indecisive about the options before me, he said - "if you were my family member, this is what I would advise..." And he genuinely means it. Without any judgement OR pressure. He's kind and empathetic and straight forward in his advice. As far as procedures go: I've had a couple of extractions now (no hope for those teeth) but then he saved a tooth that to most might have been un-savable. I've had an implant installed and a crown put on. Not to mention the odd cavity and regular cleanings. So I've experienced a lot in one of those comfy chairs. And now, I'm happy to report that I've got almost a full set of healthy teeth thanks to him and the staff at QPDC. I can chew on my right side again and smile without being self conscious. Going to the dentist can be stressful for some (me) and Dr. Nguyen gets that. He goes the extra mile to explain everything very thoroughly before, during and after each procedure and always makes sure I understand what our plan is. He keeps meticulous records and photographs so he can track how everything is healing and settling in between visits. And he ALWAYS texts to check in with how I'm feeling later in the evening (and it's genuinely him, not a bot). I like that. The office is really easy to get to - just down the stairs at Queensboro Plaza off the 7 train and there's street parking all around. The whole team is friendly and sociable and smiling (behind their masks) and the office is stylish and clean. It's cool. Oh, and you can watch movies and tv if you really wanna zone out in the chair. I don't write reviews often, but Dr. Nguyen and the QPDC are spectacular. You'll be lucky to have him as your dentist. If you were MY family member, and needed a good dentist, he's at the top of my list. Highly recommend.

Found this wonderful practice, started by Dr. Michael Nguyen, while searching for a new dental office that I would be comfortable with in handling my choppers with exams, cleanings, crowns ..and anything else that needed to be handled. The practice, which is conveniently close to the Queensboro Plaza train station in LIC, is state of the art with all modern equipment and an excellent staff! There's even a TV screen on the ceiling so you can not only watch a show during a procedure, but also be shown an X-ray of a particular tooth for discussion. When I first came here ( February of 2022) , I was examined by Dr. Elena Cho (assisted by Patricia) and she was very thorough - patiently answering all my questions while making professional suggestions and/or all alternatives involved. She made me feel comfortable and , I'm happy to say, has been my Dentist ever since. Dr. Cho has , so far, filled some cavities, added some crowns and even performed an extraction - which will be getting an implant soon (did everything to save the tooth , but it simply had too many cracks...lol ..need to stop chewing popcorn kernels)...all handled with a knowledgeable light touch. If there is a job that has to be outsourced, she has some excellent recommendations too (shout out to Dr. Bose !). Oh, and I've also had an excellent cleaning by charming Dental Hygienist Sherita . For me, this place is a gem...First time I actually don't mind going to the Dentist.

I found the best Dentist (DDS) Office in New York City. Absolutely Amazing ! Doctor Nguyen is Amazing & Mr. Perfectionist, If you are not happy with your dentist or if you just want to give a try to someone else stop going anywhere this dentist is "The Best or Nothing" right close to queens-boro plaza long island city, (N,W, R & 7) 2 step walk and you are there, they are also 5 min walk from (E&M queens plaza south). This office have all high tech devices and they are running a very good promotion, Its my guarantee you are going to love your visit. I enjoyed my visit & treatment was time efficient & painless. They will give you warm / cold neck pillow , cold cover for your eyes and a hot/cold towel to give you exceptional experience Wow am i in SPA or dental office. Super Amazing. I barely right such reviews but this was my all time best experience, Staff are super friendly and pretty easy to go. They're rushing and missing details. 3 things: 1) Upon my initial cleaning I wasn't asked if I had done an Xray within the last year (or period of my insurance). I was expecting to go in and get my preventative cleaning which is free but ended up having to pay the $100+ for the X-rays they did. If they had asked me before the appointment or during the appointment, I would've taken the time to send them the X-rays from my last dentist. If you're coming here from another dentist, be sure to to deny the X-rays if you know you have them from your prior dentist. 2) I had my 2nd cleaning last week. During the cleaning I noticed that they did the scraping and the polishing but did not floss my teeth. I found this odd as all my other routine cleanings included flossing in the past. This wouldn't have been an issue until my next point. 3) During the cleaning the dentist announced that I didn't have cavities. I decided to do my mouthguard with them so in the same appointment, I had my mouth scanned for the mouthguard fitting. During the scan I pointed to the image of my teeth and asked what the dark color behind one of my back teeth (wisdom tooth) was and the Dentist then used the hook to check on it. It was a cavity. I'm still going to go there to get my mouthguard and maybe my wisdom tooth extracted but I'm probably going to try elsewhere for future dental care.

I was a new patient at QB Plaza Dental Care and wanted to see a dentist for a severe wisdom tooth pain. I had an excellent experience right from making an appointment to completing my visit at their dental care office. The entire team is amazing, but wanted to specially give a shout out to Sherita for cleaning my teeth really well and for stopping my wisdom tooth pain. I felt better within a few hours of my cleaning. Dr. Michael Nguyen is absolutely amazing. His level of professionalism and the care he took during some other dental work I needed to get done was absolutely amazing. As a person who is scared of dental work in general, Dr. Nguyen has given me a new found confidence on how magical and pain-free certain dental work can be. Dr. Nguyen also provides useful information about your teeth and lets you decide whatever action you can take... in other words, not pushy at all and I've met some dentists who were like that. My first impression of Queensboro Plaza Dental Care is that it is a clean, modern and beautiful clinic. The moment my husband and I entered the clinic, we were greeted by their friendly receptionist. The waiting area is very clean and has beautiful interiors. They also offer free coffee and drinks, which was a nice treat. I had a dental cleaning and check-up. The hygienist, dental assistant and dentist who saw me were very professional and thorough with their work. They took their time explaining about proper dental hygiene and answered all my questions patiently. Some observations though comparing to my experience visiting other dental clinics. During my cleaning, I was waiting to be asked to rinse or gargle. I did this after my cleaning was finished. In other dental offices that I visited, the hygienist will ask me to rinse my mouth often while cleaning is done. The hygienist did an excellent job though in my cleaning and explaining to me proper dental care. Overall, my experience was great.

I’m glad I started coming to this clinic! It’s super easy to book an appointment online and they provide text and email reminders for the appointment. The receptionist is always pleasant and helpful. The waiting room is clean and stocked w complimentary drinks. The hygienist and dentist have been very punctual. I’ve seen 2 different hygienists (Sherita most recently) and 2 different dentists (Dr. Krahn and then Dr.Nguyen), and have had an extremely pleasant experience with all of them. The dentists were mindful of the costs of procedures and were very transparent when suggesting future procedures that they believe may benefit me, like wisdom tooth removal and invisalign. I actually look forward to going here! I’ve been here twice for cleaning+exam and although I no longer live in the area, I hope I can go here for my third!

I went to Dr. Nguyen for 2 years while living in LIC. Every single appointment was always clean, professional, entertaining (I'd watch Netflix while Sherita would tell me about what shows she's been watching), and informative. Booking was easy. I never had a wait. Everyone was personable and friendly. I've since moved and switched dentists. My new dentist proposed a ton of work and I was afraid that I was being scammed. Dr. Nguyen offered to review my new dentist's x-rays to provide a second opinion. He took time out of his day, reviewed my new x-rays vs. my old x-rays, and sent me a lengthy email of his professional opinion. I'm not even his patient anymore - speaks volumes to his character as a healthcare provider. Everyone, trust this man with your teeth, life, whatever. He is wonderful.

This dentist office exceeded beyond my expectations. Dr. Cho and Patricia were wonderful and genuine to me for every visit i have done. I was worried about a dental procedure due to past interactions at a different office but Dr.Cho educated me and walked me through it all. Her genuine care and comfort makes me feel like I'm part of their office family. I enjoyed every minute I was under her care! Dr Nyuyen & Fate are such a empowering couple! Your office, team, kindness, professionalism and care is so admiring. I have been referring everyone I know to come visit! Thank you for bringing this office to the LIC area. I just went in for a routine cleaning and the service was excellent. Every single person during my visit was kind, professional and accommodating. This was my second visit after going to another dentist for years (I moved coasts) and they make you feel very welcome so the transition was easy. The cleanliness of the office was great pre-Covid and now it's even more so. I was nervous about going for the cleaning since I hadn't been out much the last several months, but I was able to relax and have a great experience. I also appreciate the digital reminders and the monthly newsletter sent out. It makes me feel more connected to the staff and during these times it's nice to know what's been going on with the office and what changes were made.

Dr. Smith is so good to my wife and I. My wife usually is very hard to please when it comes to any doctor's visit. However, she expressed her deepest gratitude and honor to be one of Dr. Smith's care even just for a day. She treats her patients well with optimal care and satisfactory results. I am happy, my wife is happy with dental visits now. So thank you Dr. Smith!! :) I would like also to add Dr. Surdi! She is very thorough with everything in regards to my dental health and looks. After moving into the area and needing to find a dentist, I did the "nearest dentist near me" and figured one dentist is the same as the next. To my pleasant surprise, Dr. Nguyen and his staff have, by far, provided the best experience I have ever had. The administrative aspects handed by Cathy are prompt, efficient and clear. The cleanings are quick, effective and the gentle reminders of better dental hygiene are always appreciative. But by far the best part is when raising concerns and questions to Dr. Nguyen or his staff; I'm not met with the repressed eye rolls or the glazed eyes but rather an inquisitive, yet patient tone allowing for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Dr. Jagirdar is absolutely amazing! I had wisdom tooth pain that was really unbearable. It was a problem for weeks while trying to find a dentist who could help. I luckily got an appointment with her in 2 days and she was very patient, thorough, warm and understanding. And she took care of it. Many know how awful it is to live with tooth pain and the relief afterwards was just amazing. I definitely plan on continuing with her. She clearly loves her job and I wish there were more dentists like her. Best dentist I ever had! The assistant was amazing too and I feel bad that I didn't get her name. The office is gorgeous. Extremely comfortable and very welcome decor. Next time!

I just had my visit today for a regular checkup and cleaning. They did a good cleaning job. But for my complain on sensitivity felt on the tooth put on with a crown & treated with root canal (by the same office), I didn’t get to see the doctor and they just sanded down the crown top which left a rough surface on the crown. This may be normal practice but made me feel a bit uncomfortable EDIT: Dr. Nguyen and Dr. Smith reached out to me on same day and followed up on discomfort I felt in my tooth/offered to polish smooth the rough surface. Follow ups from the office are always done very conveniently through text messages and communications are managed very professionally.

Excellent experience whenever I visit and very friendly staff! Being pregnant and having dental Issues can cause a lot of anxiety - Dr.Nguyen and his team ensures that I feel comfortable with any checkups during my visit and thoroughly answers all the questions that I have. Whenever I have any emergencies, the front desk team is very accommodating and will try to fit in any last minutes appointments when possible (shout out to Kara!) The office is also conveniently located and very clean and well kept. I used to live close by and recently moved further away but will keep on coming back and recommend Queensboro Plaza Dental Care to anyone who is looking for a dentist.

I've been to many dentists in my life and I have to say that this Dental Care facility is hands down the best I've ever been to. It is by far the most professional and friendly Dental environment I have experienced. Not to mention that the efficiency and care here is top notch! All the Dental Assistants are so friendly and experts at what they do. As for dentists, Dr. Manuela Krahn is seriously the best dentist I've ever had. She's kind, compassionate, trustworthy and truly takes the time to explain her work to her patients. Her Dental skills are phenomenal as well. Without question, I simply love going to the dentist now, and it's all thanks to the brilliant team at Queensboro Plaza Dental Care! I have nothing but the highest praises for everyone here, their friendliness and professional service. The office is very clean, modern and comfortable, and each experience is quite relaxing (you can even watch TV or Netflix during your appointment). My past appointments have included teeth cleanings and wisdom teeth removal. I also really admired the immediate care of Dr. Nguyen, who helped me with a very painful tooth infection. I can't recommend this clinic enough, it's really one of the best ones here in the city!

Clean and beautiful high-tech dental office. Hands-down the most comprehensive dental exam and cleaning I've ever gotten. The dental hygienist, Sherita, did a very thorough examination from the photos to the X-rays to the cleaning. She also did an amazing job of pointing out areas of concern and personalizing her recommendations for my dental home care. Dr. Nguyen was great at addressing my concerns and developing a treatment plan that I felt comfortable with. Cathy, at the front desk, was warm and welcoming, and was very good at explaining my insurance benefits. I highly recommend this office for an overall great dental experience.

A phenomenal experience. Was very accommodating and able to squeeze me in last minute via online scheduling which was really convenient. All the typical paper work one would do in office can also be done online which was a godsend. By the time I arrived I was briskly checked in and began my appointment. The staff and Dr. were pleasant and charming. This was my first visit and I was very comfortable. They have streaming services, eye masks, headphones as well as a plethora of other amenities that make the visit quite enjoyable. Never thought I’d say this in my youth...however I’m excited to go back!

Fantastic dental practice. I always feel like I'm getting the absolute best care there. When they recommend a treatment plan it's always conservative and I never feel like I'm being gouged. I had fillings done and Dr. Khran texted me that night to make sure I was feeling ok. At my most recent cleaning, I needed a follow up and Dr. Cho pulled up the calendar right there (what dentist does their own scheduling?!) and then walked me out. Sherita is an incredible hygeniest. She's always so warm and welcoming. I love that she emails you after to follow up with any notes from your cleaning in writing.

It is my best dental visit experience ever. I have really bad experience with a dentist in NJ in the past two years and decide to switch and end up visiting Dr.Nguyen. He is really patient and provides me details of the situation and solution. Also the technology Dr.Nguyen use feels a lot more advanced than what the NJ dentist use previously. His skill, the technology he use and the great office environment brings my confidence back in fixing the issue in my teeth after struggling a couple months with the previous dentist in NJ. I would really recommend everyone I know to choose Dr.Nguyen!

I highly recommend this dental practice! They are incredible. Not only this practice is very sophisticated and has the latest technologies but what I loved the most is how professional and nice they were with me! At arrival, I’ve been welcomed by the receptionist and the pa with the nicest smile and the best professionalism ever! Then the dental assistants and the dentists were incredible. They performed the most detailed checks and the best treatment I’ve ever had. They explained me everything in a very comprehensive manner! I will definitely come back even for cosmetic treatments.

Amazing first dental visit! Everyone was so kind and accommodating. Booked last minute online, they worked with my uft insurance (even though they aren’t in network—they submitted claim and consulted schedule of benefits and charged accordingly—saving me from submitting out of network claim on my own :-))— Dr smith even stayed late to fill my one cavity , saving me a return trip— it was totally painless too! Everything was state of the art—- I’m actually looking forward to my next visit! If you’re looking for a new dentist, I highly recommend this practice and dr smith especially!

I have been coming to Dr. Nguyen’s and team for dental cleanings and overall dental health. The office is beautiful, very clean, and the team is really nice and helpful. Dr. Nguyen is the only dentist that was able to get me to use my night guard (he did some magic so it wasn’t ridiculously tight and uncomfortable), fix my lock jaw, and reduce wear on my teeth from grinding. If you are a nervous nelly about dentist the team will make you feel comfortable so no need to worry! Don’t forget to do your deep teeth cleaning twice a year…so worth it!

Awesome dental office. It's more that just a local clinic, it has a welcoming family atmosphere. I had multiple complex procedures done by Dr. Nguyen, including: crowns, implant and tooth removal. All done with the highest level of professionalism and care. The office is extra clean and has nice perks like free spritzer and netflix on a ceiling to help relax while undergoing dental procedures. Great overall experience getting a dental cleaning. Very friendly staff, beautifully designed office, and a comfortable experience watching calming Netflix nature programming while in the chair. Complimentary beverages are in the waiting room and so is a little play area for kids. It felt to me that this was a patient-focused family practice as opposed to a cold, corporate dental mill trying to churn through as many patients as possible. I’ll definitely be coming back here for all my dental needs and I highly recommend.

I didn't have a treatment here yet, but had a checkup and cleaning I'm agree with other reviewers that the staff is very friendly and willing to help. I appreciate it a lot because when things come to health and budget you don't want any additional stress. Everything is nice new and clean like almost everything in LIC now. However, for me professionalism of a dentist first. So far so good :) Nice bonus: you can get a bunch of nice complementary things and services such as toothbrushe, aromatherapy eye mask and so on :)

It’s not every day you find a dentist like this. Dr. Nguyen and team have put together the best dental experience I have ever had in my life! He has so much expertise and knowledge, and patiently answered all my questions. The staff helpfully walked me through different issues as well. Many dental offices just try to fleece you into getting expensive procedures that you don’t really need, but I truly believe this team’s priority is the health and happiness of their patients. Queensboro Plaza Dental has been absolutely fantastic. As a somewhat difficult patient, they are able to work with me and around my limitations with patience and compassion. Everyone I’ve met there has been friendly, professional and accommodating. I’ve been a patient there for I think 3-4 years at this point and look forward to staying with them as long as I live in the area. The location is convenient, and the modern technology is a far cry from what I remember as a kid. Five stars. Thanks to the team!

Friendly and welcoming reception staff (Minerva, really nice), super clean, high tech/ cutting edge equipment. the procedures from entry to chair were carefully considered and thought out, and there was never a moment of discomfort or nervousness. Dr. Nguyen is super chill. soft spoken but really relatable. He was thorough in his explanations but not scolding or harsh. Had a root canal today. Painless and thorough. Dr. Nguyen is really great!! Just a great dental practice, close to home. top notch.

My first visit here. This place is great. Beautiful office. The facilities, the equipment, everything is super modern/state-of-the-art. Staff couldn’t be friendlier/nicer. Especially Kathy @ the front desk & Clarence (took my X-Rays) & Kimberly. And Dr. Surdi couldn’t have been kinder or more patient with me & my dumb questions. Highly recommend. Already made my follow-up appointment because I need a “deep cleaning.” PS. Breaking News: Apparently, you’re supposed to floss every single night.

One of my very enjoyable visits to the dentist. It was my first visit since I just moved here and it was a warm and welcoming environment. I was made to feel very comfortable despite my anxiety. by the dental hygienist Shakeeta (sorry spelling is wrong) shared lots of laughs with her. You could definitely tell that she enjoys her job. Dr also took time to explain outcome of my X-rays and put me at ease based on my concerns. It was an all round enjoyable visit and I will definitely be returning!

Queensboro Dental Plaza never fails to deliver on their promise of exceptional Dental care and excellent Customer Service. Every time time I visit I can see how they take it up a notch in their professionalism, Customer Service, care and using the latest technologies and methods to enhance the patient experience. My last cleaning went very well and I learned a couple of more new things regarding the care of my teeth. They were great with my cleaning and taking care of me. Thank you once again.

Until I leave Queens (which won’t be anytime soon), these guys will be my go-to! All the procedures are so thorough, painless (although that’s really up to you depending on your personal dental care), and quick. I love the personal touch of letting you pick a show to watch while getting your teeth cleaned. It’s always a pleasant experience coming here. The waiting room is pristine and modern, and so are the rooms. The entire staff is completely dedicated to your dental health and it shows!

Going to the dentist has always been a little scary for me but I had such a pleasant experience here. The hygienist was super sweet and made me feel very comfortable the entire cleaning. The dentist was also super nice and even though I didn’t have any cavities, he still listened to all my concerns with my teeth, gave me recommendations, what to look out for, etc. He seemed very knowledgeable and you can tell they genuinely care about their patients. I will be switching my dentist here ☺️

I am so impressed and happy with the care that I received today! It was my first time in the office - it’s clean and beautiful. Everyone was extremely pleasant and efficient. All necessary precautions were taken for COVID-19 prevention and screening. The Dentist was friendly and thorough, and my hygienist was lovely and did a great job with my cleaning. I did the no insurance dental plan, which is a great offer and worth every penny. I couldn’t be happier to have found this office!

Dr. Nguyen and his staff are very welcoming and they provide an excellent experience every time I visit. I’ve only been here twice for annual checkups but would definitely consider and recommend this place to anyone who appreciates good customer experience and a very thoughtful approach to making sure that you feel at home. I have some procedures set up for later in the month and I must actually be the only person in the world actually looking forward to a dentist appointment.

I had such a pleasant experience here. I don't remember ever leaving the dentist office feeling like I had a good time. Sherita and Dr. Jodie Smith made me feel comfortable and walked me through the whole process, from pictures, x-rays, cleaning, to the exam. I went in for a routine cleaning but ended up having to get a filling and they were able to accommodate me immediately. The follow-up service top notch! They truly care about you! Oh yeah, very high tech office!

Dr. Smith is awesome. Super caring, gentle, thorough, and a delight to speak with. Teeth cleaning and exam was a total breeze! Loved it! Not gonna lie, I was a bit worried because I haven’t had the chance to see a dentist since our move nearly a year ago and was truthfully still sad about parting ways with my amazing dentist back in California… But this experience was awesome. Check-in was quick. Facilities were nice, clean, and updated. Dr. Smith is phenomenal!

I had a great experience yesterday during my appointment. All the staff were very welcoming, and the dentist office is clean. I only waited about 5 mins in the waiting area. The dental hygienist very informative and kind. The dentist came to see me quick when I mentioned I was in a hurry to pick up my child from school. He was also wonderful as he checked me fast and explained everything in detailed manner. I look forward to coming again in 6 months.

I can't speak highly enough of Queensboro Plaza Dental Care the office was clean and modern. The staff was friendly and efficient, and I was impressed with Dr. Patrice Surdi she showed empathy, honesty and respect and was not only knowledgeable but also took the time to address all my questions and concerns. With such a great experience I definitely will return to Queensboro Plaza Dental. Thanks again Dr. Patrice you put a smile on my face .

If you go here, please pay close attention to the amount you pay. They "estimated" my co-pay to be $400+ which I paid initially, then my actual co-pay turned out to be $150. They originally said to wait for the next week and they would refund if there was a difference. About 1 month after the visit I emailed them again to confirm and that's when they refunded me. If I did not check on this who knows if they would have been on top of it.

Best dentist experience I've had in a long time. The hygienist Sherita was super helpful, taking time to proactively explain what they look for in xrays, how they measure and track progress with dental issues, and how I can specifically improve my brushing and flossing techniques. Dr. Surdi was also very nice and discussed her evaluation without making me feel pressured to buy anything unnecessary, which I definitely appreciate.

I decided to come here for a dental cleaning after reading all of the good reviews. It was the worse experience ever. The dentist left the room in the middle of the cleaning and didn’t come back for almost 30 minutes. I was left there and couldn’t even rinse my mouth. After they came back, they apologized and the rest of the cleaning felt rushed. My teeth did not feel clean at the end of the session. Would not recommend at all.

I clearly haven't been going to the right dentists over the years, because my experience with Dr. Surdi was so easy, so calming, so refreshing. I just came out of a cavity cleaning and didn't feel a single ounce of pain, she explained every part of the procedure along the way, and all of my nerves going in went out the window. I also had the such a wonderful experience with my assistant, Alicia! Highly recommend.

Dr. Patrice Surdi and her staff are excellent. She was continually reassuring and took the time to explain what she was doing and why. She answers any questions and goes the extra mile to look into things that may benefit her patients. I appreciate her commitment to continual learning as medicine is constantly changing. The practice is clean and modern with negligible wait time. Everyone is friendly and helpful.

Dr Nguyen is a stellar dentist. I went to another dentist who said I needed a root canal. My friend recommended Dr Nguyen, and after a thorough consultation, we moved forward with treatment that didn’t require a root canal. He is extremely skilled and knowledgeable, also friendly and patient. A year+ later my teeth are good and no pain. As long as I live in NY, I’ll be a patient here.

Loved having my dental cleaning and check up at Queensboro Plaza Dental Care. Great location and access. Personnel very welcoming as soon as you come in the beautiful office. Dental equipment is new & state of the art. Hygienist and dental doctor very nice and welcoming. It shows that patient comes first to them. Incredible experience here! It feels like going to a relaxing spa rather than the dentist. On a deeper level, the staff was warm and welcoming, and the service was holistic, professional, and thorough. I appreciate the time and care Dr. Reed took to walk me through my results and procedures. Highly, highly recommend. (My appointment took place weeks before the quarantine.)

I have been going to Queensboro Plaza Dental for about 2 years now and I've been so truly happy with my experience. I am a patient for life. Dr. Nguyen even assisted referring me to an amazing orthodontist as well. Everyone on the staff is so friendly and professional and knowledgeable and I know no matter what I need I always know I'm in good hands when I come in.

My first visit went very well. The communication has been quick and clear. The office is very clean and pleasant. Nice bathroom and waiting area. Staff were courteous and helpful. The dental assistant had excellent patient skills. The dentist was great as well. Explained everything, clearly presented my options including cost. No complaints at all.

Queensboro plaza dental provide me with an Excellent service. they have top of the art appliances very impressive 3d images. Dentists and hygienist are knowledgeable each time I’ve visited. I was treated by Dr Krahn. Overall both clinical and administrative staff are very approachable, friendly and knowledgeable. They explained the problems with my teeth and provided all the possible options. I was very satisfied with the treatment provided by Dr Krahn and would definitely recommend her to my colleagues and friends.

The staff is absolutely wonderful every single time. Today my children had a cleaning. And even though the dentist has checked my daughter’s teeth the hygienist noticed a small cavity. Thank goodness for that because the cavity was taken care of super quick. Let me tell you they are very efficient. Thank you guys for everything.

Dr. Michael Nguyen installed veneers on my upper and lower teeth. It has been a bit challenging due to the previous installation of implants and crowns but everything went well. Michael is very listening to his patients and he’s very calm. He’s also supported by a very good team. I’m very delighted with the final result.

Hands down the best dental clinic I’ve been to! Dr. Nguyen is super attentive and gentle during treatment. The office is clean and uses advanced dental technology and they even have TV screens on the ceiling playing Netflix so you can watch shows while getting a filling! This is the worst dentist office I’ve ever visited. They are unprofessional and rude. My front tooth was broken during a procedure, and when I sought a fix, they refused, saying they are busy for the rest of the day. I was left with broken front tooth and pain. I had to make an appointment with another dentist office.

The dental clinic is very clean and new-looking, and all the patient records are digitalized (including x-rays and pictures taken of your teeth). Overall, customer service was excellent at the reception, the hygienist cleaned the teeth well, and the dentists were experienced.

This place is so clean and super modern. They have the latest and definitely most up to date technology as well. I feel well assured and taken care of. Dr. Nguyen is upfront and very transparent. They also take insurance. I'm covered by Aetna dental. I definitely recommend.

This was a wonderful experience, Minerva at the front desk is kind and wonderful. She made the experience a great one from start to finish. Then we met the dentist who had wonderful reviews and now I see why. The office is beautiful and so was the experience.
