Stunning. Just. Absolutely stunning. I received today just now THE VERY BEST dental appointment I've ever received out of maybe 150 or so in my 35 years. These people go completely and wholly above-and-beyond. I only recently got benefits so it'd been a touch-of-time since last visit to another-office. These people like everybody else is saying in here. Put me to calmness and were advising me whole time. Small touches are always nice. Communication. I feel same for Doctor Jay. Pardon any misspellings. I don't know the crew too well, yet. Eileen was my first nurse and then another lovely worker did my scaling. She was fantastic. They all were. Non-judgmental. Attentive. Gentle! I almost fell asleep! Not that anything was boring. But. The first nurse was just a delight. The Doctor came and saw me a kabbajillion number of times. I loved that. He even told me what I did well! The second hygienist truly has a remarkable sense for her work. The prior two workers I just mentioned hadn't actually gotten to the nitty gritty but again. Their knowledge and experience led them to giving me best outcome by having me come down to the office, again; for a secondary/follow-up appointment(s). It wouldn't have been appropriate, apparently, to have done all of what I needed in one shot. I've never gotten numbing for scaling. Ever. They don't do numbless air abrasion I almost died this one other time with that; elsewhere. They planned. Planned. Planned. With me. But. This second-nurse? If she encountered too much discomfort (there wasn't any)--I mean, friction? Immediately stopped and was wholly cognisant. I'm going to get a night guard and dry mouth rinse. And. They palpated my neck and good thing too and NOBODY's ever done that before. They might even be saving my life. I need to followup on that and on stuff. God Bless them. And you. And everyone and aha. And. All the best. I look forward to seeing you soon and will recommend you to strangers on the street, for how good are you.

I have been going to this dental office since I was about 17 years old. Almost 8 years now! I have to say that the team here is the best team I've seen in the dental field. Some of the great qualities they have are: -They remind you of your dental appointments by email, phone, text, and a dental reminder card, whatever you prefer. -They are always polite, and smiling no matter the circumstances. It makes you feel comfortable. My last visit a dental hygienist came out and adjusted the heat in the room for me. (I didn't even ask, she asked me) -They remember who you are. Sometimes I dont even have to check in, they just do a nod and smile. Unless you want to talk... Because they really do get to know you if you would like. -They care about your well being during your visit. I have never felt uncomfortable and I have hyper sensitive teeth, which means I have to get freezing by needle just for a cleaning. They always make sure my gums are as numb as possible before they give me that needle and even test my sensitivity after the needle before they start cleaning. -They educate you on your teeth. My last visit they pulled up my x-rays and taught me about my bones, roots, and various other things and why my teeth are so sensitive. It was really neat. - They also have flat screen t.vs, coffee, tea, water, and magazines to keep you busy. Its an amazing dental office!

I was referred to Queenston Dental by family after their positive experience at this location. I'm not really great with dentists because I have had a bad experience in the past so I'm quite anxious any time I have to visit one. I went today because I was having a problem with a tooth and hadn't been to see a dentist in over 5 years. The staff were excellent from start to finish at making me feel comfortable and explaining everything I needed to have done, I felt totally relaxed toward the end of my visit and that was weird for me because usually a visit to the dentist is quite a tense experience. Needless to say I'm going back in a couple of weeks for some fillings and I'm not stressed about it at all. The dentist that did my exam Dr. Mullerbeck was exceptional. My hat off to everyone there for the great first experience. Happy to come back and no longer fear the dentist. Thanks so much. A huge weight off my mind for future.

I went in for the first time too get an assessment. They were efficient and very friendly and honest about the work I needed done. Doctor stated I may need two cleaning visits considering I hadn't been too a dentist in 10+ years. Went in for a cleaning, the dental assistant was very thorough in her cleaning of my teeth, only needed the one visit. Went in to get two cavities filled a few months later, I waited in the waiting room for maybe 5 minutes. They were very well prepared and efficient. They are amazing at Queenston Dental, I was blown away. Work was done very smoothly, next too no pain at all. The only pain I felt was in my jaw, only because I have a freakishly small mouth, it was difficult to open wide enough for the Doctor too work. But he did just fine and got me all fixed up. I was in and out, two cavities filled in an hour and a half. These guys are legit. I'm actually looking forward to my next appointment.

Just had my first appointment and it has the honour of being the first of many (well, as many as I need to keep my teeth healthy and clean). The staff at Queenston Dental were extremely friendly and welcoming (which this nervous man needed). The hygienist I had was bar none the friendliest and most knowledgeable I’ve ever had. Just a good person overall who knows her stuff. The dentist Dr. Tatari was patient and professional (and friendly of course) after he gave me an exam. These two are going to be my go-to for all things teeth. I could go on and on about this place but you’re just going to take to take my word for it - there are many dentists in East Hamilton and although I’m sure they’re capable, I can’t see them beating Queenston Dental in terms of professionalism, kindness, and care. It’s been a long time since I’ve looked forward to my next dental visit. How’s that for a post dental review?

If you have benefits or insurance, review your claims regularly and have all correspondence via email (which is nearly impossible because they don’t like responding to emails) because they will book you for one service, do something else and 30 minutes later, you have charges for nearly $1000 being submitted for the work already done on previous visits, and it was done for over $150+ less than the ‘new accurate’ charges. Be very wary. Go elsewhere. I’ve spend over an hour combing through the clams they submitted and my insurance company agrees, and has their practice flagged so any claims being submitted from them for any patient is being audited for accuracy and fraudulent fees. Funny how everything increases by hundreds of dollars over 2 weeks since figuring out how high some insurance policies are willing to pay for simple services. Run. Go elsewhere.

Love going with my kids to this office, always friendly staff, very professional, excellent bed side manner. They're great with my kids. My daughter is a teen and is nervous about going in but they always seem to ease her anxiety. I just brought my youngest as well for his first appointment and they did so great with him. I myself have had cavities filled and extractions and I've had a positive experience every time. I had my wisdom teeth removed and was worried they were infected the office had me come in right away to check everything over to rule out infection. Luckily I didn't have an infection, the staff was very kind and reassuring.

Everybody we met during our visit to Queenston Dental was just amazing! It was my son's very first visit to the dentist and I was a little nervous how he would be as he was scared to go, but from the moment we walked in, we immediately felt at ease and comfortable. My son was no longer scared and was actually looking forward to his name being called for his turn. The hygienist, Brook, took great care of my son and made him feel super comfortable.....to where he opened his mouth for her without even being asked. Just amazing, and amazing first experience and thank you to everyone!

Wow, I had the most incredible experience today during my routine checkup! Brooke, who assisted me, was absolutely fantastic. She displayed utmost professionalism, and her friendly and comforting demeanor made me feel at ease throughout the appointment. The doctor I saw was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain my situation in great detail, ensuring that I understood everything clearly. Even the reception staff were super friendly, making the entire team truly amazing! I can't express enough how wonderful my experience was. Thank you all so much!

I went here as a new patient to get X-rays and a cleaning. Upon review of my X-rays the dentist said I had 7 cavities needed 7 fillings. I went back to my family dentist whom I hadn’t seen since I was a kid, to get a second opinion as this would of cost me $2,400. He reviewed my X-rays EXTENSIVELY with me and showed me each tooth where you guys said I need fillings. I actually need 0 fillings and have 0 cavities. You wanted a review, here is my review. Simply a money grab. Sickening if you ask me.

Dr. Kristjan Mullerbeck is an all-star. Very calm in his approach, kind and great bedside manner. He is also very skilled in his trade. He's the first dentist that didn't cause me any pain getting dental work done :-). The team at Queenston Dental, from the ladies in the office to the Dental Assistants who are super nice and also very good at what they do. I'm very happy that I found a new and fantastic dentist and dental team very close to my new home in Hamilton!

I felt a little sheepish going in the dentist this morning because I had canceled the night before and then called to undo my cancelation in the morning. Luckily they understood my anxiety and let me back in my spot. I was treated very kindly by everyone there. I particularly liked Elaine, my hygienist. No one treated me poorly because of the cancelation that never happened. It was a good experience. To say that about a dental appointment is pretty awesome.

I had a great first experience at Queenston Dental today after putting off going to the dentist for a long time. The staff is friendly, efficient, and professional. The facility is clean and comfortable with COVID-19 prevention measures in effect. Elaine was fantastic for my exam, X-rays, and cleaning. She was super gentle, made sure to check in with me, answered all my questions and made me feel very at ease and valued as a client. Highly recommended.

I have just joined this practice being upset with my previous dentist that refused to file for second insurance and furthermore asked all his patients to pay in advance and recoup their money from their insurance afterwards. I was furious and right away started looking for another dentist closer to home and willing to file for both insurances. So far, I am happy with this practice, they do a great job and I am planning to move my son here too.

I have always had a fear of the dentist, and yes I am not willing to say that I look forward to an appointment. But I can honestly say that I have a lot less stress and anxiety when I go. After 2 years of pandemic, I finally was able to come back to get my teeth cleaned and fixed. I warned my hygienist, B, that my teeth were terrible and that I was a big chicken. She was wonderful: explaining everything as we went along, and being very gentle. Dr. Hayden came in and we formulated a plan. Only three cavities - I was amazed. I am now looking forward to having my teeth fixed. Thank you, Queenston Dental!

I can’t say express enough how amazing their office is. The ladies at the front desk are kind and accommodating. Dr Jay was genuinely kind and gentle, Stephanie explained the work she was doing and was very sweet. Elaine was the first person I met and I felt immediately at ease. I felt like I had know her forever and we laughed so much(she gets me), it was relaxing. This team made me comfortable, heard and welcome.

Went because my coworker recommended them and I have to say VERY GLAD I DID! Only one visit so far and I’m set! Brooke was amazing so gentle didn’t feel a thing! And the dr (couldn’t remember his name) was very kind. The front desk staff was phenomenal and really gave a personal feel to the clinic where I am not particularly comfortable in a dentist it was actually a very positive experience 100% would recommend!

I have always disliked dental work but Queenston dental has put me at ease every time! I love the friendly staff who’s always welcoming and calm and the efficient but quick work done. My toddler now comes here as well and he is excited when it’s his turn to get in the chair! I went into Queenston dental today, great experience. I got very quick response to inquiry. They gave me an appointment the day to assess. The front desk ladies, chair side assistant, and Dr Jay made visit pleasant and relaxing. Everything was explained clearly to me and did through check of my entire mouth not just the problem area. I had not been to a dentist in several years and was very anxious about going. Dr.Neena was incredibly gentle and patient with me. Sandy gave my teeth a thorough clean and was also very gentle. Both Lorraine and Shauna were very warm and welcoming and have a great sense of humour although always professional. I would highly recommend this Dental practice

Dr. K. Mullerbeck is thorough, explains everything, answers all questions, puts patients health first. 2x I have needed to get an appointment right away and if he is in, they make time to see me. I wish he was in the office 5 days a week as he also works in Toronto too. His assistants and receptionists are great. Very friendly all around

Haven't been able to go in a while as we cross the border for work. I voiced my concerns about having to find a new dentist and the receptionist called their head office. She called back immediately and got us in. The dentists I have seen here are caring and make the experience calming. I would definitely recommend Queenston dental.

My first experience with Queenston Dental was very relaxed and pleasant. The staff were friendly and accommodating and communicated everything they were doing and intended to do clearly while confirming consent and understanding. They were also helpful in navigating my new benefits plan and billing directly to insurance.

I had an emergency with my gum and walked in to make an appointment and the dental assistant and dentist saw me within five minutes and treated me fantastic. Great explanations and talk. The staff are extremely pleasant and experienced.

I had a lovely and professional dental hygienist who did a great job today! Whole experience was great except there was no parking due to the road having completely been broken up. Not the fault of the practice.
