I recently discovered this hidden gem of a burrito store and I can't stop raving about it! The menu is extensive, offering a wide variety of options to suit every taste. I opted for the classic chicken burrito (and of course Jarrito!!!), and it was a flavor explosion in every bite. The chicken was tender, the rice perfectly seasoned, and the combination of fresh vegetables added a delightful crunch. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing quick service without compromising on quality. The portion sizes are generous, and I left feeling satisfied without that heavy, overindulgent feeling you sometimes get with burritos. The prices are reasonable, considering the quality and quantity of food you receive. This is gonna be my go to places for sure!!

It's 12:35 on December 21st. Just came here and ordered 3 burritos from the lovely young lady behind the counter. She was so friendly, smiling and very happy to help but as people started coming in behind me and lining up, I realized she was alone in there. And if she wasn't then someone failed to come help her. She was calm and pleasant with everyone but the fact that she was in there by herself during a lunch rush is crazy. Whoever manages this store, don't be a cheap douche, hire someone to help this poor girl out. 5 guys behind me in line while she's rushing to get everything out in a timely manner. Bless that girl, give her a raise and get her some help!! Burritos were awesome, as usual. Do better on the staffing though. My heart broke for her.

Not normally one to leave a bad review however, I got food from this restaurant with my boyfriend last night and let’s just say we both had about 3 bites before throwing it out. My “burrito bowl” despite having nearly every topping was super bland and basically just tasted like unseasoned rice. I had got chicken on my bowl but upon opening it I honestly thought they forgot to add any chicken until I spotted about 3 pieces throughout the bowl. My boyfriends burrito was slightly better however the meat inside of it was extremely cold even though we had taken our first bite within 10 minutes of receiving the order.

2 times in a row now that I have ordered from their location through Skip The Dishes and 2 times in a row where the hard tacos have come soggy and break in half the first time you pick it up and both times with 2 missing sauces ordered. The Manager better get their stuff together at this Ancaster location. Good food when the order is actually right and the food doesn't arrive cold and soggy.

Wow ! Mid September 2023 this is my first time visiting this establishment. The staff at the front was incredibly helpful ! Courteous and patient to say the least. The food was outstanding and I'm a picky mofo. Fresh as can be and the flavors were spot on I had a spicy chicken burrito and it's one of the best I've ever had in my life!

This place has gone down hill recently. Messed up my order. No apology and haphazardly removing the wrong ingredients, and then the lady says "it's fine" even though she left a bunch of the wrong ingredients on it. At least correct the error! Just checked my order. She shorted me part of my order too, it was cold, and skimped hard on the ingredients. Never coming here again.

Worst food I have ordered! Today I ordered chicken quesadilla via uber eats and it tasted awful, we could not even eat. It seemed chicken was not fresh and was smelly. I have tried lots of other quesadilla before but none of them was like this!!

Went here for lunch and was very surprised at the selection. They have Halal option for some chicken and they have the meatless option as well. If you want something a little different than burgers really try this place.

I recommend the quesabarbaca, it was so good. I will come back another day to eat it again. My son is very picky and he really enjoyed it. I haven't tried the other options but everything looks good.
