This is a basic review of all QT's. This convenience store is really convenient. Lots of stores, (with the exception of Springfield) and it don't matter how many customers are in the store, you don't wait long at all. This is the ONLY convenience store i have ever been to where the employees all know how to handle more than one customer at a time! All QT's can do that! They blow Kum and Go, and 7-11, and everyone else to hell! And of course you have to pay for it, but I don't mind, cause I hate pissing around waiting in line while some idiot plays the lotto. If there's someone like that, they go to the next person. If they're waiting for a customer to decide what they are going to do, they go to the next, and then go back to that guy, and if he's still not ready, on to the next. NOBODY does that! In fact, they are so good at what they do that while you're credit card purchase is going thru the computer, they help someone else! It don't matter if there's 15 people in line, you're out of there. They are totally consistent at all stores. Open 24 Hours a day. Not cheap at all, but totally worth it to me cause I don't have to stand around waiting while people don't know what they're doing. My only gripe is that they made a dumb decision to sell all the Springfield stores to Casey's. And Casey's don't have it together like QT does.

***Beyond DISGUSTED, with my food in particular... First off, good luck getting in and out of the 10 foot wide parking lot (partial sarcasm)-- whether that be getting gas or parking to go inside. Short and simple, I ordered a chicken, bacon, ranch flatbread from the kitchen around 3pm. I take a bite, and notice something oddly discolored in my chicken. I look closer and it is clearly old, appearing to be moldy, more than noticeably discolored and beyond digestible. My stomach started to hurt minutes later. I have never came across something more offsetting and revolting in my entire life. Management needs to figure out what is going on and learn how to CHECK the food inventory, because something so obviously tainted with marked discoloration, should have never EVER been prepared and sold to a customer.

Melissa B/long red head clerk went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me a deaf individual to make calls due to problems with QT credit card. Qt took double my payment balance pay off 10312020 and now I can't use my card which is UNBELIEVABLE and now the website says sent letter Sept 2020 I never got the letter!!! Some notification about these few days. So wrong to not let me use my zero balance credit card! Melissa is multitasking working while on hold. That's the best customer service I ever experienced with QT! Have had HORRIBLE experiences thru relay for the deaf to talk to CS reps. Thank you Melissa B! Job well done!!! I pray your manager or headquarters sees this. Whats so cool...she knew some sign language!!!! How about that!!! Thank you soooo much!!!!!!!

I come here often and the staff is always helpful and friendly, particularly I believe he is a manager. He's very cordial and definitely makes you feel welcome and I personally feel like this is the best quik trip Kansas City because of that manager he's really freaking cool and I'm not always the nice review person. But also they have their ice coffee machine up and running pretty much all the time and that is always a plus because I take the bus just to go get that coffee.

Good luck getting in and out. And unless it’s past midnight, I’d consider getting gas elsewhere because every pump seems to be occupied all day long. I also am asked for money or gas half the time I go there, and solicitation outside of the store is expected at all times off the day. On the inside of the store is great for how busy this QT is; the friendly associates manage to get customers in and out efficiently.

This is a shout out and props to the clerks here, and their skills at working 2 registers at once to keep the line moving. Seriously. We all have a QT favorite, and this is mine. Since when did you guys start selling C4?! STOCK UP. Shout out for the Cul de Sac 3 for $10. Store is always being cleaned - presumably due to the high traffic at this location. Good job. Cheers!

Very hectic but clean. You have to fight for a spot at the gas pump and sometimes end up waiting a few minutes because people drive in and take a spot without looking around but it's a pretty busy gas station so that is expected. Great food selection if you are in a hurry or want to eat junk food. But this place is always good for a hot dog or a case of beer. Very clean and friendly staff.

Sean in the kitchen has messed my food up three times. Its the same dude everytime talking to all of his coworkers constantly. I got ranch when i took it off twice. I got a peice of another cones bottom in my ice-cream cone and bit into the paper label. Plus this parking lot is a joke. Waiting to get hit by all these people trying to get out at the same time no matter when you go.

Security dude is horrible he just stalks regular/paying/respectful customers and smells their gas instead of helping them or focusing on people who commit theft or crime that dude has a lot of attitude and he definitely needs a lot of sensitivity training also dont buy candy at this store they push them with their boot legs instead of using hands to pick up and stock

This is the worst Quip Trip I've ever been to. There arent enough pumps to accomodate a gas station in the heart of Kansas City. I've literally been sitting here for 5 minutes waiting for someone, anyone to freaking move but they're all inside filling up their gallon soda cups. I just need gas after radiation treatment. Gonna run out of gas before i get to a pump.

Just a QT. Nothing special about this one. It is an older one so it was built before they decided to expand the gas pumps and give more room to maneuver so it's hard to get into and out of. I work in a vehicle that my company requires me to back to park so it's pretty much impossible for me to get into unless it's a light hour.

Extremely convenient Quiktrip in my neighborhood. Quiktrip is a gas station/convenient store for all of you out-of-towners. And it's a 24-hour store! Most of the people giving it a bad review here are probably just jealous that they don't have a 24-hour Quiktrip in their neighborhood.

While I never had an issue and the crew seems good, this morning I grabbed my breakfast and the guy working behind the food section was impolite, rude trynna pretend he is tough or something. Somebody had to teach him some manners probably is called customer service.

Apparently when paying with Apple Pay at the gas pump they take an even $100 for a couple of days after pumping much less than that. This doesn’t happen when using a debit or credit card. I’m not happy with this practice of tying up my money for so long.

I order a pizza on the app said would not be ready for 11 minutes so I waited to go up for 10 minutes when I arrived I was handed a pizza from a rack not sure how long it had been sitting there but it was old dry and not hot why say 11

Workers are always doing their best. They try and serve everyone quickly and have always been polite and up beat. Especially during the outbreak they really are doing their best. Only complaint is they need more three meat pizza slices

Very clean location! Tons of hot options for snack food. For $7 we had a meal for two!! I have always loved QTs but where I live now they are nowhere to be seen. Thank you QT for being a quick in and out fun experience!

This for their kitchen worker. Who will hold your order on purpose & let the the ones that come after go out first. Their is this particular employee named ( joe.m ) she has been the same way for almost 4 times now.

Lots of food and snacks to choose from. Hot food and cold. Always have a special on something. Great place to people watch. Have table and chairs outside to enjoy your food and drink in the nice weather.

One of the only gas stations in the North Plaza/Midtown. This station is usually very crowded with a consistent police presence. The staff is quick, tidy, and professional.

Gas is ALWAYS higher here due to it being on the suburban side of KC. Always tons of cops hanging out too so watch it lol. Great service & fast in & out check outs

Be careful at this gas station. There was a card skimmer on one of the pumps and our information was stolen.

My neighborhood QuikTrip always busy but they get you in and out parking lot can be a little hectic

Inside is great! However, the parking lot and gas area are too small for the amount of traffic
