Update: 11 months later John is still evil. Treat your people better. Yes customers are people too. ---- John o. team member since 1982' very poor customer service. Not sure how he made it here 34 years. He should be removed/retired from service. Plain espresso has been removed from the menu. 5 days ago customer service reports they have been getting a lot of calls about it. Half a dozen other stores offered to make it and manually make and bill it. John refused after his staff made it. Even refused doing americano (hold the water) - same thing. Strait espresso I'd like a fine whisky. . . Best sipped strait. Even after this other stores have been helpful ( John O. A relic from 1982 must go.

QuikTrip is absolutely awesome! From their specialty order hot coffees, Chai tea's, sandwiches, pizzas, and breakfast items. Then they have roller foods like hot dogs, egg rolls or Tostitos. Their variety of different sodas, coffees, cappuccinos,&bottled drinks is amazing. The salads, apples, yogurt, different fruits, cookies, donuts, candies, gum, candy bars, and way more. Potato chips and everything else! I suggest tasting their seasonal Pumpkin chai, it is so delicious! Always very clean. From the front door to the bathrooms. Most times you have to wait a while you are compensated with a free drink coupon. I enjoyed going there . 90% of the time I don't even need gas.

Cashier was very rude and cocky. When I told him that I thought he overcharged me for a couple drinks, he told me that he didn't and that he knew what he was doing. I asked for a receipt and discovered that he did in fact charge me too much. If I wasn't so adamant on getting my change back, I would have let him keep it to put towards his personality fund. Also, I don't know if he's doing this purposely with every customer or not, but it seems like a good way to pocket money while at his register. Someone may want to keep an eye on this dude. I don't know his name, but he worked Thursday night (1/27) about 10pm, and he was the shorter of the two cashiers.

I ordered a pizza on the mobile app. When i got there the pizza was made incorrectly so i had to stand there an extra 7 mins for the lady to correct the order and cook another pizza. Word of advice if you want to keep customers.. Plz display great customer service. Offering a free drink would of been nice or even half price off the pizza. I was also on my lunch break. The only thing the lady said to justify her wrong was" at least you have a fresh pizza" yes but now I'm late for work. Thanks a lot!

3rd time i go and as soon as i get home 5 out of 10 things are waaayyyy past their expiration date. Thats what happens when u hire a whole bunch of tweakers and kids who dont even want to work at a place where there is food ..get your ish together and learn to talk to people who have a REAL complaint. Dont just sit there on the phone and make them sound wrong for putting old food in their mouth after they spend money in your place of business

I have made my morning tradition involve Quick Trip to get my day started! Vince and Harold are by far some of the hardest workers I've seen over the past year. Since starting a new job nearby this Quick Trip, it has made my life extremely easier having these two hard working gentleman to help get my day started! The upkeeps are beyond frequent and the Inventory is always stacked! 10 out of 10 !

Rude service and one employee was not wearing gloves an touching multiple stations and not washing his hands playing with his mask putting his hands in his pockets and touching the whipped cream nozzle the with his bare hands will not or any drinks from you from that location ever again but the food was excellent but that's the only thing

So I didn't have any checks on me and went to get a money order. Why would y'all stop selling them at 11pm? This irritated my soul! What's the point of a convenient store when it inconvenienced me? Oh and these kids yall hire "ummm I don't know why we don't have a sign we just tell people" ridiculous!

This is a great place to buy gas and a drink for the drive home. They have good coffee. You can buy a better latte than Starbucks for half the price and it comes in a better cup. They have top tier gasoline. I bought a used car from New York. The fuel economy has improved since I switched the gas.

+1 = 6 Stars! This QT is top notch, for sure. The staff is highly trained and they move incredibly fast to get me and everyone else in and out as fast as they can, without rushing. I am extremely disappointed when I have to go to any other gas station or convenience store other than a QT.

Rude service one employee made my frappe and my mother-in-law's frappe not wearing gloves not washing his hands not happy with the service if I had one good thing to say the food was good but everything else was below standards and will never get drinks from them again

The staff is always friendly when I come to this location tonight the cashier Mikey w was doing a very good job had a long line and got everybody out super fast this is the kind of employee that makes a difference in a company he did so good made me want to do a review

I am a long time fan of QT but I gotta say, the mental midgets working at this QT are not only challenged when it comes to thinking, but also rude and don't have the I.Q. points to power a pissant's gokart around a donut hole. Avoid this place at all costs.

I’m not a coffee drinker but I see this is a hot spot for people who drink coffee, the facility was clean and isles were well organized inside, the outside was nice don’t see too many people hanging around outside much, the prices were not too bad at all.

Huge coffee and beverage selection. They also have a good size fresh and warm food section with really good taquitos and breakfast burritos. It is a newer looking station with modern equipment and there are a ton of gas pumps all with diesel as well.

Staff is pretty cool most of the time but this location may be the busiest one in all of Kansas City. And some of the people there can be scary in the middle of the night. Be prepared.. anything can happen in that parking lot at night.

Ordered bacon egg cheese sandwich at 5:50am. Didnt leave till 6:15. Ppl that orderes in front of me left first. I understand its a busy time in the morning. But damn! Almost 30mins.....NOT STOPPING BACK BY THIS QT

I love this Quiktrip! It’s the best of them all. Kindra, Patty, Kiersten and Alex are the best, oh can’t forget about myself! Y’all rock. Love the way everyone has such great customer service!

The parking lot is horrible. They have updated everything about this place except for it's messy and crowded parking lot. It is always so difficult to get in and out

We were looking for something reasonable to eat on Christmas day and the large pizzas were really large and such a good price. And, they were pretty delicious.

I have been coming to this location at least 2 or 3 times a week for 2.5 years and is my favorite. Not anymore.. bathrooms have never been this dirty.

Half the frozen drinks weren't frozen. The floor is so sticky you almost trip. Tea carafes are empty. Really unimpressed with this location.

This QT has a large number of pumps; the station is busy during the morning rush hour commute. Newly renovated interior!
