This is the only RBC machine anywhere near me now since you closed 2 branches at the same time. Both times I've been to this machine it's out of order. Also the Petro Canada itself closes to the public at 10pm every night. Very misleading advertising it as a 24hr service. Disappointed in this poor customer service. I have to walk over an hour or take 2 buses to get to a rbc bank machine. Not even a branch, just a machine. Terrible planning on your part

I was unaware that I could not deposit cash in this RBC ATM. Since I take public transit this really through a wrench into my plans
