Dr. Raj Mahay is my Family's doctor. He is very nice although he doesn't smile that much because he's a serious guy. I still like him as he is very knowledgeable, very informative and compassionate guy. Yesterday I visit the clinic as I have a concern with my daughter and Dr. Raj wasn't there so Dr. Aric is the one who checked up on my daughter. He is really nice and he looks serious too like his father but he is very knowledgeable too, very informative same with his father. Both of them are giving excellent service. Thank you Dr. Aric for taking your time to take care of my daughter, she felt very comfortable. Also thanks to the receptionist i don't know her name but she's a filipino. She's really nice and friendly. Love this walk in clinic! I will always choose to go here for my family bec their service is above my expectations and i highly recommend them!

honestly find another place for a family doctor. Lack of manners from the reception and the lack of empathy from doctor and staff there. My relative who has dementia kept asking Dr mahay for some type of test to see if she was becoming ill, while mahay would just brush it off as "stress". Later on we asked for a CT scan and he said we couldnt get one from just asking... we did the entire procedure of trying to get it and this took about 8-10 months ( fax machine mess up, lack of communication towards psychiatrist and us the family) after all this work we get news from the psychiatrist that we need a CT scan.... its the lack of empathy that makes this clinic so poor. I only still come to this clinic because that relative who has dementia is accustomed to this doctor for many years and is used to them (dementia patients do not like change to what they know)

I received the worst care ever in my 47 years. I understand that Covid is still a thing, but if you are sick, don't go here, they won't let you be in the building if you have a cough. You are required to stay in your car (no gas coverage, even though it's winter). The doctor will do a phone appointment. He sent me for a chest xray, and didn't bother discussing its with me the next day, when he called back. He just asked me a couple of basic questions and told me that it sounds like I'm getting better and to drink lots of fluids. Needless to say I wasn't happy so I went to a different doctor on Monday...low and behold, I got put on meds. This is just another example of poor patient care.

I have been sick for 3 weeks now, continuing to get worse as I'm coughing and spitting blood. I only go to the walk in when I know my body can no longer fight something on its own. I was brushed off in less than 5 minutes saying “i’ll get over it soon, everyones sick. I pleaded for antibiotics as i have a heart condition, to help the virus / cold. Only to be told “no” you don’t need it. What kind of health practitioners are we letting in our city. Goad he could barely speak English as-well, great way to communicate with patients using broken english. “Free health care” is failing before our eyes.

Receptionist is way rude and unprofessional. Just visiting the clinic because doctor is good but Receptionist must be listening to patients. Even she tried to push the number back in queue to keep me waiting on purpose. When I asked What time slot is ongoing to confirm if i was bypassed. She did not bothered to mention the appointment slots being handled by doctor, instead she just said next turn is yours and then skipped the turn by 2 more times. I have coming to this place since 2017, but looks like new receptionist manpreet would definitely turn dozens of patients away in a short span.

After disappointed by another family doctor, i finally got dr. Vikramjit singh as my family doctor and he is the besttt. He never rushes, nor even uses harsh tone for his patients, instead he is a friendly person. Only exception is a receptionist indian girl who is sooo rude and rushed always. Rest all the doctors are good enough.

Great experience overall. I initially called to check on wait times for Walk-Ins but the receptionist instead helped me book an appointment for the same day and the entire process went smoothly. Dr. Singh listened to all of my concerns and I am satisfied with the level of service.

Unprofessional, unethical…No matter what..they are there to rip you offff..appointment lasted only 3-4 mins..checked bp, wrote prescription and charged $100 from a patient who was on visitor status so beware of such greedy money grabbers …

The receptionist is pretty impolite I dont know how she was raised but thats not how you act specially when youre working in a clinic full of strangers. I wonder why shes still here with all the bad comments towards her.

I like this clinic, good reception and overall experience. They've got a zero tolerance for bad behaviour sign right up at the front but if you can behave yourself you can get what you need and go in under an hour.

From the front desk to Dr. Majay, very pleasant. I'm glad they're able to do over the phone consultation since I am coughing and can't come in the clinic. Would highly recommend!

The receptionist is very rude and unprofessional. She litterly needs some etiquette and be respectful towards the patients . Overall the doctor is pretty good in there job.

Doctor was good but location accepts cash only. No debit or visa which causes inconvenience and receptionist does not have specific reason for it as well.

Receptionist was great had no issues whatsoever. Dr Singh addressed my medical concerns in a very timely manner. I was seen right away -quick & easy!
