Exceptional Outstation Cab Service with Professional Drivers I recently opted RKT Cabs for an outstation trip, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish, they provided a seamless and comfortable journey that surpassed my expectations. First and foremost, Mr. Ranjith who is friendly and professional efficiently handled my booking & his commitment to customer satisfaction was evident from the very beginning. The driver allotted was punctual, well-mannered, and possessed excellent driving skills. The only suggestion to driver is to give top priority on the vehicle’s preventive maintenance like replacing of tyres before they are completely worn out, other mechanical & safety aspects, periodic interior vacuuming & deep cleaning, etc. In terms of pricing, RKT Cabs offered competitive rates for their outstation cab service. I found their fares to be reasonable, considering the excellent quality of service and the convenience they provided. Overall, I highly recommend RKT Cabs. As am new to bangalore , while searching in Google spoke to few travel agents and went to RKT not only because of the good reviews but also the person spoke over phone (Ranjith) was very polite. Gave all the details , charges and also the suggestion very well. As soon as have booked and received the details of the vehicle, the driver called and confirmed the timing. It was a beautiful experience and surprised to receive a message from their support staff on the day of the travel to check if we are facing any issue and if every thing is going smooth. From the start to the end for two days, the driver behaved very politely and also obliged to our requests and plan. A big thumps up to the owners and the entire support staff and drivers of RKT. Keep going strong.

Best trip experience till date, I have travelled before this trip by zoom car and each time i use to face problems like finding good restaurants, offbeat locations, spotting wild animals(near bengaluru there are lot of forests), but this trip experience was totally different, all credit goes to Ranjit from RK tours and travels. Trip started exactly on time, driver was on time with innovation, nicely maintained and sanitized. Driver was humble throughout the trip(we took our dog to the trip) and was aware of complete western Ghats region. He took us to some offbeat locations which u might miss if u are a first time traveller. Would recommend everybody to book with them as they are pretty customer centric.

Great service - pick up and drop off all on the time, very friendly so we were Happy to be recommended Ranjeet Kumar. He even offer to defer payment until our return journey. I asked for a cab for 7days Kerela and Tamil Nadu with friendly driver who can speak English/Hindi. He has excellent driving skills which is necessary for those narrow Ghat roads of Munnar and Ooty. Tough it was a well maintained Innova 7+1 car. Only disappointment was that he didn’t give us state tax receipt which we transferred extra 8k to him for state tax. Definitely it’s highly recommended and I would like to avail cabs from RK Tours and travels for my next trips also .

I had booked cab for 8 days to travel Mysore, Ooty and Coorg. First of all booking experiance was very good. Mr. Ranjeeth is a true gentleman. He is very prompt and polite person. My driver Mr. Ramesh was very helpful, polite and deciplined person. He helped us to watch different places and provided very good suggestion. I found Rkt cabs very competitive rate wise. Most pathetic service ever.. don't go by the reviews. Driver keeps on taking cash/google pay in between the journey and then argues about adjusting the same at the end...no help from agency as well
