I'm at a point where I'm extremely frustrated with the Lowe's staff at the Huntclub location and Lowe's Canada in general. Long story short we purchased a set of appliances and our new fridge stopped working 14 months after the delivery. The staff at Lowe's directly put the blame on us for not purchasing the extended warranty and did not provide any help other than telling us that we should buy a new unit. After this extremely negative encounter we reached out directly to the manufacturer who took the necessary steps of evaluating the unit. It was determined that it could not be fixed and that this unit was discontinued. They negotiated a replacement directly with Lowe's. However, Lowe's has taken weeks to finalize the agreement and we've been passed back and forth from their customer service team and the store several times with out any resolution. We have now been with out a working fridge for month! I caution anyone who plans on purchasing any major appliances through Lowe's, that they will not be responsive in dealing with any issues that you encounter. In fact, we were actually charged twice for our appliances and delivery and even this mistake took a few months to resolve after many, many phone calls and emails. Our family have been loyal customers of Lowe’s for many years but after our extremely negative experiences and Lowe’s lack of customer service and support, we will no longer support this corporation and specifically the Huntclub location.
The wife and I have been going to LOWE'S on Hunt Club Rd in Nepean, On., several times lately to acquire stones, bricks, soil, and plants towards building a new garden. And each time the staff went all in to help load the buggies and then transfer to our vehicle. Today we went there for advice on rain water pooling in the corner of the new garden. Naji recommended laying a tarp down, poking it with little holes, and the lay black earth soil followed with river rock and garden soil. But the main part is initially to insert a small drainage pipe from the garden , under the paving stone wall, to the outside the bricks where I have dug a very small ditch leading to the end of the driveway. This should allow any water to drain from the corner. We'll try this over the next few days, and we believe it will help. Proof won't be until our next downpour. We'd like to express our appreciation with Naji ( Lowe's Garden Centre specialist) for his help and insight. On top of this, he loaded our buggy with several bags of soil, river rock, and helped pick out the right tarp to use. He then transferred everything to our vehicle. Lowe's really hires the best kids!
Left the house quickly to buy a hose reel. I just had my cell phone and tap. My credit card is with me but need to change t as it is demagnetized. First cashier told me: no tap in the whole store. But she suggested to go to the customer service so they can take my credit card number and all should be fine. Got there, the lady said: I need to see your ID. I told her ok, I am sorry I left the house without my ID but I have a picture of it as well as a picture of my passport. I showed it to her and then she said ok but it’s not a real ID. Someone stepped in and said she will do it. The other one came back and said: not a real ID so you cannot buy for more than 30$. The hose reel costed 114$. Man !!! How to give people a hard time on a Sunday pm while I was just trying to get a hose reel !!! Lowe’s we are in 2022 ! No tap, my picture ID passport number and driver license… for max 30$!! The lady was rude, not trying to accommodating anything for 120$ … i ended up at Rona: great service, same price, tap working and I have my hose reel… bottom line: I will go back to Rona.
Absolutely pathetic customer service. I bought a floor model LG washer and dryer but when I went to pick them up the loader brought them out with “zero” protective wrapping. The glass door on the washer had several scratches and one or two smaller ones on the dryer. None of the scratches were there when I paid for the appliances a few days earlier. Since no more dryers were available we offered to take the dryer and asked them to swap out the washer since they had stock. Basically told they wouldn’t accommodate us do I took a refund on the appliances. Since it was a Saturday I figured I’d call the store manager the following week to discuss the issue. Four times called and told he’s either with a customer or in a meeting. Left my name and number each time I called and was told he would call me back. Haven’t heard a word and it’s been two weeks. I’m about ready to tear up my Lowes card. This is the worst store I’ve ever had the displeasure to shop in. Quick to take your money but have a problem and they ignore you.
This used to be my go-to home improvement store. I hadn't been to it since covid_19, though. Went yesterday and honestly, I realized that I wasn't missing out on much. Everything is ridiculously- expensive. Was looking for a silicone lubricant spray amongst other things, that their website said they carried, but they'd ran out. I asked 3 of their employees on where would they keep this, one said paint isles 2 or4. Went there, wasn't there. Then asked another one, they said it's in hardware, try 17. Went to hardware not there either. Then asked a gentleman at flooring he looked it up on the computer and showed me exactly where it should have been had they had any. He said they had none. Not Even in their storage. So basically I had to go around the store three times till I found someone who gave me an answer. When you go to a home improvement store that you find most of its employees are young and inexperienced, you know that you shouldn't expect a very good service.
2 tries on 2 different days in the plumbing dept to find something. First day, basically got told off for implying that the department was badly laid out ( which it is) Tried on a second day hoping for a different person. Found a girl who I think genuinely wanted to help but didn't know the department so went to get someone else and never returned. No problem. I get great service at home Depot every time. I was just in the neighborhood for a couple of days on a job. I get that it's hard to get good staff right now ( or any at all) but it makes me wonder how other stores thrive and you guys have no staff. No cashier's , no department people. Pay? Employee happiness? Who knows. Bottom line? That's never the customers fault or problem and there's many ways around it I do sincerely wish you the best of luck in figuring it out and I really mean that. I don't mean anything I'm saying maliciously but I'm also not going to sugar coat it. All the best. I won't be back.
Bought a washing machine here. We were told that it'd take over three weeks for it to arrive. That was fine with us, but when the appointed day arrived, they said the machine wasn't in stock. A few days later it still wasn't in stock and they tried to give us the floor model without telling us. We told them to go back and deliver a new model. A week later, the delivery finally arrived. But the saga continued. The plumbing in our old house wasn't what the delivery company expected, so they refused to unhook the old one and install the new one. So we paid for delivery and install, but we only got delivery. After we got our plumbing fixed and I asked if they could come back and pick up the old laundry machine. They said no, can't do it. Guess they're more interested in making one sale rather a happy customer. Won't be shopping here again.
Horrific experience. Bought a "new" wet saw. Opened the box to discover it was not new at all, and the blade was rusty. Parts missing from the box, no manual. Had to miss a day of work because I couldn't get back to the store that day. Took it back, waited half an hour for a customer service rep, who sullenly took the box. I had to ask if I could get a new one, crawl under their shelving to get it, covering myself in dust, and took it back to the cash. The clerk just said "OK" and handed me the receipt. NO APOLOGY?!? I lost a day of work, and had to drive back to the store to get a new tool because you tried to sell me a used product as new, and you can't effing say "sorry for your trouble"? I will never go back to this junkyard. Lowes lost a customer for life. I can get what I want and get good service at Home Depot instead.
We are going through a renovation project and are replacing the kitchen and appliances. I had visited 4 appliance stores including Lowes and with Frank/Franco while there. It is hard to come by appliances these days and also honest feedback and timelines. Frank was the best I have worked with as he helped me look for the exact products that I was looking for, provided advice on products I had not decided on (hoodfan) and was very productive and efficient at finding the products at other stores to have them delivered at my local Lowe's and communicated this with me very well. In the end, we were able to get all of the ones we wanted and they were flexible with the delivery. Frank was very patient and was very proactive. Highly recommend.
Shopping in store is great. The sales associate was very helpful, and pleasant. The install team is horrible. First went for a toilet 2+ months ago, waited weeks for them to come check the size (service recommended by associate). Then had to go back to purchase and “schedule” install. It’s not scheduled at purchase, they are supposed to call you to schedule. It took them weeks to call me. It’s now been over a month since the toilet was delivered to my house and it’s still not installed. Contractor has rescheduled twice now. And every time I call the install team they never call me back. Finally got one on the phone only to be told the dates on the contract mean nothing. Will never be using their install team again.
Bought a snow blower at Lowe’s.ca. Rona had the exact same make and model on sale a week later. Lowe’s policy is that they will beat the competitor’s price by 10% without a “hassle” as is indicated online and in store (see pic). I had to argue with them on the phone for 45 minutes, just to get them to honour their own policy. They argued and argued, trying every ploy to get out of meeting their own policy. Good luck keeping customers that way Lowe’s. Next time I’m buying it on Amazon and we’ll see how long this big box store lasts with this type of “customer service”? When will they learn that a burnt customer is a bad business proposition when Amazon is an inch away from bankrupting them?
Manager at this Lowe's is on some weird power trip. Went in to buy abunch of gear for my contracting company. Forgot my wallet but came back 10 minutes later, luckily I have a tracker in it that rings when I press a button. Wallet is in the managers hands, I say "hey you found my wallet :)"... Doesn't give it back, starts acting like a bouncer on about the ID, I say my face is literally on the card, the ID is an identical picture, nope won't give it back, I turn off and on the tracking ringer, asks me questions super reluctant to give my own wallet back... Like what is going on bud you're a manager here do you want a cash reward I was gone for 10 minutes? Hard yikes
Very upset of the location’s service today. I came to cutting department and asked if they would cut the countertop. I got such answer: “Yes sure, it will have to be no edge one, please go purchase it and come back to do the cut. After I came back with purchased countertops, the exact same person advised that sorry they don’t cut the countertops”. I have question to all Lowes management why should you waste someone time, as them it took me awhile to go through return. As a Lowes Pro member, I’m highly disappointed. How is it possible? Upd: Spoke to manager Ken and got even more frustrated from this location, even pro member perks won’t make me come back here.
The worst place to shop! Overpriced and they do not honor the price match guarantee that they speak of. I accidentally ordered a set of patio furniture from Lowe's only to find them 200 cheaper at Home Depot, instead of returning them I chose to use the price match guarantee that they speak of. By the time they processed the request (denied), the item was sold out from both places and the price increased on both. Now they are saying they will not honor it because its not in stock!! I have screenshots showing that it was in stock but because it took 4 days for them to reply the item is out of stock. Very disappointed and will never shop again there.
On Saturday January 25, 2020. Richard turned a 1-star customer service experience into a 5-star review. I had several items to return from an online purchase and the first person I spoke to said I needed my order number (which I did not have). Despite signs posted nearby that state there are multiple ways that Lowe's call pull up your purchase history, this person refused to even consider any other option. Along came Richard, who indicated that the other ways didn't always work, but he would try. Using only my name, he easily pulled up proof of my purchase and enabled the return. Shame on that other employee, and a million thanks to Richard.
Another reason why I rarely shop at this store. Went in to return 2 door handles. Apparently the handles are no longer a “regular stocking item” after 2 months. I didn’t have a receipt however have the Visa card in which they were purchased. This is apparently not an acceptable method of return because “they’re no longer a regular stocking item”. I guess we should all look into the future to make sure the items we purchase remain in their stocking inventory. They won’t be around too long with this attitude and their overly inflated prices, especially theirs “sale prices” that are equal to Home Depot’s regular prices.
Avoid this store completely! Terrible, terrible customer service. Incompetent employees, useless head cashiers & uncaring, snarky managers. Disgusting how they treat their so called customers. Purchased a defective Sentry sump pump combo system from this store & after learning it was defective & dealing with the manufacturer & store for 2 works, almost daily about it, it still took 6 trips (>12 hours of driving) back & forth just to be able to return it. And the store didn't care one bit that a number of thise trips was for absolutely nothing & caused by their own incompetence & misinformation provided by them.
Several times now the online availability does not match what is there. So we called ahead, the staff said there were 5 items available. So we drove across town because only a few of Lowes have functioning cut shops. Got there, and the items were sold out. Asked a staff to check. They were helpful and polite, but they said at that moment their system says there should be product but their system was often wrong........ So I'm done with this chain. Too fustrating, constantly wasting my time. We went to Rona and picked up what we needed. It was slightly more, 20$, but that is worth it to me not to waste 2 hours.
Absolutely love this store. It’s always so clean and organized. Their season section is always so amazing. I love their tropical plant selection and their garden centre. Prices are reasonable and they seem to always have sufficient stock. One thing I will say I’ve noticed - during the week there are very few employees on the floor. For me - not a big deal - I’m a roamer and don’t mind finding stuff myself. There have been a few times I would have preferred some assistance but there was literally not a person in site anywhere. On weekends they seem to have a lot more staff - which makes sense.
Shopping experiences have been mostly ok, and most staff are friendly and experienced; however experience can be very different and inconsistent depending on who you speak to - some staff are really inexperienced and need to be trained. Had a call with a salesperson to inquiry about ordering some appliances for my new home on the last day of the sale and was asked to go to the store, so I rushed to the store under a snowing weather and only when I was told they can only push out the delivery date for two months. This is no-brainer why didn't tell me on the phone.
Lowe's has an extensive variety and very knowledgeable professional staff. I was particularly impressed with the way personnel took time to help locate stuff and explain the various options on offer. That, honestly, is not common in Canada. There's a free parking, and the store on Hunt Club is neighbors to a variety of other vendors, including eateries, which means one can meet several shopping needs without moving far from the location. My only concern is their prices, which I found to be higher than the competition.
I ordered an item online with store pickup all good except when I went to pickup, you have to go to customer service and they were busy with only 2 people working however there was 4 staff on a desk behind doing nothing but chatting with each other. I hate to wait for anything but when there are staff standing around and I have to wait. It will be the last time I go to this Lowe's. The only reason I am giving such a high review is all the other staff where helpful especially the fellow in hardware was super nice.
Avoid this place! I ordered a door to be delivered. Including the delivery charge the order was nearly $300. It arrived, with the bottom broken, scrapped and prices chipped off. No apology and I was given the option of driving it back to the store myself (which I'm unable to do, that's why I paid them $75 for delivery) or $30 off (and I had to argue to get it up form the original $20 offer. What an awful solution to a problem they created! Now, I'm left with a broken damaged door that may end up in the garbage.
Good selection and prices. When I'm looking for building items with fancier finishing and decorative elements, I always pick Lowe's over similar stores in the area. They have nice lighting and the Closetmaid solutions with a bit nicer options, for example. I took away a star because their in store pick up and returns have always been pretty rough. I don't think my pick up order has ever actually been ready when I get there even though I get the email it is; and their return system is awkward at best.
This used to be one of the best stores for getting consistent and productive help form staff... When it was Lowe's!! Now that its "Rona+" or more aptly, "Rona-" (yes, Rona Minus!) Ive tried a few times and not once was I able to find any staff at all to help, let alone staff who actually has some working knowledge to help. Its disappointing, but good thing regular Rona (or better yet: Home Depot) aren't far. You'd literally have to pay me to go back -and I'm not talking $20!!
One of the worst shopping experiences ever. Far too understaffed and bosses that don't really care about customers. Never again. Avoid at all costs. Tried to buy off the shelf blinds but employee was constantly taking care of others before finishing with us. Tried to raise issue with a supervisor to get someone else to help. She called on the intercom. No one responded and she took off to the office. Left without purchase, total waste of time (45 minutes).
I love the garden center here. It's the best major retailer garden center in the area near Merivale Road. There's a lot of selection and they take reasonably good care of their plants, especially compared to other major retailers in the area. Nearly every time I go, I find something I can't leave without - a gem of a plant for my garden. But even if I find nothing that inspires me, I simply enjoy walking through their aisles of brightly coloured flowers.
If they make a mistake, they will take no blame. I brought them plan and requested an estimate. As it is product I never installed before I trusted them. Now im 6,000$ short on material as this was a quoted job. If you want help, ask another don't ask them. They rather pin a small contractor with all the blame. I signed up as a pro member as I thought it would be worth it. This decision will have cost me money that I wont get back. Good job lowes!
I ordered 10 things from here last Monday. It took them until Saturday evening to process and complete the order for pickup, which is far too long IMO. If you're looking for something quickly, this is not the place to do it. When picking up the order, I waited 50 minutes for them to find my order that an employee hid in the back where no one could find it. I'll be going back to Home Depot moving forward as I've always had great experiences there.
Never use this location shopping. They do not rent the Van's parked in front of the store "because the glitch in the system" and everything become slow. Manager is not available on the phone by the customer service. Be prepared with patience. But it is not ending yet. I paid yesterday for 23 boxes of hardwood and when to pick up I discover that one box is half full. Of course they don't have anything else left. Bed experience
Customer Service was terrible. Don’t attempt to get anything from here unless you want to wait 5 days for an item. When I called about my purchase I was given three different days that it could be picked up but never received an email confirming it. They are very disorganized. Management needs to step up and do a better job , we’ve been in this pandemic over a year now you would think the process would be figured out by now.
Went in today, ready to make a purchase but the product was on a top shelf. Took me 10 minutes to flag down an employee and this person then took off looking for a ladder. I left after waiting 10 minutes. The store is nice, lots of products and large variety of brands. But selection is useless if the place is so short-staffed. The prices are good so I will probably make one more attempt at this. But what a disappointment.
Lowe’s has a slightly higher end/better quality selection of home decor items, etc... than Rona, Home Depot or Canadian Tire. Parking lot is spacious. Staff friendly & helpful. There is always someone to assist customers.. no long waits for staff. Excellent quality & selection of appliances. No pressure from staff. Four stars only because dogs are not allowed in store or garden centre... very disappointing..
Bought online for in store pickup. Called to check on my order next day, told everything is fine. Got called by an employee to say they didn’t have the item and that it would be over two months. Asked for floor model and they said “it’s too early to get rid of it” Not sure why, you don’t have any of that product in stock. Had to drive to Orleans. They claim they don’t have the order yet. Mickey mouse operation.
Many employees standing around chatting while others are working hard to serve too many customers at once. Poorly managed and I would be embarrassed as the workers or the manager. 3 stars for the few that work extra hard to pick up the slack of the others Edit: Dear owner, I did not use the self-checkout. Nice try, this was while other customers were waiting for service.....
Great experience at Lowe's; I was unable to purchase a gazebo on sale online, so I called around and I was able to connect with this location's seasonal department where they checked the inventory for me. They instructed me to come in and the customer service staff was exceptional at helping me locate the item and process the order. Courteous, kind and patient. Many thanks!
Really love this Lowe's location. The service is impeccable, it is well managed. Everything I need is always in stock or one of their knowledgeable and helpful staff always has a solution. The store is very tidy and well organized. Very detailed website and curbside pick up available these days (web or phone orders). Covid measures are well implemented and respected.
Great selection and a bit higher quality compared to Home Depot (in my opinion). The staff is helpful when you can find them. We tried getting help via ‘press to get help’ things they have in each section; but then ended up waiting for 10 minutes listening to the annoying intercom continuously repeat itself. We figured thing out by ourselves before anyone showed up.
I've been to this Lowe's a couple times and had similar experiences where staff can look-up a part to tell you where it should be on the shelf, but if you ask any technical questions or for a substitution they are unable to assist. For example, yesterday the plumbing representative didn't know the terms bushing, mip or fip - which are core to any plumbing solution.
Lowe’s on Huntclub consistently has the most cool, warm and helpful employees of any hardware store I’ve ever been to. To name just one employee of so many, Naomi. She is awesome and represents what makes this location so awesome. The helpfulness and positivity of this location is always next level. Makes picking up tools and hardware a highlight of the day.
Went over to the paint department last night and was greeted by this really helpful girl, I wish I got her name but she was teaching me everything about the different paint products! She was very knowledgeable and explained things in a way that were easy to understand. To the girl with the dark purple bathroom thank you! …
Like store, but a couple of issues I hope they fix soon. First, there is a definite lack of staff. I know they're trying with hiring fairs, but its noticeable when you try to get help. Secondly, compared to Home Depot, they have far less variety of stock, and I often have to visit there to finish getting supplies for a project.
They cancelled an order online 6 weeks after I put in the order due to Out of stock even tho just the day before they had the trailer in stock. No Wonder why they keep closing warehouses in Canada meanwhile their competition is growing exponentially. No respect for basic business practices. Last time I ever shop at Lowes
I had a difficult time looking for paving stones as most stores do not yet have their garden centres open. Luckily for me Lowes Hunt Club were preparing and they had some stones unpacked from last year. We were able to purchase them and Dakota loaded all 8 (each weighed 80lbs), into our car. Excellent service all round.
Waited 45 minutes to have my order brought out even with an appointment time. Then the staff person brought it all out on a pallet and ran over my right toe with it. So my toe wash injured to the point of my toenail falling off. Even when I shouted with pain he didn't say anything. Just stood there silent. Never again!
I dealt with one lady that was very nice, Reason why I'm putting 2 stars is I have one item to pick up. the lady that deals with the orders .ca was very condescending when speaking to the customers. She was rude and would not help out at all. No reason to be dealing with that kind of BS during these times....
One of the employees Paul Sarazin took his time to get a clearance blue rhino griddle out from the back, got us clean lawn chairs. Just proper customer service and friendly. How it should be, much appreciated Sir, realized after looking you up that your the manager! Cheers
Review for LOWES on January 12 2023: Great selection of garden gnoemes! unfortunately none were sexy enough to fit my needs. Was going to give a good riddance gift to my EX husband and figured he would like a gnome. My daughter emily (who is 5) was able to pick out a mug
Lowes is great place. It's got the best customer service out there and way better than Home Depot , etc. One example is, how Lowe's team led by Mohammed Q is helping me with fixing a floor issue in our new shed, which was damaged on arrival. Way to go Lowe's team!
My wife and I went to Lowe's to shop for curtains after checking out 2 other stores. We found out that Lowe's had the largest selection of all, the store's layout was spacious, and they seem to carry good quality products. I'd say we were quite impressed.
First and foremost, a huge thank you to Jaydon who works in appliances at Lowes Nepean location. I called and emailed multiple different stores (Home depot, Rona, Canadian appliance source, universal appliances, you name it) and pretty much
Went in there to check prices on electric items last week. This week they had a scratch and save offer to save $15.00 off to $1000.00. This was great except this week they raised the price of the item l wanted up $10.00. Not impressed.....
Don't get me wrong, they have good stuff. But if you need help, you have to push a button to call over a staff member... A electronic voice then announces throughout the store, calling for the person. Not just once, but twice, and again a
Garbage and deceitful customer service - I found a lower price and requested a price match with 10% off and they declined it quoting their "Price Match Policy" and their more extensive "Price Match Policy Terms" because I didn't send my
We ordered outdoor chairs from Lowes online. There we problems with the chairs. Lowes online and phone support were awful. Sent us to the wrong websites, gave us a few phone numbers to call, also all wrong. Finally told us to contact a
I really like all Lowe's hardware stores. This one was exceptional because of service. Brady went out of his way to show me everything about everything regarding stairs. Best experience ever, best customer service ever. Thank You Brady!
Hunt club location is terrible. The service is not what you expect from Lowe's. Brady, who works in the "customer service" department has no clue what customer service is. Avoid this location. Employees very rude and condescending.
Great service and super friendly staff. Easily found what I was looking for and the prices were reasonable. Store was very clean and the sanitizer provided on entry is a mist which is super nice compared to most stores currently.
Staff at the "pro counter" have zero respect for the customer. The manager, when i explained what happened seemed like he sincerely cared & wanted to rectify the situation, but it was too late because the rude staff blew me away!
The Lowe's staff know a lot about stuff. And I love that when you ask them about something they take time to explain it to you. Sometimes, they go beyond explanation to tell you about alternatives as well as their pros and cons.
Amazing experience here! Staff are extremely helpful, there's never a wait in line and prices are very good compared to Home Depot, which also has long lines. Their garden centre is also HUGE with a great selection overall.
Went here to buy wood for a little wedding DIY, and the service was great. They helped me find the item I was looking for, and even cut the wood to the correct size for me. Couldn't have asked for better customer service!
Well organized, clean and easy to get to. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, and always take their time to help me and answer all my questions. You have a great team here and I enjoy shopping at this store.
To be able to return the merchandise to Customer Service I waited for 30 minutes!! The girl the name Sophia who works there is very unpleasant and has no customer service skills. I wouldn't buy anything at this store.
It was not crowded, it was well laid out. I did have to ask somebody where the labels were. Luckily it was easier to find somebody there than at home depot. FYI the light bulbs are in I05, not with the lighting...
There was a mishap with flooring. Returned original bought because it was the wrong flooring with wrong display. Flooring rep apologized and helped load the rest. Customer service staff was helpful too. Thank you
Bought light bulbs here for my bathroom vanity. Exact replacement LED G9 bulbs. Had them installed for about 2 hours of run time total. One exploded and caught fire. LUCKILY, I happened to be heading back
Poor customer service...I wasn't allowed to use my contractor's VIP card to save 5%...will not be returning to this store. I'm going to return the purchase and buy everything I need from home depot.
Great location. Well stocked with a great selection. Biggest complaint was that there wasn't any manned checkouts. You were forced to use self checkout. If this happens again I will shop elsewhere!
This store is my least preferred lowes in Ottawa. Not polite employees. I gave them two stars first, then I have changed to one, because they don't have any clearance section or final sale section.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Only issue I had was trying to find someone in the seasonal department. Overall Lowes has amazing deals especially during clearance time! Keep up the good work!
Super helpful staff to drop off paint. Assisted me with emptying my car carefully. Everyone was very friendly and it acts as a fantastic drop off location for paint waste. Thanks Lowe’s crew.
No one works here . It's dead no customer service or help at all I quote literally mean finding an employee here is like looking for Waldo ... Do-able but will take a while and preserve
Very good variety of materials for your home renovation materials. Generally quieter than most home improvement stores, while still offering plenty of options for all kinds of projects.
The store is a typical Lowe's. Everything as you would expect. The real difference is in the help we received. We were shopping for a ceiling fan and the sales person was excellent!!!!
Very bad experience with the staff. Asked three different employees where the shelving brackets were and was sent to three different palaces which still did not produce any brackets.
Large store and have very good selection for my home renovation need. Actually it is bigger than the near by Rona on hunt club road. The price is very competitive.
I like this store as I'm used to home Depot. Very bright... Good prices.. Nice stuff! Staff are very nice even better there a deaf staff that can hear and speak
Great location to run in and get the items you need to finish a project. Parking lot is always clean and maintained well in the winter months as well.
Lowe's has everything I need and most often at the best, competitive, prices than other similar stores. Their online product search works so well.
Nicely located. Kept clean. Alot of the stuff they have on demo are actually not in stock, which is a bit confusing. Should be updated weekly.
Automated check outs only. Item doesn't scan. Takes 15 minutes to get any kinda help. Then they send me to check my own price. Not helpful!
Well stocked inventory and great selection. Super clean store with ample free parking. Only issue is limited staff resources at times.
Staff were helpful (it must have been the Lowes influence) but they price gouged somewhat on water softener salt due to the shortage.
Got this comfy egg chair which I was searching for long time. Lowe’s have many home decor items that’s not available elsewhere
Rona its at well known store were u find most of the building materials and accessories for construction and renovation.
I had to wait 35 minutes to get someone to help me out and no one was available because they were in a meeting …
They to train their employees and not just stick them in areas where they have no clue what they are talking about.
Worst curb-side pick up ever compared to homedpot, waited 25 minutes for 2 small items and the lot was nearly empty
Great deals on pellet smokers currently Great selection of Christmas decorations Competitive on appliances as well
Nice and clean place. Found what we were looking for. Kind and polite personal. Purchase: Curtains rods
Logan at customer service is amazing. She went above and beyond to provide what I needed.
Easy online purchase and pickup. Staff were friendly and efficient.
Visited to get paint. Was unsuccessful. Didn't like the brands
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. A pleasure shopping there.
Always friendly always has what I need at affordable prices
Staff were helpful, and they had the products I needed.
