Dear RW&CO Customer Service Team, Date: April 23, 2023 Time: 5:00PM Location: 13662 137 Ave NW in Skyview Power Centre I am writing this email to express my deep dissatisfaction with the treatment I received when attempting to return a suit at your store location above. I purchased a suit from your store and upon arriving home, realized that it was not the right fit for me. I had kept the receipt and the size tags on the suit. However, I misplaced the price tags and couldn’t initially find it. To my surprise, I was met with an accusation that I had worn the suit and was therefore not entitled to a return despite having the receipt and size tags on it. This accusation is completely false, and I am deeply offended that it was even suggested. I had purchased the suit with the intention of wearing it, but after trying it on at home, I quickly realized it was not the right fit for me. I had not worn the suit outside or for any extended period of time. To make matters worse, I feel as though I was treated unfairly due to subtle racism. It was almost as if the assumption was that because of my skin color, I must have been up to no good. This is unacceptable behavior, and I feel as though my rights as a customer were violated. I have always been a loyal customer of RW&CO for over ten years, and I am deeply disappointed with the way I was treated. If this issue is not adequately dealt with, I will no longer be shopping with your company, and I will have no choice but to make a social media campaign to find justice. I hope that this email will prompt your team to take a closer look at the treatment of customers of color in your stores and to make sure that this kind of unfair treatment does not happen again. Eventually I went back home and found the price tags and got a refund at a different store in Kingsway Mall. I expect an apology for the way I was treated. I have been shopping looking for a blazer around the city and I'd never thought of checking out this store untill recently. I pretty much thought to myself they wouldn't have anything in my size but I kept an opened mind and hoping there would be something. Unfortunately, I found nothing that fits me. That being said, I gave a rating of 5 stars for this location because of the service. I have been to many stores looking for a blazer and most of the employees would just look at me and ignore me like I don't belong in the store shopping at their store (Le Chateau) at Kingsway Mall to be honest. As soon as I walked into the RW&CO at this location, I was greeted and within 2 minutes in the store, a sales associate came by and assisted me and asked me if I needed help right away without judging the way I looked. Sometimes, it's not about what you buy at a store but sometimes it's all about service. Amazing service and amazing staff. Thank you for making me feel welcomed in your store.

I was returning a few items on behalf of my husband. I had amazing service from the gentleman working today. He was so helpful and we had a nice chat. I have not seen this level of customer service in quite some time! He even offered to help me look for items for myself, and when I mentioned how the sizes don’t accommodate my needs, he so very politely suggested another store. Usually I am hesitant to even step foot in a shop that wouldn’t work for me, even to return clothes not meant for my use, but he made me feel welcome. I will be back with my husband and hopefully he will be working again. Thank you, and I am sorry I didn’t catch your name.

Its just a clothing store, right? Actually it's the service that keeps me coming back. I had an issue with my dress pants. I didn't have the receipt and bought the pants back in July. Upon hearing my story, the manager gladly accepted them as a return and gave me store credit. She could have brushed me off and said, sorry no receipt no return, but I believe she went above and beyond to assist me. I will continue to shop here because of the great customer service and willingness to help a customer out. Great job staff at the Skyview Power Center!

It was my very first time to shop at this store. A staff named Rachel approached me right away and made me feel welcome. The size of the item that i was looking for wasn't available in the store, she offered to check if its available online and helped me ordering instead. She even helped me to create my profile so that i can save even more. She went above and beyond my expectations. Im definitely coming back here. Wonderful customer service

Rachel hands down is the BEST! I came in on Sunday morning and she put her style techniques to work and I walked out with a new wardrobe. She worked within my budget and found adorable pieces that looked great on me. I cannot thank her enough for going above and beyond. Oh and she personally followed up with me when one of the pieces arrived at the store that she ordered for me! Thank you again Rachel for such and an amazing experience !

This place is bargain heaven. You find 290$ blazers for 20 dollars, I am not lying.. You just have to be lucky, the quality is great, looks expensive and sleek. Although I feel like RW&CO is more modern style for teenagers and 20 years old to 30, older gentlemen wouldn't like it here as it wouldn't fit their style.. It's more for young people.. The men's products ofcourse!

Wow! I had such an amazing service from Andy the other day! Me and my husband have never had this type of service in this store in a very long time. He dressed me in away that suited my career and job needs. My husband also bought some stuff. We are so pleased with him we will see him again for sure. He also was able to help other people and tend to us. Just amazing.

Staff was super helpful, you could easily talk to them and joke around. The lady that was working in the fitting room area was awesome! She had great style, she was very knowledgeable in the products and she gave great compliments!! Helped us out a lot. Thanks :) We'll be back for sure!!! 5 star service.

Very bad experience. I called a day before looking for T-shirt bigger size from from what I bought from WE store. The worker confirmed the have the siza and going to put it on hold until end of the day. I drive for 45m and the said to me we don't have it . Very annoued. …

Closest RW&Co. to me in the north side. Good selection of clothes and always has clothes that appeal to me. They know how to do business that's for sure, the discount cards keep me coming back lol. Nice and helpful staff as well. Definitely my go-to place for clothes now.

Worst place we have ever been to - we went in just now to get our son a grad suit. NO HELP NOTHING WAS BRUTAL we were asking for help and questions and it was like they were annoyed and didn’t want to help - SO WE LEFT AND WONT BE BACK …

I just love the staff here. I find that they’re all happy and excited to put an outfit together. Honestly if you’re having a bad day, go in and they’ll dress you up and make you feel great! What more does one want from a clothing store?

Excellent customer service by Kasey. She gave us extra time to shop when we enter 10 min before close. Very satisfied with our shopping Lot of extra space for parking. Good discount as well.

No attention paid to clients and my questions were not answered. Ultimately i grabbed my own sizes and if I didn't find something I just decided to buy elsewhere other than that store

I came into the store Sunday morning to check out the suit options for my son.....I wandered around the store for over 10 minutes and no one even acknowledge me or offered assistance.

Wow, I went into RW & Co today with the intention to spend a ton of money on work outfits. Too bad the staff completely ignores me. I spent my money elsewhere.
