This site is obviously monitored and they "choose" who leaves review. On February 14, 2022, I made a purchase and was charged 2x. I've gone to the store 4x now and the staff is less than helpful, so again, these reviews are definitely monitored. They basically tell you that you have to call customer service who after you call MULTIPLE times, never returns your call. Their manager (Deziree) then FINALLY calls you after making you feel as if it your problem that they charged you twice. She tells you to call her customer representative that has specifically asked you call her directly. Guess what? 2 weeks later that customer representative still hasn't called me to settle this issue. I call again today and a cashier named Kay basically says that this is something I have to take up with customer service who btw does not answer or return calls. BEWARE! This store steals your money and does NOTHIING to help return it. SAD.

I found a a pair of used dr martens at this location! I was shocked to open the box and see clearly already wore shoes! They had dirt all over them and when I told the employe he agreed and said he would ask if i could get a discount, but when he came back he had instead just cleaned the shoes and asked me “is that more presentable for you?” It was so rude! They were gonna literally try to sell me these used shoes after just cleaning them off??? How did they even get returned and put back on the floor?

I purchased a pair of crocks had them a week tried them on once wore them in the store then took them back in the original box and receipt and was told I can not have a return, the manager working on June 12 at 4pm did not look confident and unsure. This company needs to do better if they can be cleaned we will return them they where not even dirty I did not wear them. Yes PLEASE DO BETTER I will never go back to this location.

Sorely disappointed with this store. They wouldn’t honor prices that were marked on the box. James assured me that their high prices were correct. Box was marked $19.99. Their sign also said $19.99. He brought the sign up with him and said that the price was incorrect because it was ringing up $24.99. Sku numbers matched the sign for $19.99 but refused to honor. Lost any of my future business!

Decent selection but prices are $55 and over if you're looking for something you'll really like. Clearance section, though reasonably priced, is limited in selection of styles. Walked in. Walked out. Maybe better for someone who doesn't mind blowing half a bill.

Great guys that helped me with the shoe sizes I needed, very attentive and helpful! Glad I found this place too!! They made my shopping experience very comfortable and I was able to find a couple pairs of sneakers in my size, plus they were on sale!!

I can almost hardly find my shoe size since I'm a big samoan dude. But the staff was so helpful and friendly I had to leave a review! Lauren instantly greeted me, and helped me my whole visit. Ended up leaving with two pairs …

It's OK. There are not enough 12W shoes in the store. The variety of casual dress shoes are few. The workers were nice, but weren't overly concerned about quality service. This is a pattern l see in the younger generation of Z.
