Initially, my fiancée and I saw the great reviews and thought this would be the perfect place for us after moving to the area. I can now say, after multiple visits from both of us, that coming here may be a big regret for you. The biggest issue we ran into was in regards to cavities. I was told I had 4, after living my entire life with none. It was unexpected, for sure, but I figured I may have somehow gotten 4 in the span of the few months since I last visited my previous dentist. They were about $45 each, after insurance. However, I soon realized this was not the case. My fiancée was told she had multiple cavities, and we spent over $1000 to fill them, after insurance. She comes back a few months later and is told she has 12 more cavities, including on the same teeth that had just been filled prior! It was going to be another almost $750 after insurance to fill them, a little over $60 per filling (why was this now 18% higher?). At this point, we knew something was up. After getting a second opinion from another dentist, we're relieved to know she has TWO cavities, not 12. The blatant lying and overcharging here is beyond ridiculous. It doesn't help that they repeatedly told us our insurance was a fee schedule, even though the documentation from our insurance company specifically says it is not. This led to the paperwork we received from our insurance company, following procedures, not matching the amounts we should've been charged. Did this dentist care? Of course not. You've already paid for the procedure, so why should they bother to look into it further, they got theirs. I hate to leave reviews like this, but I hate myself and those I care about getting screwed more. There are so many other dentists in the valley, there's not a single viable reason I can think of to come here instead of somewhere where patients get what they actually need.

Radiant Smiles Phoenix is about as good as it gets - I've been a patient at this practice since 2002 (when it was Patterson Family Dentistry) Dr. Sharan and Dr. Jason have continued the practice of caring, compassionate dentistry that the Pattersons established. I've had a couple of occasions when I needed emergency dental services and I was seen right away. Dr. Sharon Sandhu is without a doubt one of the most kind people I have ever met. If I had dentists like her when I was younger, there is no doubt in my mind that I would have done a much better job of caring for my teeth. All the support staff are pleasant, kind and outgoing. I cannot recommend this dental practice highly enough.

Where to begin, I was a patient of both David and Arthur they were very good . Toni ( don't know the spelling) is a fast and fabulous part of the clinic. As Stephany was before. Know into the new practice, Suzanne Cooke is a brilliant hygeniest. She is also great about asking you questions while cleaning your teeth. Dr Jason takes your teeth and their health very personal. Great professional, and caring dentist. And Mrs. Dr. Jason (only meet once & don't remember her name) was very interested in helping me get the best care today!!! Thank you for that help. I cannot leave Barb out and won't. At first I didn't really know what to think of her. Well turns out that, she understands a lot about the whole dental practice office. I appreciate that!! There are others that I have not met yet. The whole office is friendly, professional and will keep your comfort and experience in mind the whole time. I love them!!! Can you tell.

Really kind staff, the doctor walks you through the process before and during the procedure, Checks on patients during procedures, and an overall pleasant and calm atmosphere. As someone who fears going to the dentist I highly recommend going to radiant smiles Phoenix! (Update) Six months later still a great experience! I now look forward to going to dentist which is something I never thought I’d say! My teeth are clean and I guess I am now officially an adult because I actually want to go to the dentist! I will keep going to Radiant Smiles PHX for dental care for the foreseeable future! (Update) This is my fourth cleaning and I still love it here! The staff remains kind and makes going to the dentist an enjoyable experience and as stress free as possible! If you need a dentist go here you are doing yourself a disservice by not doing so!

My appointment was 7-20-20 and I really want to say I love my new dentist. I was really scared because I just moved from FL and finding a good dentist is really hard in my opinion. Me and my husband both do not have insurance and they have an amazing deal with $50 and exam,xrays,and basic cleaning for new patients with no insurance. As soon as we got there we were treated so professionally also it was very, very clean and sanitary! Everyone was wearing a mask and made us feel very comfortable with this whole Covid situation going on. They were very fast with the cleaning and explained everything very thorough! Me and my husband will definitely be back for our cleaning! I recommend this place 100%! Also they gave us cute little gifts !!!

It was one of the best dental experiences I had in 6 years. I switched to them from camelback smiles (where I had some of the worst experience ever), was greeted quickly and politely, I was seen within minutes of turning in my paperwork and everything that I told them I needed done over the phone they did it. They communicated throughout the process. I wasn’t waiting forever in rooms by myself wondering when I was going to be seen. The part I really liked is that the local anesthesia wore off soon after I finished everything and my mouth was normal, instead of waiting hours to be able to eat and drink because of over numbing. It was really great experience overall.

Had a great experience at Radiant Smiles! The front desk staff and the dental assistants are all very friendly and personable. Dr. Jason was awesome and took the time to review my outside Xrays and compare them to the ones they took in the office today, and even went through them with me. He also explained the areas of my teeth we needed to monitor without making me feel pressured to pay for procedures / sealants (like some other offices). They also took great COVID precautions - took my temperature and everyone was masked. After having a bad experience at a different dentist in Phoenix, I'm really happy I found Radiant Smiles!

FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE! I can’t say enough good things about this place! They take great care in your concerns, pains, and frustrations. Ray was the assistant for my fillings and he was freaking awesome! Calmed me down, walked me through things, and let me ask as many questions as I wanted! Dr. Sandhu has literally the steadiest hand in the industry! While administering my numbing shot I thought she was finished and had pulled the needle out she was that still! Fillings were fast, the cleaning was thorough, and the prices were ideal! Definitely my go to dentist and my #1 recommendation in the valley!

Honestly, I have allot of dental anxiety(I had braces as a kid-had like 8 teeth pulled ,it was nasty) And the dental team was just really patient with me. The team was laid back / made the place feel welcoming. Thee hygienist was super calm and consistently asked me if I needed brakes or if I was OK.she let me put my noice canceling ear buds in when she did the cleaning which was AMAZING! 100% recomend) Dr.Bajwa was honest that I needed to floss more but it’s what I needed to hear, but he laid it on me genteelly lol. him and Dr.Sandu are awesome people. #nocavities tho lol

I don’t always have the best experiences with the dentist office. But….This dentist office and staff are truly incredible! The hospitality is unmatched. The office is so cute and cozy and the team really feels like family. I never have to worry coming to this office. Dr. Shannon is extremely gentle and so precise. Not only are they clean and in a great area, but they are understanding and so generous. Shoutout to the front desk team they are the sweetest! My husband and I have been going to this dental practice long before they moved to their present location. It is great to see that what started out as a family practice is continuing in that vein --- just expanding to include a new family. The docs and their assistants in this practice are among the nicest people and gentle souls on the face of the earth. Going every six months (and sometimes in between!) is like going to visit family. And I'd venture to say their rates for the excellent care they provide are the most reasonable out there. We LOVE Radient Smiles!!!

Had a great experience at Radiant Smiles PHX. Finding a new dentist you like can be a pain. My old dentist closed due to COVID. Found Radiant smiles by chance, and am so glad I did. They made me feel welcome and comfortable from the moment I arrived. Staff was super friendly and very attentive. They did a great job cleaning my teeth and didn’t try to up sell me on a bunch of stuff I didn’t need. They even through in the fluoride for free! Will be returning for my next cleaning. Highly recommend this dentist. When I first called they immediately picked up and scheduled me the same day. The front office staff: Yami and Jeanette have been so nice and kind. Just the extra attention that is friendly and genuine. Then the actual dentist Dr. Jason and his assistant Ramone were very kind. Dr. Jason went to explain in detail what was going on. The most pleasant dentist/doctor experience I’ve ever had. Every visit to Dr. Bajwa/Sandu and the team here (Toni, Alex, Brian...) goes above and beyond expectations. I found this dental office when I needed to get my braces removed which was maybe about 4-5 years ago. I seen Dr.Patterson he was so friendly and made the visit very easy going. The staff is always very friendly and actually remember who you are. I had stopped coming for some time but this was my first pick again. Just moved to Phoenix and was referred to this office, and glad I was. They scheduled me right away. Once here, my cleaning was very detailed and ended needing more dental work. They were kind enough to schedule me again, right away to take care of the additional work immediately. The dentist took the time to explain the work and put me at ease. I feared the dentist for several years once becoming an "adult" and finally built up the courage to schedule an appointment. This place has made me feel nothing but comfortable. Dr. Jason and Myra have been amazing and my anxiety decreases significantly once they're in the room. The front desk is also super helpful and will get you scheduled as soon as possible. All of the employees and owners are very nice and attentive. I’ve had to have fillings done and they have worked on one that has been giving me problems twice now and will follow up if a third is needed. I’ve had two six months so far and each time has been pleasant. The techs make good conversation and try to keep you as comfortable as possible.
