Very disappointing service. The lady at the till told the customer infront of me that he needs to buy over R100 to swipe his card, bare in mind that his things were equal to R86, she made him buy extra chocolates just so that it was over R100. Another guy pushed his way forward to the line standing next to me, she helped him first and his amount was R93, less then R100, and she told the guy helping her to take his card utter favoritism and then she served the lady behind me before me, while i was standing there and waiting. I was actually so disgusted by this. Will definitely not be going there again. Gave an extra star just for the creme donuts because that was the only good thing.

Poor service given, placed an order for a cake, it was not what was initially requested for, was refused to be given the board to support cake despite cake being high, had to fight with staff to be given proper box, was told to pay R50 for the board and box even though i had paid extra for the cake, was told to take my deposit as i was not happy. Poor service Cream pipping was supposed to be thick, with pink flowers but they put in yellow colours with thin pipping Cake flavours was not what initially agreed upon, requested caramel flavour. Cake tastes and quality was poor, sponge was wet as though too much water was used during filling

Honestly everything they make is awesome, but these ppl need to work on they ppl skills, they not helpful and instead laugh when I asked a question ... I didn't appreciate that.. and for that reason I won't be going back ... but like I said at the start everything they make really is good, so If you looking for a good bakery with bad service they have that

Good prices on confectionary. Staff can do with some customer service training. Just double check food is fresh, don't believe the staff. Items well within affordable price range. No cash float in till, so customers are turned away in the morning after opening . Senior aged counter assistant very helpful. Card machine issues during loadshedding

Absolutely appalling service. They gave n o knowledge how to use a speed point. I was forced to double pay and told to collect the cash later if they pick up my payment. When I sent someone to collect the cash they kept on making pathetic excuses. I will definitely not be visiting them again.

Lots of cakes to choose from. Usually fresh. They are cheaper than other bakeries in Lenz. You just need to enquire which gums and marshmallows on the cakes have gelatine and are halal. Parking available. Not busy
