I visited on the 26th of April. I have a different opinion about the product vs. the store. The store deserves 1 start. The store is way too cramped. I could barely fit between racks and it's impossible to pass someone. I kept having to go around or just look elsewhere. I couldn't shop! They had so much inventory but I couldn't look at most of it. They need a more spacious location. I tried asking an employee about products I saw online and she was of no help. I also asked the same lady for a dressing room and she never greeted me. She kept hanging bras, then opened the door. The cashier was very friendly and answered some of my questions. I went in store to size myself. I ended up falling in love with a dress I had seen online and thought was "ok". I've gotten a ton of compliments in it. So 5 stars for the product and the low low prices. I have installed the shopping app and ordered a number of pieces. I'll be shopping online and avoiding the store. You can return online purchases to the store.

A worker named ana helped me find an outfit i was looking for she was very helpful i will recommend to others that are looking for womens clothes.This is the place to check out its small but very cheap . Also i seen some kids running around and one of them hurt themselves very badly and the mother was trying to get after the workers when actually its the parents responsibility to keep an eye on them . When they asked them to please stop running around or horse playing around their saying it for there safety.

Love the clothing. Perfect sizes for my peite daughter. The cashier (operator 1368DD) On the other hand took a while acknowledge to my presence at the counter. But...she was not busy. She wouldn't even talk to me. So my husband got mad with her blatant rudeness and paid instead!!! She barley even mumbled the price to him. We read the cash register to understand the amount. We may not look like everyone else who shops there. That doesn't mean you have to be rude!!

Clothes were cute. I returned two items. And bought a total of 5 items. She Exchanged one item and not the other but charged me for al of them. When I let her know she claimed she didn’t charge me for one item. But didn’t even write it on the receipt like did for the other. I could go in there and raise hell. But money isn’t an issue it’s the principle. I would be Very careful about returns and exchanges...

I normally love coming to this store. However, I went in this past Friday afternoon, & the lady that was working was something else. I had some stuff to return, her name was Tina. The entire time that Tina was going through my items, & processing my return, she did nothing but roll her eyes & sigh. I was going to purchase more items, but given the attitude that I received, I left.

I had been to a different stores could not find anything black suitable for my nephew's funeral I walked in the store and I know they were closing I asked the young lady for help and she got me an outfit together that is very appropriate I really do appreciate that they were very professional and very sympathetic I will return thank you so much for having Personnel like that

The clothes are nice anytime of season and they usually have sales, for summer they have these nice Hawaiian type dresses, also this store doesn’t really have little kids wear As of the date June 29, their air conditioning is out, and Rainbow Stores have always had issues with their air systems, so it’s hot especially when you are waiting in line Cash or debit, no credit

Are yaw kiddin me there only one pleace left of rainbow i has three dauthers and my wife love this store even it crampt up it so worth it it same me a tones of money and cheap and great clothing for females make my kids happy so it far the best price and cheaps and fastionble clothing if u wanna go see it go for it u wont be disponted in this store

This is my favorite store the lady's are always so nice I've been to the one on ww white and it may be bigger but customer service there on ww sucks they are rude as one van be, I literally will not walk into that store ever again. I love my going to rainbow on New Braunfels, these girls know customer service

Very small space with everything crowded inside. Prices are ok but the clothed aren't that cute anymore. The sizes are also way off so make sure you get something a size or two bigger then you are. The employees are very unprofessional and always rude. The store is always very unorganized and messy.

Grat cheap clothes. New shipment every Thursday. I can easily waste my paycheck here n walk out happy because I wasn't ripped off. I love the summer dresses they have. And the cotton dresses. They also had the simple crop tops I was looking for. They always have great deals. I love this place.

Waiting 10-15 minutes for a fitting room is ridiculous especially when the workers are doing nothing. Went on a Monday the jeans were 15 rang up as 5. Went later the same day and got charged for 15 each when they were the same jeans just diff color. Ridiculous

Varieties aren't there, staff ignores your questions, im guessing because im fluent in English and they're fluent in Spanish, and the store was a mess but there were 4 ppl standing behind a counter with two registers didnt understand that. Never went bakc.

I loved the customer service I received from ANA today. She was very friendly, helpful and professional. I would recommend this store any time. If I could rate a 10 I would. I will be shopping here again in the future!

Newly opened. Very hit and miss. Had some super cute items and some not so cute. Will check it out in a few weeks for new merchandise.
