Awful service! The old black lady with the Oprah Winfrey wig cursed me out! She was so rude to my kids and I. When I spoke up about it she cursed me out and came closer as to fight me! Her and the hispanic lady were rude to MANY customers who had issues with wearing a mask in the store! The store and employees are utterly ghetto and I can't believe they do customer service for a living!!!! We will NEVER go again and I posted about this experience all over social media!

Great selection of school uniforms and the 25% off was a great incentive to stop by and shop!! The customer service was awesome the young lady was very helpful and assisted me in getting everything my granddaughter needed to go with her uniforms! I truly appreciate not having to look through everything she asked for her size and brought everything to us! I wish they had fitting rooms but we made it work lol

Ok thought it was just me that noticed they didn’t have shopping carts. Better to come in with a stroller. Thanks for the reminder. I appreciate the affordable dresses and some of their two piece sets are cute. It’s pick and choose cause some stuff is def too cheap looking but there is always something I can work with I need to go now cause I need some new cheap dresses I’m on a budget.

I agree with Rhonda the lady with the Oprah wig on ( this time it was a lilac color and extremely nappy at the ends) is very rude to customers and her employees she kept talking to the other customer about generation Z being rude truth is she just has a nasty attitude and should probably rethink her occupation.

The store is very neat, everything is placed in size order. The store is for Plus sizes as well as small, for children, up to date fashion, and eccessories of all kind. Prices are very reasonable. See for you self it was my first time and I will be back. Thank you

Drove all the way there only for the address on Google to take me to a park. I was so mad I turned around and drove 22 minutes back the opposite direction home... This needs to be fixed because I have no clue where the store actually is....

Hit or miss. I was hoping to find cheap winter dresses like they have for warmer months but not so much. Sold out of some things I wanted and the baby clothes are kinda ugly. No carts. Nowhere to try on clothes.

I'm used to the much smaller stores. But surprisingly it was really easy to find what I needed. Set up was easy to navigate through. The cashier was real nice and polite. Rainbow always has what I need.

They had wounderful customer service and we're very kind to me when I entered the store they were very inviting in and helped me with all my questions and provide me service when I needed the help

I really Like shopping at rainbow store they have very nice clothes very inexpensive the staff is very friendly and super helpful they help you put an outfit together ! and nice jewelry too

Rude employees kept on giving me attitude and didn’t make sense they kept on getting mad because we wanted a refund and they wouldn’t give it to us.

Slow paced, and you will need to pay with cash or select debit, so, not pay with credit, heads up on that part Pretty good deals on the shoes

I really love shopping with rainbow, but I think it's unacceptable to lock the doors of the store with more than 20 minutes left til closing
