Dr.kabra you really need to train your doctors on how to deal with patients,, my niece just now went in for ECG which came back normal and your doctor (doctor ranjit) told her even if the ecg is normal you can still get a heart attack,, like seriously??? What if my niece would have gotten a panic attack??? Thanx to the doctor she is now having anxiety attack,the doctor is not suppose to scare the patient,, even if he had to say something like this he could have said it to her mom who was waiting outside then directly saying it to my niece in the icu while checking ecg…plz don’t forget you are dealing with humans,, plz be little sensitive your wards can put one into anxiety and depression,, Edit:- replying to your message ,, when i was talking to your receptionist,, she could have said that doctor who spoke to my niece was not the one,, she choose to remain quiet and listen,, talking about not misleading the patient plz don’t defend the doctor,, it is something very insensitive and you cannot tell the patient that she can get a heart attack even if the ecg is normal,,, heart attack is no joke,, and u never know you could damage a persons life by giving them anxiety and putting them in depression for life,, whoever the doctor is cannot say things like this,, and you can always talk to the family about it and not the person directly… There is always a better way to put things,, like if you are facing these problems repeatedly ,,i would suggest to visit a cardiologist once and get all test done… rather than saying something no one would like to hear…

Pathetic experience I am a local who lives nearby the hospital and all the positive reviews are fake they are sitting there just to cheat people my mother who was admitted to there deluxe room for which they charge 3500 a day and the AC was leaking from day 1 and there were cockroaches in the room when I asked to change the room they told my mother ato shift in general ward even though they are charging for Deluxe the hospital says that it is cashless but they take a security deposit from you which is not guaranteed to return when asked with the head doctor pranav kabra he was not sure that what information his receptionist are providing and started telling me about his losses due to health insurance cashless facility the hospital says that it is a multi-speciality hospital but the didn't even had thermometer when asked the sister told me to purchase as they did had one I would personally recommend please avoid going there as they are just sitting there to scam people

Genuine hospital, doctor n all d staff. Last year my nani was admiited . V lost her due to covid n due to age related changes too.. But to be honest dr. Kabra was very genuine n transparent abt the treatment n regarding the d condition of my nani. he had clearly told us the bad prognosis of my nani. Worst hospital ever !! Dr. Pranav Kabra is full of useless knowledge he will divert your mind in everything. He will only ask for money and for the sake of money he will play with the soul. My brother was admitted on 1st nov 2021 we had taken him to the hospital around 9am my brother died at 10 30am then too he came to us and told us for ventilator and asked us for money even though my brother was no more. We asked him for shifiting and after hearing this he immediately told us 'patient will not survive for more then 5minutes in ambulance' because my brother was dead already. Then he had arrange the ambulance, and the ambulance guy was also the part of his game for looting the money. Dr. Pranav Kabra will make money from your emotions. I honestly suggest people never visit to Raksha hospital.

I would like to give feedback about my visit in Raksha Hospital, to start with, I really appreciate Dr. kabra and Dr. Abhishek they both are very good and very supportive always explain and make us understand the root cause of any illness and guide us specially Dr. Abhishek he is like family member and i always recommend him to my other family members and friends. Further I would also like to add that although Doctors are good but People at reception should be more professional. Also patients should get more good service and not feel lonely this should be taken care of. Unpleasant experience Dr Pranav Kabra makes promise to cure but is not able to diagnose the cause resulting in loss of money, loved ones and much more 2 Bad experience for us My Dad- Admitted with a heamoglobin of 3 were not able to identify the issue which led to Kidney collapse on the same day evening My Friend Dad- Same thing no problem diagnosis which eventually lead to his demise and to make matter worse the time he passed away in the hospital the same time the hospital staff was celebrating someone Happy Birthday at the very house....Such a shame to do such act while some one is week Not sure how Doc Kabra and this hospital has got such a good rating unless it's by the staff, relatives and friends It's not Raksha but Baksha

Best hospital in my area. I have seen many hospitals not even taking patients inside there hospitals because they are scared he or she myt die, but when I saw my best friends dad was struggling to get a bed I was very worried and recommend him to check with Raksha hospital, Dr present over there immediately said yes and arranged for a bed and treated him with proper medications. And now my friends father is out of danger and I hope every hospital should learn from this example that without trying you cannot save anyone.

This hospital should be named as 'Rakshas' hospital because it only feeds on life and money of its patients. We admitted our family member after reading positive reviews but our patient hardly lasted for 6 hours. And the Hospital charged rs 60000/- for 6 hours..Dr Kabra is very casual in his approach and doesn't understand difference between normal and critical patient. Please save yourself and your loved ones by not going to this hospital.

My experience was excellent with raksha hospital. Starting with from consultation to TPA guidance to surgery and post operative care is just excellent and you fell a personal touch and concern from all the staff members. Admission process was made simple by the very sober and efficient counceller Miss Aarti Soni and Heena. The hospital stay was of three days and all went very well. The doctors,nurses,food were all good.

Very costly hospital compare to other hospital in malad west, they sell those medicine in their chemist which very costly and which not available in rest medical. Even their RMO and nursing staff working in hospital I believe does not have proper degree, request all to check RMO and Nursing Staff degree before taking treatment from them it's a special request.

The doctors and hospital staff here are very cordial and helpful. They ensured the patient was comfortable and taken good care of and prompt service. A big thanks to Dr Anupam Shukla who patiently responded to all our queries and doubts. 1 star less for the room, it was clean and hygienic but could have a better washroom. Rest it is a very good hospital.

Thanks to all the sisters, matrons, all other staffs are so co-operative. Even at midnight the sisters attend the patient with smile and without delay. I did my gall bladder stone operation here.
