The WORST Customer Service EVER, especially me being a CSS. One lady Elaine is her name is very rude and disrespectful and actually don't care how long you stand there, and she's always sitting down throughout the day. The other lady Felicia is her name, makes customers wait until she smokes her cigarette before she service you, you literally have to sit outside with her until she finish smoking.. I wish I could post pics of the rudeness... They ALWAYS ordering food and eating on the registers Infront of customers. Also me being a Restaurant Manager I'm pretty sure this is most definitely not allowed. The Security Officer is also rude, she has the tendencies to lock the doors when she gets tired or ready to go. The doors are locked at 8:45pm instead of 9:00pm as store hours. I request the camera footage be carefully viewed by HR. A lot of my friends won't even go into this location. Something needs to be done! Please give us a new exciting full of engery workers. Thanks in advance.

Located in Houston is greater Third Ward it's a great place to pick up very discounted Liquors and beers. The staff can be sometimes short but still helpful and quick. If you're not from that part of town I suggest that you mind your business and not try to make new friends with the people that hang out there. It's not that type of place. But if you are from the third you already know how they be about that life out there so be careful and don't go alone if your not from the area.

I keep saying the Old Lady is Mean and Nasty to the customers.... She has the nastiest attitude. I literally was looking at what I wanted. I told her exactly what I wanted. She, told ask me where I was going to get it from??? I looked at her and just walked out. Obviously the business makes enough money to allow their employees to mistreat the customer... This is not my 1st post about her attitude...

Every Ralston’s is GHETTO, RATCHET, LOUD, DISGUSTING, etc!! This one in particular needs to be TORN DOWN period!! How do you have a place of establish where security works and your customers still feel UNSAFE This place does NO GOOD for this community, nothing but drug dealers, robbers and people looking for drama stand around here all day smh #SHUTITDOWN

I've been going to this place for over 30 years the group that you have in their names very horrible the older lady she's just so rude and disrespectful I wanted to walk out and not even spend my money note that I spent over $100 in the store today and she was just so rude and I don't feel like I have to spend my money that I can go somewhere else.

The ladies in this store are very rude. They act like they do not want to be there. Several people have commented on the lack of customer service. Some people pass them up to go to the Southmore Ralston, because they are slow and disrespectful.

The customer service is HORRIBLE. I’ve gone several times to support business in the neighborhood. The ladies in there act like their job is to shovel sh**. At least pretend like you like your job, I will not be back.

Customer service is so polite with helping me find everything I was looking for. Neighborhood was very clean and the people were also helping when trying to find this location. Recommend store to evryone!

Kicked me out of parking lot for no reason! But the other workers inside are nice as can be! Be careful parking there you could also get car jacked or robbed...

It's the first time that I have been there It was nice and clean and the service was great and the cashier was nice and polite

Great store just the girls working there the mgr need to be replaced don't no how to talk too customer need training classes.
