knowledgeable, helpful, good range of items for most home projects, prices are pretty good, they usually carry a home or economy version and a higher end version of most items, store hours are also good since they open 7 days, and I like the fact that they will give me good advice on when NOT to buy something or where to go to find exactly what I need since they cannot carry everything. They definitely save me alot of time since they are close to our suburb which saves petrol, plus I save a ton of time compared to Bunnings etc. They are normally worth the slightly higher price charged compared to Bunnings.

I have been getting my hardware supplies from Randles Hardware since they became the new owners many years ago. Eric and his family who work there have always provided great service and Eric's advice has been welcomed and very handy. They genuinely want to meet whatever your need is. If they don't have it they will get it for you. I personally try to support small indipendent businesses like Randles Hardware and have no hesitation recommending Randles.

When your over shopping at the supermarket hardware store where your given little choice, visit Randall's. It is what a true hardware store is all about, choice, informed staff and honest advice. Sure bunnies are cheaper on big ticket items, but I shop at Randalls for all my general hardware, gardening and irrigation supplies

Good to be able to support the small business and not the big players they need to put meals on plates as others. Stock most hardware if not in stock usually can get it in. Worth a visit.

Go to Bunnings if you want generic advice or products. Go here if you want real service, advice and quality. Their prices are very much on par with the big stores.

The most friendly, helpful and professional people, much better than Bunnings and the like, they have time to listen and advise when I am not sure of something.
