As a commercial truck driver, my CDL license is everything to me. DO NOT HIRE this law firm. They promised to charge us only $1,000 if the case was dismissed/never filed. Our case was dismissed/never filed by the prosecutor. The attorneys - Mr. Will Lewis and Mr. Rathburn - then IGNORED all of our calls and refused to refund the rest of the money back. Thus, if you want to be told one thing, charged an arm and a leg, and then neglected or ignored (as if you simply do not matter and are nothing) - then go ahead and hire this law firm. If you want honest representation, stay clear of Rathburn Law Firm.

Mr. Rathburn heard my case and suggested another Lawyer with better expertise with the contents of my case. I appreciated this as he educated me and got me in the right direction. I could not find any information on my case and even after suggesting someone else, he went above and beyond to find me more information on my case so I can be better prepared.
