We moved to Ravenhill after dealing with a large institution for years. How many times did I wait on hold with that institution listening to canned platitudes, including several hours to sell and buy a new car last spring. Frustrating!!!! Last year spent an hour on the phone with Serena who carefully listened to all our family insurance needs, and recommended new protections from Ravenhill's stable. In the end the cost was so close to the same that it's embarrassing that we didn't make this change sooner. Fast forward a year, we needed to make minor changes in coverage to our vehicles. An email to Serena on Sunday eve, and by Monday 10am she answered with the changes and updated policy. A quick phone call to change something not mentioned in my original email, and Serena had us set for another year. The big institutions have cool national TV and internet ads. Don't be fooled! Ravenhill has been my insurance broker for more than 15 years now. I have worked with Kaleb and his team since I moved to Alberta in 2006. They are a great company and I have never had any issues. Over the past few years my insurance has gone up but I know from research and discussing coverage with other insurance companies that it has gone up everywhere across the board.
