Raynes Park is located in the Raynes Park section of London and is the the last station going towards Portsmouth Harbour, Basingstoke, Woking and Hampton Court Road. The station is served by Southwest Trains. Raynes Park is a good station, it's almost clean, maintained, and there is a good amount of trains that stop here and last but certainly not least the station is staffed.
It's an OK enough station with frequent trains to London, Dorking, Chessington and Kingston. Step free access is only available to and from the London bound platforms 1 and 2, which can be quite annoying. Local buses serve from both sides of the station and a ticket office is provided.
Travel through Raynes Park station every day and staff are always very pleasant. Lacks a certain charm like some nice planting or welcoming entrance, but the book swap table in the waiting room on Platform 3 is very welcome, I've found a few interesting reads.
Station is in Travelcard Zone 4. There are 4 platforms and 2 of them are accessible with (long) ramps from the station entrance. Some shops outside station and a couple of coffee places. A large supermarket is nearby on the left as you exit the station
I only go here once a month and it's not my home club. The manager who helped me in reception as its an exempt club was very understanding and accommodating. No drama or nonsense. Exceptional professional and club s best I ve seen …
Raynes Park have the facilities of gents and ladies toilets. Funny thing is the ladies toilet is only one on platform 1&2 which is closed almost all the time. However, both the gents toilet have been open beyond the hours.
I want to thank staff member Danny who was most helpful when I was lost locating platform 4 to Epsom. He was exceptionally helpful and courteous. He is a real credit to the co. he works for.
I like the station don’t get me wrong but the fact that you can only ride to dorking chessington Kingston and Waterloo is quite limited and you can get a nice snack break
I got to say this is the worst station I ever been too the staff are so rude to trainspotters I say don’t do trainspotting here I suggest new Malden
Nice Station that is served by southwestern trains also helpful staff at this station too. Pleasant time i had coming through this station.
There is no step-free access if you want to go southbound, and there is a massive gap and step up/down between the train and platform.
Manager who works here, Scott Milne, is a nasty vindictive liar and a bully - avoid this man at all costs if you use this station!
Not sure who reads a review on a train St... But its nice enough, wouldn't take anyone on a date here tho...
Very nice station, lovely staff and lots of places in the surrounding area to grab a bite
Excellent shopping centre. Good transport links to Kingston and the centre of London.
A very good station with good transport links into London as well as into Surrey
Quick connection to Waterloo. There is a small shop on the platform.
Ok but not the easiest place to negotiate with a push chair.
A simple small station with links to Dorking and Waterloo.
Great idea to have books in the waiting room.
RP is the best place in the whole wild world.
Super easy travel to Waterloo.
Great place for weekdays fun

On my way to Twickenham.
Platform far from train
