The room physically is average compared to what is in the website. They are registered online, I paid and was nade to pay on-site when I arrived. The manager and attendant denied being online, even though I showed proof of payment. They are rude and impatient with customer. This place should not be in Ghana. More

The compound is okay but the rates being charged for the rooms are too high for the standards there. They need to upgrade the rooms so that customers will get value for their money

For me I was most pleased with the size of the bed and courtesy shown by staff. Whiles I settle in my good size room it feels so peaceful and relaxing and that's what I care most.
