"They are fraud" Very bad experience for fixing the broken screen of iphone 6 plus. Technician fixed it with handsome money (120$) by saying that I have replaced it with apple screen. Screen went black next day, but we were out of Toronto, next week when we were back went to ask about problem, both technician and Razzak started yelling that phone was pressed, why coming back after one week, not immediately next day. There was no sign of remorse with any of them. We went to apple store immediately, on first look they asked us whether we went to 3rd party because the screen is not from apple. We confirmed yes we went to 3rd party, They just warned us next time not to go 3rd party straight away come to apple store if some problem occur and at the same time they replaced with new phone with the price of repair (189$). So this technician was liar by saying that I have replaced it with apples screen. He was total fraud and Razzak was supporting him instead of remaining neutral or investigating further.

I have been getting an EXCELLENT SERVICE at this store since August 2013. My desktop hard drive has been in 3 times already (for a new fan, new sound card, de-bugging, anti-virus install and a complete system re-install, etc.) and I have shopped for various comp and tech components here. Be that for repairs, retail or consultation, I've gotten and "A+" service every time. As I'm not a techie, I ask a lot of "silly" questions at times and Mr. Mohammed's patience with me has been exceptional. I'm grateful to him for all he's done for me and am confident to recommend his shop's professional and affordable services to anyone! Happy 2018 ))

I was the first to walk in, followed by two others, was the last to be spoken to. They did not want to accept any amount of money to fix my BRAND NEW custom gaming computer. he said he felt 'pressured' ... I bought an adapter which is defective, and gave him the change... since I pity how he doesn't want to make money. Absolutely disgusting and unorganized interior of the store... They probably break and acquire more parts than they actually fix. What a horrible store.

Razzark computers is a very professional computer repair store. I am not familiar with computers, and the the gentleman who owns the place was very helpful. I did not want to spend too much money fixing my laptop, but Razzak was very helpful in giving me a good price. After my first experience, I have visited him a few times for my other electronics and I can honestly say that he is a fair and honest person. I recommended all of my friends to come see him.

They sent me what seemed like a hot phone with a different brand's headset, a mismatched charger, no SIM key at all, no manual/instructions and it's an American AT&T phone so all the defaults are US. It contains about 10 useless US apps that are incompatible here and cannot be removed. Several of my Canadian apps/functions no longer work. If they had mentioned this in the product listing, I would not have purchased. Buyer beware.

I went there with an almost crashed and slow laptop. The gentleman helped me not only figure out my problem but how I can upgrade it into better configuration. They have all types of electronics that I thought I won’t find so easily. The cost is reasonable ( coming from a student means it’s very reasonable) I found them on Google reviews and doing my part leaving a good review so someone else can be benefitted like me! Good day!

Unwilling to give me an estimate over the phone, even a reasonable range, to fix my laptop which has an 'unmountable boot volume' issue. Suggested I take my laptop to Best Buy after I asked a few important and reasonable questions. How long will it take? Will you be able to recover the data? How much will it cost? Obviously not interested in providing good customer service. They won't be getting my business.

A good neighbourhood place for your electronics needs. I had to buy a laptop adapter and I got it from there. They had couple of varieties and recommended me the best. They even let my laptop stay there (while I did my groceries) to see if the adapter is charging the laptop properly. The laptop is working perfectly with this new adapter. Thinking of upgrading my laptop, will visit again!

I have been doing business with Mr. Razzak for a number of years now. He is the most honest business man I have met in my life. I highly recommend him for any phone repairs and laptop repairs needed. He diagnosed my phone issue and assisted me in getting it to work again. Rest assured, I will definitely continue using Mr. Razzak for all my cellphone and computer needs!!!

The man I spoke to on the phone and that my son spoke to in person was very rude and unprofessional. Not the best way to deal with a potential customer during a pandemic!! You should be thankful anyone is willing to buy anything from you!! I will never consider purchasing anything from Razzaks in the future. Am giving 1 star because it won't allow me to give 0.

My computer crashed and I took it to Razzaks, very happy with the way my repair was handled. I was charged very reasonably and my computer was up and running like before without loosing any data!!! No gimmicks ,no stories to say that some parts need replacing etc.etc. Very genuine , reasonable pricing . All one needs is a little bit of patience!

it is pretty hard to do any kind of business with this when you show up at the time the website says it is open to show up and it is closed, and the sign on the door is different than the website for hours and at that time they are still not opened. To have a business run effectively you need to be open when you say you area opening.

Unfortunately everything I buy from here breaks very fast and has a very low lifespan. Might be just me, but I've probably four electronics which stopped working literally a day or two after purchase. The man is a good man from what it appears though, I just wish I had better experiences with his products.

For a computer store they did not have the top computer parts especially if you are mining Cryptocurrency. The owner was not aware of this technology or aware of the parts I was looking for (Riser Cable). They do have other computer parts but not a good place for GPU, Risers or Crypto mining needs.

I went to check them out based on some good reviews. I needed a cable and was in the neighborhood. His Sunday hours are listed on the door as 11-6 and I was there at 2pm and there was a handwritten said "sorry we are closed today".

Went there to have my friend's cracked Note 3 screen, was expecting to wait for an hour or 2 but was A LOT FASTER than that. Phone looked and functioned 100% no problem. Price was also very reasonable. Highly recommended!
