I didnt catch the persons name who gave my ebike a tuneup. But he was FANTASTIC. You can tell theres def drive and passion behind what he does, he was extremely informative and had great energy. Most positive and friendly mechanic i think ive ever had the pleasure of meeting! He gave my Ebike a great tuneup, was honest about what i needed and didnt need and got the job done pretty quickly. I will def be using this service again. And if he tries to skip the tipping screen when you pay with square, dont let him, leave him a good tip, because this is a service, its very affordable, and he deserves it.

The technician arrive, on time, to my house. He was very professional and moreover wore a mask for my protection. He informed me of what was / was not needed for my bikes also explained how to maintain them thru the year. I would highly recommend this service for those who want to ride, haven’t risen in month and want their bikes serviced. Bike shops advertise they’re open but you just can’t seem to reach them. The $$ is the worth the convenience. As I see it the shops will probably charge u so much more because they are in high demand. So reach out to this service , you will not be disappointed!

I found ReMotion after a quick Google search. I booked through their web flow and received a text confirmation and a request for images/videos for them to review (I needed help getting my bike set up on a bike trainer and general maintenance with shifting/derailleur adjustments). Ulysses was prompt for my 8:30 AM appointment. I was interested in learning how to fix my bike and he was patient as he walked me through everything he was doing and why he was doing it. I will use ReMotion again in the future—the convenience and excellent customer service make it a no-brainer. Highly recommend!

Upon booking an online appointment, I received a text confirmation requesting photos of my bike. The very kind and efficient mechanic arrived to the appointment on time and fixed the bike quickly, while teaching me how to maintain the gears and brakes as well as showing me details of the bike I wasn’t aware how to use properly. I’m so glad I didn’t have to drag my bike with two flat tires to a bike shop with my toddler in tow. Payment was clear and easy to use my credit card. Would totally use ReMotion again!

Amazing service. Booked online and received a confirmation right away. The tech came to my apartment and worked on my bike in my garage, bringing everything he needed to fix my flat tire in my ebike. He was very knowledgeable and explained the process to me with a lot of care. He also gave me tips on how to avoid getting the same issue again and how to maintain my tires in general. I would recommend their service to anyone and would use them again for my ebike needs!

Worth the price! Ulises waited for 15 minutes later than my appointment time after I had gotten caught up working with a difficult patient. I was able to get down to my bike just in time because he was flexible and tactful even though I was late getting my bike to him. If you're in a pinch and dont have tools these folks rock!

I had actually lost hope of my bike being fixed. I was stuck in middle of nowhere with no atm or a gas station or a bike shop and they arrived in few minutes and sorted out the flat tire in just few minutes. Very professional and considerate. It is very smart concept of having mobile bike shop. Best wishes

There is no actual shop. It is simply an address. The actual address holder just says that they have a PO BOX. Complete waste of time. In a city when you need to transport something like an actual bicycle to be repaired, what a joke. Again, thank you for wasting my time.
