I have been a patient at PT Solutions (formerly Real Rehab) for a few years related to a complex knee injury and recurrent ACL reconstruction. The clinic is large, open, and comfortable with a diverse patient population; additional private rooms available as well. Staff are full therapists so all work is conducted 1:1. Front desk staff are very friendly, helpful, and always positive. Among the 5 or so providers I have seen here, Izette is my favorite. As a fellow cyclist, skiier and adventuress she understands the requirements of sports I am in and pushes me hard in the clinic and with at home exercises, yet can also sense when I come in struggling emotionally and adjusts our plan accordingly. She's helped me to plan an appropriate return to sport program after nearly three years of knee injury and her treatment has also included a focus on hip/pelvis and foot/ankle due to issues that came up from prolonged and repeated periods on non-weight bearing. Her approach involves both manual work and active exercises that I can do at home to gain strength between our sessions. Her manual work is exceptional and the neuro-muscular reeducation to make sure I am using my muscles correctly, in the proper order and not compensating sets her apart from most other PT's I have seen both here and outside. She is always very encouraging of the progress I have made, and helps me see the ways I have improved which keeps me motivated to do my exercises at home and has kept my morale up during some really challenging injuries. She also has no problems telling me what I can't do our shouldn't do, which is also very important for those of us who are driven perhaps a little more than our bodies can take. I have full faith in her ability to get me to my strongest possible person.

I feel badly about writing this review because when it was just Real Rehab and not PT solutions, I would have given it five stars. In fact I think I did. I had a great PT who worked on a labral tear with me very well and I improved so well that I did not have to have surgery. After a home accident, I visited my sports medicine doc who recommended me to go back to RR. I called many times. No answer. No return call. I contacted the doc and they had no idea what was going on. Eventually, I texted the number I had, and a week or so later I got a response. The PT I had been seeing no longer worked at RR. If I still wanted to be seen, respond to this text. I did. No response. I will never go back. I have informed my doc at the UW sports medicine clinic and he is disappointed with them. My husband, who was also in PT with RR, was told that his PT was going to be unavailable for the scheduled appointment he had, and they would call him back to reschedule. They never did. Their business model stinks. If this is how much they care about their patients to change companies, drop appointments, and have no follow through, I would recommend that you think carefully about this clinic.

DOWN THE TOILET. I have been going to real rehab on occasion for years with amazing success. Recently, my knee started bothering me and when it wasn’t getting better I requested a prescription for PT to get on it. I tried to get an appointment for 5 weeks, calling several times, leaving messages and emailing, but no one would answer the phone or call back and there was no outgoing message. As a result, my knee has turned into a full blown torn meniscus and I can barely walk. In hind sight, I should have requested a different place but I had always love the people at Real Rehab. They did finally call me back. Apologized and said they were redoing the phones or some such thing. But that’s a pretty lame excuse. They offered to get me in 10 days later, but I politely declined. I’d already waited long enough.

I have been coming in for therapy on a knee injury at RealRehab. I have been working with Emily A. She has been doing a great job. She is very good at healing massage on the joint. The progression has been going well and I am seeing a lot of improvement working through my issues. We have had a great time together constantly changing the exercises as I get better. I was having trouble remembering the foam roller series and she let me snap pictures for reference. I look forward to every session and so happy I had a chance to work together with Emily for my PT.

I was not looking forward to physical therapy when my doctor prescribed it. However, it was a much more enjoyable experience than I had anticipated. Sam was my PT and was really awesome. He is a great communicator, very pleasant and made the process fun. I viewed my weekly appointments as a check-in with the real work being the daily routine of stretches and exercises that Sam set for me. Real Rehab's location is very convenient, right off I5 with plenty of free parking. I would highly recommend them.

Real Rehab is a Real Gem! these PT's all are excellent, all do manual therapy. I've seen several over the last 6+ years -- back, neck, hip, shoulder, ankle/achilles -- excellent results, far beyond expectations in each case! they have kept me moving and doing my sports despite challenging complications of surgeries and (well, aging)! Front office staff are also friendly and very competent - great with billing my insurance too. Just be sure to be on time...they stay on schedule, and it's your loss!

Most likely the best PT shop in town, with a very broad range of expertise and services, and well staffed with top notch therapists. Their approach to PT is to get you on the path to recovery as safely and quickly as possible, and eventually send you on your way armed with an exercise and stretching plan to ensure you stay well. I've seen them for a strained back, arthritis in both shoulders (2 separate events), post-op from extensive foot surgery, and even a bike fit - awesome every time.

I've been working with Emily after having stem cell and PRP done on my knee. Given it's a relatively new procedure, I wanted to make sure I found a PT who had experience rehabbing stem cell patients. Emily is totally up on post procedure protocols. She's an extremely good listener, excellent at trouble-shooting / giving modifications, patient and positive. I'm still not done, but I've already seen progress and have nothing but positive things to say about my experience.

Thanks to the professional guidance provided by Emily A. both in advance and post knee surgery, I am well on the way to full recovery. Emily is extremely skilled, patient and creative in her approach to PT. She provides the perfect combination of challenge and encouragement. I highly recommend Emily and Real Rehab is a well-run business, staffed with the best physical therapists in town.

Excellent facility. Excellent therapist. I worked with Kerry Mauri for some lower back pain issues. She is professional, thorough, and quite intuitive. She treated me with the utmost respect and care taking the time to understand my goals and abilities. The office is convenient with easy parking. Making appointments was also easy. I highly recommend Real Rehab.

Real Rehab is the best. Very well-run PT shop. Deb S helped me immensely a few years ago and more recently Alex S on a specific knee/hip/glute issue which was managed well in advance of a 50k I had on my wish list to run. Thank you for enabling me to pursue my recreational running safely and enjoyably!

I really can't compare this to other PT / Rehab places, since this is the only one I've been to, but I've had a good experience here. They seem like a well-run and very competent PT operation. The PT I have there is very observant and willing to take the time to explain each exercise. Recommended...

I have found the 2 physical therapists who worked with me competent and professional. The exercises and feedback helped me to relieve my knee pain. I appreciate their taking me on time as well. Parking is convenient. The front desk is welcoming. I would recommend this PT clinic.

I have been getting bike fits from Izette Swan at Real Rehab since 2009. As an endurance cyclist, a good bike fit is imperative. Izette is meticulous, thorough and tenacious. Every time I have back or knee problems (when I buy a new bike,

As an aging athlete, I’m always expecting each injury to set me back a little bit farther. When my shoulder started acting up I thought for sure I’d have to start limiting my lifting. Danielle Beels has worked wonders. My arm is stronger

Real Rehab stands out. Talented team of PTs headed by practicing owner Izette Swan. Recommended by both our primary care Naturopath and Sports Medicine Surgeon. Deb Scheibe supported me through an attempt at stem cell repair (leaving me
