Agent named Duy Duong came for my home appraisal. Totally disrespectful during the assessment and did a sloppy job in appraising the house. Pulled comps to compare houses of 1473 sq.ft to compare with 2573 sq.ft my house. I had to send him comparable sales in my area - just for the reason that he prepared the appraisal report he would not take more accurate data. His argument is my house is bigger in size compared to other neighbor houses, so he can't take houses in 0.4 miles in range. I won't recommend them to people I know.

I've been in the process to buy a home from a guy named Kingsley Osage. Absolute nightmare to work with. I tried to buy a house with him and he has given me and my realtor nothing but trouble. He cancelled my appraisal saying that he needed earnest money after the contract was signed. Absolutely horrible experience. If you have the chance, avoid this guy at all costs. He won't bargain well, and good luck having him sell your house.
