This place is the worse I have someone calling me because of an incident that just happened. The guy there refused to take my car payment that was due on Saturday and I was there on Friday but because he is saying I owe the mechanic money he refused my payment and now these people who called stating that they were the ones needing to pick up my car or me surrender the car are threatening to file auto theft report because I won't surrender my car. I am not even 1 day late on my regular payment and have never missed a payment since I got the car. I agree with the person who said they don't know what's wrong with my vehicle I purchased on 2/3/17 and 3x have had towed to their mechanic for it not wanting to start. I paid Towing 3x never reimbursed for Towing but now they want to file a false theft report because I won't pay mechanic who by the way isn't even on the same premises and mechanic has not attempted to contact me for payment and when I picked up the vehicle he said nothing about me owing him money for repairs. This place deserves no stars but couldn't write a review without selecting a star.

The people at Recio Auto Credit are very unprofessional. They can barely understand English or even speak it for that fact. They lie about having people working for them. They have the office staff who encourage this type of behavior. If the staff behaves in this manner I can imagine the types of deals they work out. Who can imagine having to lie about being a "porter" at this establishment and then have the "supervisor" cuss you out when you call to inquire accordingly. I will find out who owns this establishment and I will be advising the owners of this incident. Your a "car salesman" for goodness sake!

This place is a trashy, dumpy, excuse-of-a business. Look up the local crime map of this area, this place is smack dab in the middle of a high crime location. Javier, the owners son, in particular is a complete scam, con-artist extrordinaire. Questionable practices in running the business, regularly use company vehicles to make personal errand runs. Got a very sketchy guy posing as a mechanic, dude seems like a meth/crack head and probably is an ex-con for good reason. Never ever do business at this place, no reason to support people who are taking advantage of others.

i love this place... i bought my car here this will be my 3rd car here with them & i love it!!! i can brag about it all day!! i see bad reviews on here which gets you to question them but as a buyer you should know wht your buying am i right? i brought my mecanic to check it out just how i did with my other two and well so far so good!!! IM HAPPY WITH MY TRUCK! <3 I RECOMMEND ANYONE HERE BUT HEAD UP ITS YOUR DUTY TO CHECK OUT THE VEHICLE! BRING YOUR MECANIC BETTER SAFE THEN SORRY THANK YOU MR RECIO YOUR BUSINESS IS GREAT! AND ALWAYS A HELPING HAND!

Reico Auto Credit helped me out in an emergency situation, my vehicle was stolen and totaled and found in 6 hours and I was in desperate need of a vehicle to get to work and they had a super clean Explorer and made sure every detail was attended too and had me back on the road in a couple of hours, family owned business and everyone has been wonderful to work with and I’ll definitely recommend them and they will find what you need!

If you're looking to buy a car come here and talk to Poncho he will get you straight. And if your around in December make sure and come down and participate in his caring and giving for the children for Christmas. All their cars have check engine light on, their rude, wouldn't even give me a rental car because my car had issues an no one seems to know why. I would not recommended going to them. They are a poor excuse for a company. They don't even deserve this 1 star. I just gave it so I could give a review on how bad, an whack they are.

We came to see another car at another place but we ended up here. we had plans to waste way more then we expected when we negotiate here it came out even better i saved more!! i give it 5 stars for my experience. i will definitely refer my family here! great people!

Bought a car there and in 2 months it broke down. Customer service is rude and bad service. An, it's not only me that experienced bad experience, other people I've come to talk to complained as well. Please go somewhere else.
