Disgusting dispatcher when I tried to explain that I received a call from someone saying my car was here and then he was in the wrong address so I called the service back and he made me look and sound like I was up to no good by yelling at me and telling me that I'm weird and he should cancel my ride and then I went downstairs the driver looked at me told me the pirce I said ok he tells me pay now and I was so disrespected because I was Spanish? And had long hair? It was obvious he was stereo typing I gave him 1$ tip and told him had he not did what he just did I would've given him a bigger tip he told me his dispatch made him do it. Well at least as I was getting out the driver turned around and apologized for the rules explaining to me that they do this because people from the area I ordered the cab from tend to run away when the cab drops them off and that he's sorry.

horrible. i got hurt on st. john's university campus, i went to the hospital and st. john's arranged this taxi service to pick me up from the hospital and take me back to my dorm. when the taxi driver pulled up he looked at me and just started reading his newspaper and didn't even roll down the window to ask if I was the student he was supposed to be picking up. i got in the car and the driver seemed clueless to why he was there in the first place. he was yelling at me because he "wasn't authorized" to go to my dorm??? but that's where i live! didn't even want to be in the car with this sicko. ended up taking 3 buses home and i was just released from the hospital. waste of time. stay away

First time user due to their reasonable price. Cheaper then other 2 companies I called. Car was 35 minutes late due to airport traffic. By the time car arrived, I just had enough time to catch the tour bus. The driver apologized for traffice, and was a nice, clean, friendly driver . On the return trip, all went great. Got off the tour bus, car was there at the designated time. I just asked the driver to help me with the carry on. He did. Nice driver, will use this car , service again. ( the girl who responded to the phone wasn't very polite or friendly) no one is perfect

1. Regular customers? If they were, then there shouldn’t be an issue with coming up there where we requested! 2. I was literally standing outside since I called for the cab, DONT play that games with me. I said we would be in the front of the McDonald’s on Jamaica Ave. I was on the corner in front of mcdonald, I can see both aves and street, period. If you didn’t see us, that because the driver was too late. The other cab driver beat you guys to it. No excuses.

The dispatched is the worse person so rude and miserable person I ever know to have a business and talk to people learn manners and don't yelling clients because just you are so ignorant and unhappy person with unhappy job. To running a business with employee just like that not thank you no good.

I've been depending on Redcap since I moved to the area more than 12 years ago. Dispatchers and drivers have been professional, friendly, and always helpful. The prices are extremely competitive. There is never a long wait for a pick-up (except in very bad weather).

Out in Queens and called them at night. Driver arrived w/in 5mins and it was a smooth ride back to Bklyn! Dispatch answered right away, gave me quote for the trip and instructions to pay driver in advance. Totally understand. Uber does the same ;). Great service!!

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT TO GET ANYWHERE. I was told 20 minutes tops, and it came 37 minutes later. they overcharge, and the dispatcher has a serious attitude problem and is insanely rude. Sorry you hate your job lady, don’t take it out on the customers.

Unprofessional i called for a taxi at 8:10 and I called back at 8:45 and didn’t have a driver, I called dispatch and they lied and said they called. He was EXTREMELY insensitive and said oh well I called and he left

Car Service is so disgusting. they use old used cars as taxies and are never on time. i called them couple of times and they have been always late. not recomended at all. i am never gona call them again

Best car service for over a couple of decades. Dispatchers are awesome !! Always on time and reasonable rates . Also always on time for arranged pick ups and the most reliable ride to the airports.

Prompt and reliable. $10 from 172nd Street to Jamaica bus terminal ( a 10-minute ride)..a bit pricy. Was visiting NY for the holidays and had to do a quick shopping.

Needed a taxi at 2am and they delivered. Other services nearby told me they couldn't guarantee. This place told me no problem and the driver showed up on time.

This Car Service is one of the best in Queens. They are reliable and have friendly and fantastic drivers. I use them most if the time and never had a problem.

Red Cap is reliable and they are open 24 hours and are on time. However there tends to be heavy delays by up to an hour and a half if there are delays.

Red Kap is a lovely cab service. Never disappoints. Friendly and reasonable fares. Clean cars. Awesome drivers. Been taking them for years.

I've been using this car service for 5years and only one driver I was unhappy with,but I will continue to use them they are reliable.

They ade very unprofessional. As i tried to tell the dispatcher where i was at so the driver can pick me up he argued with me.

Don't waste your time unless you have hours to waste & not even a courtesy call to tell you the drivers not coming anymore.

The driver was on phone entire time which is fine I hate small talk but service was quick and way better price than uber
