"I highly advise against purchasing clothes at this store, unless you are completely certain you want to own them forever"
"I came to the Reformation store to pick a wedding dress"
"Tall, blonde girl behind the counter had an extremely rude tone to myself and everyone I heard her serve, speaking to every customer as though they'd done something wrong"
"Great store"
"I purchased my wedding dress from the Notting Hill location"
I highly advise against purchasing clothes at this store, unless you are completely certain you want to own them forever. The staff goes to remarkable lengths to prevent you from returning anything after a very short period of time, even for store credit. Customer service is also extremely rude and unprofessional.
I came to the Reformation store to pick a wedding dress. Arrived there at around 16PM, when the store was not v crowded. The crew there was super friendly, patient (I tried like 8-10 dresses!) & they did their best in recommending the right fit, model, and size for me. Five stars for the customer service!
Tall, blonde girl behind the counter had an extremely rude tone to myself and everyone I heard her serve, speaking to every customer as though they'd done something wrong. Not sure if she's angry at Reformation, COVID or having to serve people but it didn't make me feel like going there again.
Great store. They need to look at their lighting at front of store. It is so dull it looks closed. Purchased 2 dresses. Unfortunately they don't stock shoes other than size 5 in store. You have to buy on line which was disappointing. Hence 4* downgraded because of lighting and shoes. …
I purchased my wedding dress from the Notting Hill location. The customer service I have received both in person and from their online support, on multiple occasions, has been impeccable. Thrilled with my Stars dress too, both affordable and little different to what is readily available.
I’ve just arrived at Covent Garden store to make a return and pick up another item to be told the shop isn’t open today, with no other explanation. I’ve spent £600+ with this brand and wanted to pick up something else… how will you resolve this?? Appalling way to treat your customers.
Honesty such a lovely experience. Reading the reviews before going I was skeptical but I still decided to go to make sure I bought the right size dress. The two ladies working on the floor were so helpful and lovely, everything was very fast even with a busy shop. Very little fault.
Went to this store on a Saturday and they had a 1 HOUR WAITLIST to try a single dress on. Are you joking, Ref? You’re not a top restaurant. Lost out on a sale there pals, and we were so outraged, we didn’t even consider buying the dress online. Put some more fitting rooms in store.
This is about your phone service only. No one ever answers. The automated voice kicks in immediately and tells you that the extensions are wrong and the mailbox is full and then it hangs up on you. Please do something about this, it’s been like it for a year.
Review is primarily relating to customer service - I visited the store to try a top I'd seen online, it wasn't in stock in my size but the staff member offered to find the closest size to let me take a look at the piece. He was polite and
Pretty store but the fitting room arrangement is totally dysfunctional. Do not bother if you’re in a rush as it can take ages for the staff to find your item from the downstairs store and bring it up for you to try on, as they only keep 1
I love the style of reformation clothes but having made a couple of purchases over the last year I won’t be buying again. Considering it is an expensive brand the quality is not good- a skirt I own has stretched with use and even with dry
This is the worst shopping experience I have ever had and it’s absurd to me because the issues are completely avoidable. I came here with my friend who wanted to try two dresses on and although there were 2 out of 6 dressing rooms free at
After waiting some time for two items to arrive I followed up. I was told one item was out of stock so the order hadn't been processed. By the time the other item arrived it was too late for the intended event. I sent the item back. After
I had been looking for bridal dresses and got almost discouraged from visiting the store due to poor reviews. However, I'd finally done that and was pleasantly surprised. The staff were attentive and did not push me into buying anything.
Honestly just don't bother ordering online... my order was sent it to a totally different address which didn't match the order confirmation. Customer service told me to waste my time and contact DHL to amend their mistake and told me to
There is no point of going to the store. If you really like their stuff buy online. They’re gonna make you do that anyways from the store. Literally 0 customer service. I think it’s an attempt to be modern but it comes off as unhygienic
I travelled into London specially as I was looking forward to visiting to buy a dress for a special occasion, but then got told I had to queue outside. The store was not busy, ten people left and I was told that I would have to wait a
Went to the store 6:45pm and didn’t let me in as the store closes at 7pm. They told me they have to leave at 7pm so they close earlier! Never heard this before! I just left the store without being able to see a dress i wanted to buy!
So you enter in a nice Shop with interesting clothes and dresses, Staff is very kind but when you have to try something you have to wait 10 minutes, then they ask your name...Then the App says "8 minutes waiting".
The clothes are pretty but the shop is horrible, stinky and zero personal customer experience. For those prices I would Image the staff would be as kind and helpful as at maje and Sandro but that’s not the case…
Have tried to call up to ask about something in stock about 10 times and no one ever picks up. Which makes me think that the people they’ve got working in this shop do sweet Fanny F all, all day
The style is cool but the quality is very poor and more than sustainable clothing they should call themselves DISPOSABLE clothing. Overpriced and cannot be washed without ruining the fabric
Horrible. Bought a sweatshirt for a very expensive price. Quality - total rubbish - H&M makes better for a tenner And when you want to return they make you pay 20£ DHL return fee. Crazy!
Superb customer service! Paige and Robin were immensely helpful and offered excellent styling tips - couldn't recommend more highly! Clothes fit perfectly and are really high quality.
Might be an idea to introduce commissions so as to motivate the staff to actually deal with their customers, in case they can find time in between their private conversations.
such a pitty. i waited in the fitting room for over 30 minutes. the attention to me while selecting products was awful. horrible customer service. they didn’t bother to get
I have been trying to call for days to see if they have a particular dress in stock that I can try on. As many other reviews have said no answer - voicemail - no follow up.
No way to contact customer service. I’ve tried to contact them five times to return at £250 dress and have heard nothing back over the course of about six weeks. Avoid.
I WISH I COULD GIVE LESS THAN ONE STAR, I got the dress biggest stain on it went to change it ALL OF THEM HAVE STAINS COULD NOT BUY THE DRESS WASTED MY TIME. Horrible
Travelled all the way to the shop because online returns are charged at USD20. Arrived during opening hours and the shop is shut making customers wait 40 minutes.
Will never buy anything from their online store or even this brand again. I purchased a Cambrie dress in my normal size from their website at 30% off at
The staff are extremely rude. They never welcome with a hello or even a smile. Shame the service isn’t the same as the US stores.
First and LAST purchase from Reformation. I have recently bought a few items online from Reformation, only to discover
The sort of quality of Urban outfitter, H&M but quite exceptionally expensive and sale itmes are final - bit of a con
Really lovely staff but the store is woefully under stocked. Also they can't do instore exchanges which is annoying.
We came here especially, into London, ready to buy, walked over from Shepherds Bush. Perfect potential customers!
Reformation staff deserves 5 stars, just for putting up with all the cry-babies leaving these 1 star reviews.
Great staff, the three times I've been there they've been nice and very helpfull! I love this shop …
Clothing really low quality, customer service is v good but doesnt make up for overpriced clothes
Awful policies. Don’t expect any help if anything is wrong. Don’t care about customers
Friendly staff but it takes too long in a queue to get in and get someone to speak to
Friendly staff, great way of checking in your products and see what is available
Lovely shop and very helpful staff. Clothes are nice and original.
Really lovely and polite customer service, had a great experience!
I should give less than 1 star for the service. Bye bye not Buy.
Excellent customer service and delivery!! Lovely styles too!
Excellent experience. Helpful staff. Issues with sizes
Very good service and very patient
Staff were AMAZING So friendly!
