This Branch went above and beyond for me. I flew into Jacksonville to purchase a car. The branch provided a safe meeting space for me and the seller. Helped facilitate the transaction and made us feel welcome while we discussed the deal. The tellers and Manager were all friendly and accommodating.

Let me say how amazing and professional the staff at the Branch on San Jose in Mandarin is. I felt welcomed and invited the moment I walked in. 10/10 recommend doing all banking services at this location. Especially Terra so helpful.

Failure to communicate by the tellers, failure to follow through on closing and disappointed by the branch manager, Michael Greene for promising me that my issues would be resolved. Guess who has to return on Monday, yet again?

Horrible service. Went in to do something for a disabled woman who had trouble walking. I was unable to do it an was able to bring her in. She came in made us wait 10 min with no one in the bank. The guy had a attitude
