Stay as far from this branch !! Inconsiderate room-temperature IQs run it AND management is even worse than the staff. This place is over-staffed and even four (4) tellers have a customer waiting in line for 11 minutes (ridiculous!!). By the way, the waits at the drive thru are even worse. 15- to 20 minutes before the teller will send a carrier. This review area does not provide enough of room to describe ALL of the ineptitude and indifference at this branch. This is a low-income area with less than demanding customers and that is exactly why this and sooo many other dissatisfied complaints shall continue to fall of deaf Region Banking Group ears. By the way, that last review by "Jennifer" must have been submitted by a friend, relative or fake customer. Go by and see for yourself. I promise you'll never stop in there again. I probably will NOT get a message or acknowledgement by "the owner" like she did. R E G I O N S B A N K this is why you'll eventually be taken over (as usual) by another national bank. Message to customers.... head to the Coral Gables Branch. They value individuals way more there. I wonder why?
As a former employee of regions, I am absolutely appalled at the incompetent level of customer service this specific branch gives its customers. I would be embarrassed to work here given the terrible business practices this general manager or head teller has put in place and allowed to remain as policy. There is absolutely no use of the "know your customer" practice or of simple researching to determine whether a transaction should be done or not. Terrible attention to detail and horrific standards of service. And no, I am not a disgruntled ex employee. There are many other branches that excel in service but this one by far is the worst one I've ever experienced. Too many chances have been given and only after so many times of me going there am I writing this review. You're better off going down the street to another branch location if you're transaction requires more than a few words exchanged or even a modicum of common sense. I've never even been greeted when I walk in the door or when I pull up to the drive through. I'm amazed at how poorly this branch is being managed.
I came in to withdraw 5 thousand dollars through western union. I was told to come back the next day Saturday with my USA passport. I was willing to open an account as well. The tellers were rude. I asked for a supervisor and said there was no supervisor on duty. The three tellers were rude saying they were not from this location like they did not care working on this specific location since they were not from that location. 8th street and 27th ave SW Miami. The three tellers did not have any sympathy towards the clients. I saw very humble people around bad luck for the people/clients to this regions bank to have tellers on Saturdays with very diminishing attitude. I felt like I was in a third world country. I believe if you don’t like your job you should look for another profession. Message for the three tellers . 12.17.22 Saturday.
This has got to be one of the worse regions. The guard stands outside to supervise the parking lot. People park anyway they want and when you tell the guard his comment was " I only look at the 3 parking spots in front of me because I cant leave my post. Then u walk in the bank to only have 1 tellers on a Friday. 20 minute wait with only 2 people in front of me. I see a bunch of employees walking around and talking amoung themselves. No one wants to work.
Great new team at this location. The difference in customer service at this site is evident of improvement. I was very pleased with the assistance that I received. The banker was very professional and patient in explaining my banking process from opening the account to online banking. Luckily I was assisted quickly due to having made a prior appointment. I will be returning to this branch.
Best experience ever. This bank is by far the best I've ever been to. The customer service at this location has been superb from the time that I walked in, to the time that I walked out the door. The bank was super busy, but Manager- Carlos Zepeda checked on everyone often making sure all customers were good in order to help everyone accordingly.
Horrible customer service, came here to do a claim and they allow my account to do a fradulant transactions of 20+ time for the same amount. Jesus. I did a claim Took a month just to find out that they cancel my claim for no enough info and tho they never call me to ask for the proof Jesus incompetence of this people is atrocious!!

I am really surprised reading other reviews of this branch, because my experience was very positive. It seems to me they have listened to the complaints and fixed their staff. I was attended by Adrian M. (Mingales, Migenes…?) and was in and out in a matter of minutes. Overall positive experience.
Had an amazing experience with a young lady by the name of Eneyvel Arias. From the moment I walked in to the bank until we open my accounts, she made sure I understood everything from my checking acct to online banking. Was treated amazing. Give the girl a raise!.!.!.!.! Thank you again!
The reason this bank is failing is because the manager becomes very rude to the clients whenever he is doing job interviews, which is always. They are constantly firing and hiring people. The assistant manager makes you wait hours until closing time, then tells you to go home.
I didn't have to wait long the staff was super nice and friendly they explained everything so well especially Gretter she is so helpful ,i thought it was going to be hell but they proved me wrong.The only thing is they dont give out temporary debt cards but it's okay.
Very bad customer service, super long wait. The agent are always mad and with a disposition to serve the customer with a good attitude. I recommend Regions headquarters to really take a look and do a customer service audit to this location. 2.6 ⭐ is terrible!
Carlos Zepeda and his staff are the best bank employees I have ever dealt with, and I 've been with many, many banks in my life. This is also coming from a former bank employee at some other institutions. Good job, keep it up
Sept 30 went to deposit check but could not withdraw money . This owner seems not to care about his branch . This ATM was replaced with new and still breaking down guess I'm calling regions corporate for answer

Always the longest line here. Slow service, atm always broken. Please hire some more people to help out the amount of people that come in here daily.
