Given its Pre-Thanksgiving W/E, the Shops at Rego Park were BUSY & CROWDED, the Stores I visited has PLENTY OF CASHIERS, and the Checkout Process went fast, despite having approximately 25 people ahead of me! Shoppers were pleasant, and EMPLOYEES WERE VERY HELPFUL, PLEASANT, AND KEPT THE SHOPPING/CHECKOUT PROCESS EFFICIENT & EFFECTIVE. **It was nice to be out shopping and around people after all of us being couped up at home for over a Year...! Met and talked to several different people and it was VERY ENCOURAGING.

It’s a place to go to quickly pick up what you need and leave. It’s not a family friendly area where you can lounge in peace. Very dense and super saturated with cars and people. You find cars double parked in the whole entire block waiting for their partner to pickup necessities in the mall. Pedestrians find it difficult to cross the street and cars are frustrated with the pedestrians jaywalking so you can feel the anger rising and frustration fuming from everyone all around - just not a happy place to be.

I'm just going to say please don't go there to eat ,the waitress was Terrible, she didn't even bring the food some one else did, she NEVER came back to ask if we needed anything she didn't bring us water,I had flag her down and ask for salad dressing, and now I wish that I hadn't ask it was awful, The entire meal for me and my family was the Worst experience I ever Experienced this was a young black girl No I didn't leave a Tip, because she Didn't Deserve One.

I love this mall because it's mostly outdoors with stores inside too and it's not over-developed like a lot of malls. You have Costco, Payless, Kohls, Marshalls, Petco, Staples, Century 21 and a lot more stores and for food you have BBQs, Chipotle, Miller Ale House, Subways, and a few other places including desert specialty shops. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor parking with shopper friendly rates. There is something for everyone at this mall.

It's always a great experience, whether it's grabbing a bubble tea, and just chilling on the benches feeling the cool breeze on a warm summer day and contemplating the intricate details of the universe or binge shopping in Costco, getting all those sweet sweet deals and amazing merchandise and must haves. It's a wonderful shopping district and a brisk walk away from Queens Center Mall as well. Good family hang out location.

Very good mall in Rego Park. With Costco in it it has become more valuable. Shopping has become very easy for the locals and for those who come from distance. Store likes Bed bath and Beyond , Kay jewellers , Aldi , Petco, GongCha and Century 21 makes this an Amazing place to shop for the whole Family. For Food Panera bread , Red Mango, Chipotle and Millers makes this a great Destination

I like going to this mall but it tends to be extremely crowded because of Costco & Aldi. There are a few restaurants here but nothing like the variety that the larger mall, Queens Center has. There used to be more stores but covid and the economy has given this mall a 1-2 punch in the gut, things have changed for the worse. I hope things change in the future.

I moved here a little over a year ago, and finally decided to go to the Rego Center. I'm glad I did. I was at first thinking that its just your typical mall. But its so big! But worth going to , needed to do some shopping, and lots of choices for stores to do that . I plan on coming back here when I need to do some more shopping...

The whole experience was amazing - Yelena was kind and amazing - didn’t even feel no pain (just a pinch) when she was waxing - she even recommend some products that were suitable to me. She’s quick and efficient and has years of experience in this work environment definitely recommend her.

Beyond FAB! As a senior w a walking disability only got to see ground level & was THRILLED by Mandee & the other shops we visited. Annie's Pretzels was our snack stop & it also was FABULOUS! Will deff return!! So many stores to visit & shop - can't wait to return!!

Too crowded. Lots of confusion. I do not patronize these mall types unless forced. Went to grab a bite at Dallas BBQ and had a nice meal. Place was huge. Good food and owned by the family Wetson of the Wetson hamburger joints of the 60's. Would go again if nearby.

Amazing place to get things you need for your house. From Food from Aldi, to home Decor from the Home Store. To items or food for your pets from Petco, To any affordable prices from TJ max to 5below. Let's just say, this place is perfect to get what you need.

Costco is great, just used their delivery service and pickup was easy. Love Dallas BBQ, petco is great for getting cat food and panera let's you use their bathrooms as well have tasty bread bowls. Something for everyone at this center. Pretzels are tasty too!

Love Aldi and Petco. The pizza at the kiosk is amazing. Would be nice to see some new stores at those vast empty retail spaces where Century 21 was and other ones that have closed. It would also be nice to curb those Costco shopping carts. They’re everywhere!

The center has an odd physical layout. The anchor stores are nothing to write home about. I am not a Costco fan. Rego Center is not in Queens Mall's league. The center misses Sears. The Ikea store that replaced Sears is a disgrace. I am not impressed one bit.

It is a really good place to buy, clothes or food. However, it has become dangerous especially in Marshall’s and Tj Max. I hope there are more police officers around the area. Also, I think it should have another restaurant with a different type of food.

Great Place to be. Lots of stores to shop. BBQ is a must to dine. Great Drinks. Celebrate my aunt's Birthday every year. Down side is parking. Go early avoid crowds and get street parking. Also parking lot but can be expensive after 2hrs.

Today at Costco was a great experience!! Well stocked, not too crowded for a Saturday. The best part was there was no line, just walk in get your cart and shop. No paper towels and disinfectant wipes, but I can search for that elsewhere,

The only reason that I love this place is because of Aldi. Price is great, it's still affordable and decent. Super happy that they have a high quality of fresh vegetables without paying a high price. And they have fruits too. Have to say

The drinks were good BUT we waited for our food for far to long. We watched about 7 other tables get their food before us and we sat down before them. When we FINALLY got our food it was pretty good nice size portions.

Century 21 has prices that are aligned with my budget. Good quality merchandise. Store well organised. Never has the overcrowded feel. Check out lines seem to move pretty smoothly. I often visit here to shop around.

I mainly go there for cosco or european wax center. However I been in the other stores as well. I would love for them to have century 21 back. Overall the place is great and super convenient Panera restaurant lol.

This mall is huge and it has many discount stores like Marshalls, Century21, TJ Max or Cotsco. It tends to get busy and there are long wait lines for the cashiers on weekends, mainly in the ground level stores.

Very convenient shopping mall from where I live. Lots of store from toyrus to century 21 to tj max to mandees and restuarants and within walking distance is Queens Center mall. Costco is at the basement.

Texas BBQ have lost their condiments, wings tasted unsalted, not fresh, margaritas didn't have much alcohol, service takes longer, you have to ask for glasses of water. Tips are included on your bill.

Costco has a large variety of products at very affordable prices. Prices have increased for certain items since my last post! For example:Filippo Berio Olive Oil, 5 litres. Was $25.99 now $33.99!!

Good place, but... vacant store fronts and difficult parking garage. Automated exit gates sometimes don't work and cause cars to back up for a long time. Also, they don't tow away abandoned cars.

JCPenney parking garage is FILTHY! I haven’t talk to her in almost a year I went in there on Friday morning to park and it was atrocious I was totally disgusted it looks like some type of nasty

I like going there, not only for the TJ Maxx or the Costco but for all the options there are on the floor level, nice stuff that won't break the bank, so your mom would probably approve …

I went to BBQs for dinner with a friend of mine. Service was good until the waiters nose started bleeding as he was bringing in my food. That was the last time I went to that BBQ location.

Parking around here is crazy, but that's because people like it here. I try to stay away from here. So it's a matter of preference. There are plenty of stores here plenty of restaurants.

I haven't been to Queens in so long I felt like a tourist! What a pleasant surprise. At Home blew me away and the Aldi beats mine at Gateway for size and selection. I'll be back …

Good shopping are,they got Costco(jist right across the street),Ikea ,Old Navy,Marshall,Bed Bath and Beyond( hoping it stays open),etc. Only missing is some great place to eat really.

I love this places because you have so many useful stores located within one building. While street parking is a big issue, there is paid parking for Costco members.

Very crowded. But good place to shop grocery as Costco is there. BTW for Costco members only parking should be free. Very very crowded and crazy people.

I don't even know why shopping centers like this even exist nowadays. People working there are not helpful at all and seemed to be bored and agrevated.

For me personally there's just a few stores I'm interested in. But the area is nice. They offer parking (not free though). Could have a good time.

Came on Father's Day and it was crowded but was still able to get a table for the 4 of us. Food was decent. Waitress was busy but understandable.

They are sprucing it up with a fall look. The elevators are only to have 4 people only at a time Update...Yes finally information on Ikea.

I hate to pay for parking on top of what I'm already shelling out at Costco. Costco always seems to be a madhouse. Parking it hit or miss.

No food court and limited options for shopping. Stores keep closing left and right but a good thing is that the Costco is still there.

Basic mall with low end stores, nothing fancy. But you could probably find what you're looking for.
